This dress was such a winner! It's hard to find formal styles that suit my apple-y shape and create a waist without widening it. I got tons of compliments, and I felt really comfortable wearing it all night long. Word of advice though - if you plan on dancing A LOT, this dress is probably not a great pick. You can't really lift your arms overhead, so keep that in mind.

It's such a winner
I rented this for a black tie optional wedding and loved the fit. I'm bigger in the middle and i don't like to show my.arms, so it's always challenging to find dresses that work for me. I think this one was so good that I would rent it again next time.

The best pants I've ever rented
These are just an instant outfit maker. I've rented them multiple times because I just love their look and I think they're incredibly (and surprisingly) flattering. I wear them with a cropped Rachel Comey sweater and Monogram tees. Just so cute!!!

Love the fit
I want everyone to just give this dress a chance! It's so nicely made and it hangs really beautifully on the body. It is long, but it would look great with a strappy sandal or even one of this season's flat form slides. I wore it with a pair of jeweled Isabel Marant boots and a felt hat, but you could style it lots of other ways. It would also look nice as a long shirt/kimono if you left it open with a slip dress underneath. I'm 5'6" and it was appropriately long on me, but iI can see how it might be harder to wear for someone more petite. That said, I think this dress is great and would definitely rent it again!

Awesome drape

Effortless & Packs Well
This dress comes in a bunch of colors for a reason -- it's so easy to throw on and looks cool and artsy without being overly loud. I wore it twice on my trip, once as-is and once with a printed kimono over it. Loved the drape and the rich color!

Such A Winner
I love this dress so much that I rented it twice, once during the holiday season and again for pre-spring. You can wear it with leggings and a turtleneck underneath with boots for cold weather or as-is with sandals. It's so flowy and charming, and I think it's one of the best pieces I've ever rented from RTR.

Super cozy, cute update to a sweatshirt
I wore a size Large, which was a touch oversized but since it's a slouchy cut it didn't make a ton of difference. The lace was such a fun update and the blouson sleeves gave it a dressier look. I wore it with high-waisted jeans for a casual outfit and high-waisted black tapered-leg pants for a more work-appropriate outfit. The cropped hem hits right about the belly button on me, but I'm long-waisted.

Cute 'n' cozy
This sweater was a bit different than I was expecting. I thought that the silvery designs were embroidery, but they are actually tacked on (paint?) and way more glittery in person. The fit is a bit of a swing silhouette - it has an A-line to it which is nice for layering. The knit is also quite thick and warm.

I just felt silly in it - the closure wasn't secure so I wore with a tank underneath which kind of ruined the effect. I have a wide waist so this was probably a bad choice for me anyway. Beautiful fabric, though!

Expect lots of compliments
These are so much fun and so sculptural. I got many compliments and I was able to wear them throughout the day, about 9 hours, which is good for such large earrings. However, the backings are small and I think this pair would benefit from having those backings with the plastic circle attached to make them fit more securely.

Easy to love
I rented this dress for work and weekend wear, but I bet it would also be great for vacation as a coverup. The body is very loose and the armholes are cut very deep, so it's best to wear a camisole underneath unless you are going for a more daring look. The print really stands out and the fabric is very airy, perfect for hot weather.

Like wearing a fiesta
This dress is just the cutest! I wore it to work (I work in a creative office, so this is no big deal for me ) with heeled sandals and bangles. I also wore it out to movie and dinner over the weekend with a friend, styling it more casually with sneakers and a bucket bag. The only issue I had was that the dress is blousy and does not stay closed at the front. The slip that comes with it was very visible. It didn't bother me, but I can see this being an issue for some renters.

Just couldn't get that zipper closed...
Ugh, I love this dress and it had so much potential! I simply couldn't get the zipper closed without holding my breath, though, so I sent it back without wearing it. Probably I should've known better since my waist is my "problem area" but it fit so nicely everywhere else that I had hoped it would be a match. Oh well, didn't work for me but still a beautiful, fun dress with lots of personality.

So comfortable, love the print
Saloni dresses have the most beautiful prints, and this one is no exception. I wear a pretty standard size 10, but after reading the reviews, I decided to go a size down to 8. It fit just fine but I don't think one size up would've made much difference since it's cut generously all around and you can cinch with the sash belt. It was a hit and I felt great in it, so I would consider renting it again!

The slimming but relaxed fit (I ordered the 12 even though I usually wear a size 10) was so flattering and I love the special buttons. It's super-lightweight, so perfect for hot summers. I love the volume in the sleeves, too.

I could wear this everyday and be happy
This is totally my kind of dress. Loose and simply cut but with lovely details. Those details include a knit slip that comes with the dress and little internal snaps to keep the slip straps in place. The print is so beautiful (like Helen Frankenthaler's work) and just made me so happy. I would've kept it much much longer but I spilled coffee on it and wanted to get it cleaned ASAP for other lucky wearers!

A total wreck
On the model, this dress looks so crisp and sharp. In person, it's very voluminous and kind of tent-like. I wore it, but wished I hadn't. It looked sloppier than what I was hoping for, and I could've sized down one or two more sizes.

I rented a large and though it fit, it was a little more slack through the body than I was expecting; more fabric is not always a positive thing, but overall it was a good rental.

This dress was one of my favorite rentals yet. The material is silky but not clingy and was perfectly breezy for a hot day. I wore it to work work with slides (seen in photo) and then changed into slingback heels for a birthday party that night. Just a quick word: there are cutouts in the mid back and at the back/sides of the waist. I loved them, but I work in a creative office where dress code isn't really an issue.

Stretchier than you would expect, has a button fly, too
Love the color and the fit through the leg. I didn't realize this had a button fly, but that is a nice touch and makes it lay a little flatter through the stomach. I definitely got compliments wearing it in NYC. I would order these again and try them with some low- heel sandals next time.

Large but kind of still in charge
I can see how this piece would be challenging. It's oversized and takes some finesse to wrap. I think on the RTR site it looks more fitted than it is in person. Personally, I love that it's loose and can be tied in different ways, though I'm sure some renters will be annoyed by this since it's less of a "throw on and go" situation.

Perfect Beach/Picnic Bag
I rented this for a beach vacation and used it almost every day during the rental period. It's very lightweight and very large, so you can fit a towel, flip flops, a book, etc...inside without effort. I also used it for my personal item (i.e.: not my carry-on suitcase) at the airport; it was ideal for travel as well. The only issue I had with this bag is that it doesn't have a closure.

Though the only picture I took of myself in this sweatshirt is post-workout and not that cute, I loved the way this looked on me. It's super comfortable but a step up from a plain sweatshirt, and also more breathable. This is partly because it's all cotton and partly due to the eyelet details. It's hard to tell from the photos, but the sleeves are blouson and quite full towards the cuffs. I would definitely rent this one again.

This rain jacket is so lightweight and actually waterproof that it made me reconsider my stance on rain jackets (generally I hate them and they make me insanely hot). Love love love this one and the color is really nice on a rainy day, too.

Not a good fit for long torsos
This looked insane on my long torso, making the neckline come down WAY too low on me. It's super cute and very lightweight, so I am disappointed this didn't work out. I'm sure it's adorable on people with normal-length torsos.

So cute, but non-breathable fabric
I loved this romper and thought it would be good for an upcoming beach vacation. Luckily, we had some 87 degree weather where I live and I tried it out before I packed it. It was SO so so cute and fit me nicely even though I have a long torso, which makes finding rompers particularly hard. However, I was really, really overheated and the fabric didn't breathe at all. When I was looking at this piece online, it seemed like it would be made of cotton from the image. This is not the case. I think this would be adorable for 70-80 degree weather but any hotter and it's not a good choice.

A great entry place into the world of cropped wide-leg pants
I loved the look of these white denim painter's jeans online. In person, the painter's loop is longer than it looks in the RTR image. That didn't bother me, though. I knew that Free People denim ran a bit small for my taste and I don't like to wear super-fitted jeans, so I took a 12 (though I usually wear a 10). That size was perfect and looked even more flattering than I was expecting.

My long torso strikes again!
I am so disappointed because this jumpsuit seemed so promising. The self-tie straps made me think this would be a bit more forgiving than it was to my long torso. When I tried it on, the bust line was WAY too low for my comfort and the bodice was too short for me, so there was an uncomfortable pull in the crotch area (sorry to be so explicit). Long torsoed ladies, steer clear.

A lot more flattering than I expected
What a cute spring-y dress! I loved the fit, which was way more flattering than I would've expected. There is something to note though: this was very low-cut in the front (for me, at least) so I ended up wearing a tank top underneath. The material is VERY thin, too. That's not RTR's fault, but you can tell when you feel it that it's definitely a fast-fashion dress.

really thick, quite short
The sweater-style knit is super thick and kind of bulky. I'm 5'6" (which isn't super tall) and the hem hit very high on my leg. I can see this being fine if worn with leggings, but it would need a thin slip underneath to lie smoothly, and then you're dealing with a whole extra layer that might add more bulk. I love the look of it on the model, but this piece didn't make it in time for my vacation packing, so I never got to wear it anyway.

Casual but sophisticated
I rented this sweatshirt for everyday wear, but I ended up wearing it on everything from a job interview (I work in a creative field) to a trip to Europe. It has a more fitted silhouette, or at least it did on me, and I thought that it fit perfectly. Another plus: it does NOT have drop-shoulders like a bunch of other sweatshirts, so it is more structured than slouchy.
