While I received several compliments on this dress, overall I felt uncomfortable in it. I think that was due more to my personal insecurities about wearing such a figure-hugging dress, but I did find a few inconsistencies with the design. While the fabric does provide stretch, the top seems to run larger than the bottom. Granted, I have very wide hips so other people may not have an issue with the bottom. However, I'm a 34D, wore a push-up bra, and STILL had room in the size 4 bust. I also had a lot of room in the waist, but there was NO WAY I was getting my hips into a smaller size. With good spanx and high heels, I was able to pull it off but I spent much of the night tugging the dress back down into place, readjusting the seams (which kept pulling to the right) and overall feeling like a 10lb sausage stuffed into a 5lb bag. I know this dress is recommended for hour glass shapes but I'd say it's better suited for athletic builds.

While not as much of a show stopper as some other options on RTR, this dress is a solid performer. Comfortable and well-constructed, with a feminine silhouette and flirty hemline. I didn't find much difference between the 2&4, outside of the bust, which is why I decided on the 4. Overall the dress runs true to size based on your bust and waist and gives a lot of extra room in the hips, which makes it an excellent choice for hourglass figures or fellow big booty gals. Also, the color is much richer in person. I'd definitely recommend this dress.

I rented this in the 4 and 6-- the 4 was unavailable last minute. I wore the 6 and judging by how it fit, I would say this dress DEFINITELY runs small-- I'm usually comfortably a 2 or 4. My only complaint about this dress was how wrinkled the pleats on the bottom were. I assumed this was from being squished in transit but no amount of hanging the dress/light ironing would remove them. Judging by other photos on RTR I have to assume there was something wrong with the seam or the lining. That being said, I seemed to be the only one who really noticed it and I did receive several compliments on the dress throughout the night. It's a nice thick fabric with a beautiful design and the pockets are a great addition. Because of the lining issue however, I would probably not rent this dress again.

I'm normally a 2 or 4 in dresses but read reviews that this ran large so I ordered a 2 and a 0. To be honest, there wasn't much difference between the two sizes and I initially decided to wear the larger because it allowed more room in the hips which I figured would be good for dancing at a wedding. Between the ceremony and reception I ended up changing into the 0 because the dress stretched out a little as I wore it. It was very comfortable and surprisingly warm and I received many compliments. It wasn't my favorite RTR dress but definitely a solid choice and I would probably rent it again. To those considering ordering- I really recommend sizing down. The bottom half will give a little after about an hour of wear but the top runs large and you'll want those smaller straps on the smaller size.

Couldn't be happier with this rental. The dress was great quality, with a really flattering cut and fabric. It was super comfortable which made a night full of walking and dancing easy. It does ride up a little, but nothing too bad. Wear with a good pair of spanx !
