Very flattering, the sleeves have a bell shape, but will fit under your coat. Unlined, side zipper (hidden). Lightweight for spring/fall. 

I loved everything about it, but the neckline was too low for the office. A navy cami underneath was perfect 

I loved the dress so much and received so many compliments I bought it to wear again and again! 

Rented this for work! I gave it 4 stars because the neckline and eye hook were a little awkward and I had to keep playing with it so as to not expose my bra 

It is very fitted in the waist with little give/stretch so keep that in mind. Otherwise great fit in shoulders and length!

Will definitely rent again! 

Love this dress! I typically fall between a 4 and 6 in dresses and was worried this one wouldn't fit - with my smaller chest, the 4 was fine. If I were any bigger around my natural waist or bust, this dress would not have zipped. The only thing I would change is the low cut, although I wore a camisole and buttoned the top button and it worked fine. Lots of compliments! 

I loved this dress, but I didn't feel comfortable in it at work -- the chest was a tiny bit lower cut than I typically wear and I ended up wearing a jacket zipped over it. I'd say it was "borderline" work-appropriate. 

I am 7 months pregnant and wore the size six. It look more loose fitting in the photos but is quite fitted around the upper torso and chest. If you have a larger chest I would definitely recommend a size up. Also the v-neck is a deep V so can show a lot of cleavage- I kept the top button clasped which reduced a bit of the cleavage. Overall beautiful dress and super comfy!!  

Great fit and fun to wear.  Kate spade clothing doesn't disappoint.  

Great when friends compliment you, even better when strangers do! Hard to zip the side zipper.

This dress looks so unshapely in the photos, but it's quite flattering when it's on you. 

The dress has a slight waist detail to pull it in a bit, and the keyhole adds interest in the front. It is quite low, but the dress would be matronly without the pop. The sleeves are just enough of a puff to still remain professional.

The sweetest surprise is the adorable "lips" print. 

I wore this to a bridal brunch and it was a hit. The lips pattern is pretty subtle and most people will think they are hearts. When I initially rented this dress, I based my sizing off the model picture thinking the dress was a shift and a little shapeless, but not true! It has a nice defined waist although the sleeves are puffy. The neckline is actually a keyhole that is better buttoned than open like on the model because it tends to flap open and show too much cleavage when left open. Might be a different result for smaller chested girls (I'm a 32D) but regardless it was cute and I got a lot of compliments on it!

It's a cute print and nice fit but it is low in the bust and I always felt like my bra was showing.

This dress was very fun and flattering. It was only a bit snug in the ribcage area, but it did not keep me from sitting or functioning at work. I loved the sleeves and the structure of the dress! The length was just above the knee and perfect with tights for work. The quality is so good and I am excited to rent more Kate Spade dresses for work; I love the professional vibe that still allows you to show some personality, too!

It looked very beautiful but the top was very tight on me. I even sized up for this dress but once the clock hit 1pm it just became a bit restrictive and not very comfy. 

I love this dress. I wear a 12 in some dresses and 14 in others. I would size up in this dress, because the waist is a little on the small side, but an otherwise beautiful dress. 

This dress fits beautifully and the tiny lip print is super cute. Not as dressy as I had hoped. I would consider it a work dress for me, not a party dress. But none the less, love it! 

This did not fit AT ALL on me like the model. It was actually quite fitted and flattering. The pattern is so cute, and was perfect for a Valentine's Day date night.  However, the v-neck is pretty deep, and I found this was cut fairly small on top. As a result, there was a LOT on view, and I absolutely could not wear this to work without a cami underneath.  Even then, the girls were squeezed a bit, so probably a little more cleavage than I'd normally allow at the office.  Overall, adorable, but for limited purposes.

This dress was not a showstopper but that's because I was not in love with the voluminous sleeves. The deep V could also be an issue, but was easily solved with a cami under the dress. All-in-all, a fine dress. Nice material and well made dress. 

The dress was not flattering for my pear shape.

This dress seems really cute but I couldn't zip it. Good quality. 

Cute fit and flare cut that is super flattering. Loved the little kiss details on it and the lovely buttons.  Didn't wrinkle at all and the fabric was so flowy and nice. The only con was it was a bit low cut so I wore a cami under it for my niece's bridal shower. 

Very fun dress with lips.  It does show cleavage but was very professional when I closed the top button.  I received many compliments!

Heavier fabric, stay away in the heat of summer. Flattering and different silhouette. Print was subtle and cute. Thought it was a little snugger in the waist to be a size 12, but still fit. 

Fits very differently than shown on model! This fits true to size, and I should have ordered a 6, but was confused by the difference in the look on the model (drapey/looser) and in customer photos (fitted), so I ordered up. It's a great work length, and with the top button buttoned it's not too flirty for work. I think it's longer than on the model, and I'm pretty tall.

Genuinely obsessed with this fit, how flattering and simple it is, and the adorable lips pattern. I wore it for a casual Friday at work and got tons of compliments. 

I rented this for work and was the first RTR look that I wore to work. I got soooo many compliments which is unusual for me at work. The keyhole is fairly revealing but not so much so that it was inappropriate- just had to be aware of it. 

I loved this dress! It fit perfectly and was comfortable. I received a ton of compliments in this dress. 

I love this dress, it is a nice spring or fall weight. The neck is cut quite low so you probably want to wear a cami under it.
