The fit was a pretty odd--I normally wear a 6 but it was extra tight around my hips. I would have worn the 8 (it fit around the hips better) but it was way too large up top and I didn't feel comfortable with it being so roomy without wearing a bra (the cut in the back is too low to wear a regular bra, but maybe it would have helped with the fit up top). The straps were a bit large and the fabric was gapping a bit, even on the 6. However, I think it still looked nice and the fabric has shimmery thread in the pattern which was a really nice effect. Great color, too.

I love how this dress looked but it was WAY too tight to even wear. I should have listened to the reviews and sized up to an 8. I ended up wearing a different dress since this one was uncomfortably tight. The fabric was a bit heavy so I wouldn't recommend it for a hot evening. The front pocket is also a little weird. If I had a size larger I would have rated this dress higher because I think it would have fit perfectly everywhere, it seems to be cut in a very flattering shape.

This dress fit me perfectly--it was super comfortable and appropriate for a work holiday party. It's very modest--I was surprised that it was on the long side, even though I'm tall. I was also surprised that the fabric wasn't itchy either. The only drawback was the length, I would have preferred it to be a bit shorter, to be honest. An unrelated drawback--there were a handful of other women at the party wearing a very similar dress; the lace overlay look seems to be a big trend this holiday season.

The dress looked very flattering on-- the Medium fit but it was sososotight, so I ended up wearing the Large because it was more comfortable. The Large was a little big in the chest area but was still a bit tight around my legs, riding up a bit while dancing...it was pretty annoying to have to keep pulling it down. I hate having to tug at my clothes like an insecure teenager. That was really the only drawback of the dress though. If you're going to be doing a lot of dancing, I don't recommend it, but it definitely shows off a curvier figure in a flattering way.

The dress is a gorgeous color and the pattern on the material is nice, but was a bit tight around the hips and bigger/baggier in the chest area. I liked that I could wear a normal bra with this dress though. I don't think it's a dress I would have bought because of the fit.
