The top is a rayon type knit that fits VERY LOOSELY so size down!! While the skirt is super cute and the dress is comfortable I think I would have benefitted from ordering 1-2 sizes smaller as it just looked too baggy on me. I had to wear a cardigan because my (even thin) bra straps kept showing.

Finally! A smaller bag that fits everything I need! No more lugging around huge bags or having to go without something in order to use a smaller bag. I would say a strap would make it even better but it might ruin the look.
