Great fit! I'm a size 16 plus and it fit really well! If the seams tearing on the sides of the ties I would have bought it.

This dress is so fun for fall when styled correctly! The fit is oversized/boxy up top but I think that's the point. I really loved this dress, very unique but work friendly & fun. 

A little oversized but the belt helped bring it in. Fabric is soft and worn sort of feels like a vintage find. I'm also tall so it was nice that the back was a little longer for him coverage. Happy I tried this, will certainly rent again.

I did sized down 1 size reading the reviews, and I'm so glad I did. The dress was perfect, fresh, absolutely comfy. It's a style I've never worn and I felt confident and trendy. 

Loved this dress!! Not my normal style, but loved it for a casual Sunday afternoon! Runs really big so definitely size down at least one size. I'm 5' 4", and it came right below the knee, but with the drop waist tie, it pulled it all together! Would definitely rent again! 

Easy breezy fun fit. Creative chic. Ties Fit wired until you play with them. Low slung or tight, ties  can be flattering - just play with them 

I've honestly never received so many compliments on a dress from random strangers. I would never have said I drop waist dress in general would flatter my body shape, but this shirt dress is a tad over-sized, light material perfect for spring and summer, and created a flattering silhouette. The really funky print was fun, and I wore the dress / collar all the way buttoned up for a hipster vibe. 

The fit was excellent especially if like little room to move in. 

This dress really surprised me. I'd never think to wear a black dress in the middle of the summer however, this was cozy and lightweight. The overall fit is large but I think that's the point. This style would probably work great for gals who are in between sizes. I think the sash might be a little  intimidating for some, and though I didn't wear it that way, I could see tying it to the back like a bow to ease that fear.

The dress is so light and comfortable. I wore it casually all day. It's big and loose on purpose. Very cute and effortless.

This runs HUGE. I normally wear a 16, and this 12 was even big on me. Regardless, I loved it. Light fabric, super comfortable with that effortlessly put together vibe. Really liked it. 

I picked this out in the store, I couldn't find a size on it so just grabbed the one that looked closest to my size. I'm typically a 12/14. This one is actually a 6, which is not at all close to a size that should fit me. It even fits over my 36F chest without gaping. Got a ton of compliments. Will hang on to it for a while, a great summer dress.

Runs a little large but I think it's supposed to fit loosely. I didn't like that it arrived a bit wrinkled but otherwise it's a good rental for everyday wear. I'm only 5'3 so I was able to tie the bow a bit higher on my waist without worrying about it being too short. That placement was more flattering for my body type than wearing it as a drop waist. 

Wore this twice and based on the reviews thought I would get more compliments on it. Thin material despite being a bit bulky due to the bow wrap style. Doesn't looks great under a coat so may rent this again in the warmer months. Will try a size down next time. Overall very unique- dresses like this are the reason I use RTR- something I wouldn't buy in the real world but love trying!

I wore this dress in above 100° weather and was totally comfortable. This fabric breathes easily and it was great that it wasn't super fitted. The short sleeves are a bit longer and I would recommend rolling them up at least once.

I rented this dress for a concert. Loved the print. Interesting cut. Very large! But also comfortable 

It's linen so iron or stream it for the best look. Comfortable, maybe not great on curvier figures because of the dropped waist. But it's a great print and fun for a day.

Took a risk getting this. Rented it for a med school graduation brunch and ceremony. Knew I needed to be comfy and chic. Wanted to be more LA with a laid back style. Got this in the mail and was resigned to just return it. But I stepped out in faith and brought it with me anyway. This is my testimony because I was so sure I would look like an unmade bed. Wouldn't you know people kept complimenting me on it all day!? I paired it with metallic flats and lots of arm candy. 

Was very pleased with the way it photographed and wore all day.

This is definitely a challenging style to pull it off if you aren't used to avant garde styling, but with a little experimenting I thought it was great! It's intentionally very oversized, which made it super comfy. Good for summer but would probably work in other seasons too. 

I am a tall-ish, thick, curvy girl. This fits a little weird. The tie is around the hips on me. You can kind of adjust it and move it further up your waist but it gets really short. Overall I think it is a cute, edgy piece. I wore it for almost a whole weekend. 

This dress is really cozy. Should be worn when it's not too hot out. Runs large. I could've gone a size down. Lots of compliments though. Recommended. 

I can see how this piece would be challenging.  It's oversized and takes some finesse to wrap. I think on the RTR site it looks more fitted than it is in person. Personally, I love that it's loose and can be tied in different ways, though I'm sure some renters will be annoyed by this since it's less of a "throw on and go" situation. 

I love this fabric and print! However, this dress runs ENORMOUS. Unless my size 2 is mislabeled and should be an extra-tall XXXL, I'm serious. It's super-duper-wide, and the ties are down to the floor. Also the ties are at hip-height. You can be creative and twist and wrap them up around your waist but everything bunches and it doesn't quite lay right no matter what. So it's stuck being very boxy and casual, and I needed to tie the ties in a full-on bow to avoid stepping on them. Still, I sorta love it. Not flattering, not professional, not "cute," but it's got something...

I had to size up because my regular size wasn't available. I don't think it was necessary and the size was very clearly much larger than my frame. Regardless of the fit, this was a super comfy dress to wear to work! Very breezy and a nice length! Although I did receive two compliments, this dress generally felt like nothing special. Especially not worth the $450 price tag. But if you need a comfy/sorta professional dress- this one works! 

I love this dress. Wore it a few times. Lots of compliments. The length of the belt is awkward and I found I had to retie it constantly.  I'm usually a size 4-6 and I was able to fit comfortably in the 2, however the proportion of wear the waist ties was a bit awkward. So I would recommend sizing down just 1 size.

I wanted so badly to like this dress but felt it just looked like a bathrobe on me. Others say it runs large and I agree.

The details say the dress has an hourglass fit but even with the attached waist tie style built the dress did nothing for my apple figure.

I never wore it anywhere.

Oversized (but supposed to be).  I loved this dress, felt super comfortable but also dressed up for work.

My favorite dress I have rented! Loved it so much for fall. Wore it with booties and sandals. 

very large but can be styled to fit snug at the waist with an unexpected hemline, low top and rolled up sleeves.  super cute!

This dress was so cute and comfy and the little drop waist tie around made it very cool/unique. The rainbowish patterns made this perfect for pride weekend showing support! I wore it 3x haha. 

The pattern and overall feel of this dress are perfect. It feels like some dope thing you'd buy at a thrift store. The only issue I had was the tie front thing. It is semi-awkward, in my opinion. But overall I loved the print and vibe of the dress enough to roll with it. Super worth it :D

runs large but amazing piece - would be good for all seasons!

The fabric of this dress is super soft and cozy - love this!  The cut is cute and casual, but for me still appropriate for work.  I love the cool, tomboy-ish look.

LOVE the unique style and pattern and it was super comfortable. I didn't wear as a drop waist because it wasn't as flattering as wearing ties at the waist with leggings. It runs very large, but that is also the style! 

Loved the tie-front, it created a great shape around my midsection. I would wear this all the time in the summer! 

I rented this to wear to Hawaii in December. I wore it with pink platform tennis shoes. When I got back home it was 40 degrees. I wore it with dark pink tights, brown leather booties, and a bright blue overcoat for family pictures. It's a weird sorta dress, but I really loved it. I'd rent it again. 

I ended up wearing this three or four times. Once you get the hang of the belt it's gorgeous; if you use the belt correctly it's very flattering around the hips and waist.  Wore over black tights because it does run short and work its way up over time.

This was a fun casual dress to wear. It reminds me of something Ms. Frizzle would wear in her off time. I was skeptical it would be very flattering but the reviews convinced me to try it and I'm glad I did. 

Usually I'm a large 16 and rented the 14 in this which worked, but a 12 probably would have been better.
