Loved these pants. Pretty drape, striking color. Can be challenging to pair with. No give, but an 8 fit perfectly. I would have purchased EXCEPT the wrinkle very easily for such expensive pants. I steamed them before work and after sitting for half a day, they had a crease at the point where your legs bend (visible in photo.) Such great pants--wish the fabric was a little more resilient.

Statement. I mean, very statement. You almost need to be wearing all black to pull it off. Otherwise, it's too much. Given the size and heft, it almost felt like a WonderWoman cuff. Maybe just me, but my bust was full-on Victoria Secret in this jumpsuit. Awesome for weekend but not for work. The fit was a little snug but not uncomfortable. For some reason, although I'm small, the detailing around the waist/peplum made my hips look big. Also, the shoulder to bottom (as in bootie) length was a little short and, although didn't look short, definitely felt short. The fabric also has no give, which may have contributed. I'm not long-waisted, so the overall fit was a little odd. Would probably not rent again and will actually return after wearing once.

This dress was a little more flamboyant than I expected from the RTR photos. Yet, I still really liked it. When I put it on, my 8-year-old told me I looked like a "fashionable witch." HA! I wore to work and got compliments from co-workers and a perfect stranger at lunch. The sleeves are major statements. They are not too long, and the material is very heavy so the sleeves don't flop. They also have large metal grommets that add to the drama. This is not a dress for the faint-hearted. The material is very thick, making the dress somewhat heavy--it is definitely not a warm-weather dress. When I say heavy, it wasn't districting--more that the material had a presence. It had some stretch to it and was form-fitting, but didn't feel too sexy because of the boat collar, length (past my knee) and longer sleeves. It was comfortable to wear and not constrictive at all. The only "con" is that the sleeves would NOT fit in any coat I had. You would HAVE to wear a cape. Also, not sure how breathable the fabric is. I sweat very little and usually have no odor issues, but my underarms were a little scented at the end of the day. Luckily, the heavy fabric also kept the scent in. ;)

Loved these pants and would consider keeping. All the reviews were positive, and I'm so glad I rented. They are elegant and unusual, but yet not over the top. I got my normal size and they were perfect. The shirred legs were a wonderful detail. Although it seems they might be too unusual, I could style this a number of ways. The pants have a little bit of stretch and were very comfortable. They were slim but not skin-tight. One thing that surprised me was that the plaid was slimming and not enlarging. I have tried on plaid pants at Banana where the plaid made even a small behind look big. The way the darts and pattern are places made me look tiny. YAY ME! One thing to note is that the plaid is navy and red, not black and red. I wore with a slim navy sweater and navy heels. Can't wait to style it a different way!

Love, love, love this dress and would consider buying. Got lots of compliments on it (although my husband told me I looked like I came from the Handmaid's Tale...) Loved these pants. Elegant and simple; wide legs hit and the right place at the ankle. The fit was great, if a touch loose. It certainly wasn't tight around the waist and butt. One thing to note is that the stripe on the side and around the bottom of the pants are really more of a cranberry color, not a red. I rented a top with red in it to go with these slacks, and I had to wear it with something different. Wore to work with cranberry heels and a cashmere black sweater. Would rent again. Rented this top for work. It's made of a mesh stretchy fabric, like WestonWear and Sweet Pea. It felt a tad bit stretched out--this type of fabric tends to need a good wash to shrink back after wear--but was still flattering. Cap sleeves were nice if you don't love your shoulders. Although the fabric is stretchy and drapes, it isn't too thin. It has a higher neckline with a tie in the back and a dramatic ruffle on one side/shoulder. Worked well for me, but might be challenging for someone super busty. I wore with skinny black pants and black booties + loved!
