Flattering simplicity.  No give with fabric. 

This is a great easy to wear work dress. High quality material that drapes well. 

This is my second time renting. Runs small so size up. 

Silhouette for my figure felt a bit too mousy. Tried giving it more attitude with metallic sneakers.

I like this dress, I got lots of compliments on it! I'm glad they sent me the size 8 because the fabric isn't stretchy at all and the size 6 that I would normally wear would have been too tight in the waist and bust.  The size 8 fit perfectly! 

Super cute and well fitting, great for work or for a day out. 

Fit me perfectly, hourglass figure so it was very flattering with the print and cut. 

It's a little tight at the waste but flattering and slimming 

I rented this for my bridal shower but also easily shifted it to work-wear with a blazer! This is a very flattering dress, especially for a short torso as it has a very defined waist band. 

Love it, but I'm 5'7" and it was a bit short. Fits true to size. No give in the bodice. Lovely dress. Would buy if it had a smidge more length. 

Great dress for a day or night date. Cut was super flattering but a little too short to wear to the office.

Cute casual dress for all body types! I'm 5'7, 148lb and the 6 fit great. Limited range of motion with muscular arms but made it work !

This dress is awesome. It's cut small but really really well. I'm a solid 16 but as this is Derek Lam I sized up. There was no 18 so I tried the 20. I'm glad I did! The blouson top, the nice waist, the flow of the skirt is all better worn with this 2 size increase. 
If I had the $ I would 100% buy this. Will be renting again...often. 

Unique dress with thin fabric but lining underneath.  Fit true to size 

Fit true to size. Hits right above the knees, but because the skirt is loose, it didn't look to short for work. Wore with cream and brown snakeskin heels.  Very cute--would rent again! 

I love this trendy dress by Derek Lam 10 Crosby! Running true to size with no stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and going up for your back up. This style is fitted throughout the natural waist and loose at the hips. It works for cup sizes A-C. You are able to wear a standard bra with this dress. At 5’4”, the length hit mid-thigh on me. The pattern on the dress is cute in person. Pair with black heels and fun earrings to complete your outfit!


The fit was true to size but was just a little shorter than I expected.  Fun dress for a nicer lunch.  

I loved the cut, design, length basically everything on this dress but I do not have small ribs and sometimes that makes dresses such as this difficult since most size 6 people apparently do not have the same circumference in that area. But I would still suggest this dress! 

I rented this as a work dress and it would be perfect for that purpose for anyone under 5'5". 
The cut is great and the neckline modest, it was a tad too short for work for me (but I wore it anyway!)

It's a really cute dress for work. You can tell the material and how it was sewn was done really well. It's a fairly stiff enough material to create a nice silhouette. I was going to get a 4 but since it wasn't available I went for the 6 and it was perfect. Hence why my rate was "fits small". 

This dress came new, with tags. I rented to wear to work. It was a cold, snowy, Chicago day, so I paired it with black tights and snow boots. I changed into my black ankle boots at the office. The dress fit nicely, but I could not really lift my arms over my head when it was on. It was very difficult to get the zipper up and down myself because of that. It was also a little bit shorter than I would have liked. It was more cream and black than white and black. It had a built in cream slip. 

Very well made, fun, comfortable dress. But it was very large on me, I ordered too big of a size. 

Loved the dress style. Perfect easy work outfit. Not comfortable in waste. Wasteline runs tight and there is NO give in the material. I could've gotten a 6 and been more comfortable but then top half would've been baggy. Reccomend if you have tight abs 

The dress was a bit tight in midsection. If I ordered again I would size up.

I wore this out to lunch and it was comfortable and a nice fit for my curvy figure. Maybe a bit on the younger side for me (I am in my 40s) so not sure I would rent again, but fun for one afternoon. 

Rented this for a summer BBQ and trolley tour.  Very comfortable and fun!  Wore it with a pair of white sneakers to dress it down.  Very flattering - got lots of compliments.  It was a bit shorter than I would usually wear, but perfect for a hot summer day.

I recently sized down to an 18 from a 20. Badgley Mischka 18 fits me all day, as do 99% of rentals size 18 since the end of last year as I've been losing weight. I couldn't get this on. So, size up ladies!

Cute dress. Good summer material. But the empire waist band is tiny. 

Unless you have a mini waist... this dress is not for you.

I am a size 16 in most clothing. Size 14 at Old Navy. Maybe a size 18 in designer fashion ... i sized up to the 20...

And it was ridiculously small. As in corset from the 1800s small.

I cannot recommend renting. 

Sized up two sizes and it fit ok but it was really short and material was too heavy for comfort in summer. Sent back immediately.

So glad I followed the other reviews and sized up. I probably could've even gone up another size. Fun dress, great shape. Loved it for work and going out after.
