Not your typical black gown!
Super fun dress. Impossible to wear a bra, despite how it might appear, and the top area isn't exceedingly supportive for a large bust. And it's a little large in the waist--if you're small waisted and want something to hug you there you might want to use fashion tape. Fabric is also a little chintzy and cheap-feeling, though the dress looks fantastic otherwise.

Simple and classic
Rented these for my wedding, and they were the perfect understated drop earrings. A bit smaller than I expected, but looked wonderful. Well-made and lots of sparkle!

Rented these for my rehearsal dinner to wear with a simple white cotton dress. These are *insanely* beautiful, and you'll get compliments all night, but your earlobes will also be begging for mercy at the end of it. That said, if you go into these earrings with that expectation, you can't go wrong. I want to buy these, despite my ears' best interests.

Stunning in person
Rented this clutch for my rehearsal dinner. The color is a little different than expected... it's is more of a cool nude, and my heels were quite warm. That said, it's absolutely beautiful and I don't regret it for a second. It was smooth like buttahhh and the gold casing is *very* gold. Definite standout!

Perfect to jazz up an LBD
Gorgeous. Lulu Frost can do very little wrong. The only problem with this necklace is the large bits would shift and the chains would sometimes flip inside out. Small price to pay for an insanely fun necklace, though!

My favorite RTR ever... and that's saying a lot.
Gorgeous, unique, classy, and drapes amazingly. When I pulled it out of the bag, I was nervous that the elastic portions and some exposed seams (which you can't see on the model) would make it a little too informal. But when I put it on, that definitely wasn't the case. No bra possible, which surprisingly wasn't a problem at all since the lining hugs closely. I wouldn't wear this to a club, like some other reviewers, because of the long length. But it definitely fits the bill as a perfect LBD for a cocktail event on the formal side. Now I want to buy it.

Stretchy, flouncy, and definitely flattering.
Agree with other reviewers that this dress is a bit thick, but it's still incredibly stretchy and flattering and I had no problems whatsoever wearing it to a summer wedding in DC. If you have narrow shoulders like I do, you might find the straps are set a little wide. (I had to use fashion tape to prevent slippage.) It also dips a bit low in the back, you'll either have to wear a lower-back bra or go braless. Because she was in town when I got the rental, my younger sister (with slightly broader shoulders and less of a bust) is pictured alongside me in the photo. She said she loved-loved-loved the dress, would totally buy it if she had the chance, and found it super flattering on her body shape. She's on the right in the 2; I'm on the left in the 0.

Fingernail-sized!
These were much, much smaller than I expected. Absolutely understated and gorgeous, and I was able to wear them as daytime earrings for the entirety of the rental period (which, score!). However they weren't big enough to stand up to a cocktail dress. Bummer! I'd rent these again, but not as evening earrings.

Bling-ier than anticipated, but great to class up a summer dress.
Gorgeous cream-colored stones with large crystals. Definitely not white, though, and not really yellow like the description says. The reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that it tends to slip around a lot. Since it's symmetrical, that'll leave you with a lopsided look. (In retrospect I wish I would have fashion-taped this to the back of my neck.)

Fun and light-weight!
Wore this for a partially-outside-on-a-100-degree-day San Antonio wedding. It was PERFECT for the Catholic mass and the fun reception at a mission-style art school. Seriously, when others were sweating I was absolutely loving it. Forgiving dress, accommodates a large bust, flowy skirt, and you can wear a regular bra with it. Got lots of compliments, and solidified my love for Trina Turk.

So sexy and flattering
I was sent this dress as a back-up option when my original order (another Herve) was deemed "destroyed" the day before my bachelorette party, and it was so amazingly (a-maze-ing-ly?!) flattering I very nearly wore it. The pattern and colors are incredibly slimming and make your waist look awesome. It also had room for a large bust, which was nice, but it could have been more supportive up there. Might be better on girls with more natural (or likely unnatural) buoyancy. Oh, and I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing this to a wedding. It's pretty daring.

Perfect for Vegas... but not ideal for all body types
I was sent this dress as a backup when my original order (another Herve pink dress) was deemed "destroyed" the day before my bachelorette party. Didn't intend to wear this one, but tried it on anyway for the RTR hive mind--so excuse my ridiculous expression. This dress is nice, short (lots of Herves are on the longer side), insanely vibrant and totally club-worthy. It also accommodates a large bust very well. However the cups were spaced too far apart for my frame, and the straps felt somewhat too long for my narrow shoulders. I'm not sure I'd be comfortable in it all night for that reason. For a petite girl with a slightly wider chest/shoulders, though, I think this would work great.

Perfect for a black tie event. Show stopper!
Incredible, stunning dress that was perfect for a black tie event. Two warnings: 1) It fits veryyyy tight in the bust. Because of this I had to size up to the 40, which was perfect in the bust but wide-ish in the waist. And 2) It runs quite long. I wore 3" heels but the back dragged ("draped" sounds better, I suppose) behind me all night. It looked like a train, which was wonderful and worked to its advantage, but I still wish it was shorter. That said, it's impeccably constructed and the fabrics and texture contrasts are just sublime.

Odd fit, odd fabric, odd dress!
I felt like a dolphin trainer in this dress. And take note, because this is coming from someone who *loves* to wear form-fitting sheath dresses in thicker fabrics. The sleeves are really weird and ginormous... definitely not the cute, well-fitting cuffs the promotional photos would lead you to believe. Plus the fabric, which I was expecting to love, contributes to the SCUBA suit look. I seriously tried it on, looked at myself in the mirror, laughed, and put it back in the bag. The waist fit OK, though, so there's that? Major bummer, the colors and colorblock design are gorgeous on the model!

Edgy, but thin and fragile sleeves
Not what I was expecting. The sleeves are cashmere (or cashmere-like) and very thin. This is a great textural and fabric contrast from the remainder of the dress, but very prone to rips. Both dresses I received had a small hole somewhere on the sleeves before I even tried them on. Not sure a dress this fragile is appropriate for RTR format. The rest of the dress was fun (neckline and structure up there is different and awesome), but didn't blow me away. I have very narrow shoulders, and this dress fit me well on top. I would certainly size up if you have broader shoulders or a more athletic frame. It was also slightly short on me.

Clingy -- best for toned bodies!
I felt AMAZING in this dress all day until I saw pictures from the event. Not even posting them here, if that says anything. The fabric is much thinner than I was assuming from the photos on the website. As a result, the dress is VERY clingy. I fit into the 38 but sized up to the 40, because the fabric emphasized some problem bits. Well, the 40 ended up being a bit large on me and just draped. Not very flattering at all. This dress would be incredible on someone a little less self-conscious about these aforementioned bits. The collar is amazing and color and cut are out of this world! Still wish this dress was for me. (And I'm saying "Runs large" here because for Moschino sizing I was expecting something much smaller.)

Very good day-to-night dress!
This was a good dress for a conference I organized. Nothing that blew my mind, but the dress is very well-made and certainly did the job. It's more elegant than it looks on the website, and less stiff-feeling too. Note that the dress does have a very strong sheen to it--I was lovingly called a "Rainbow Fish" (like the children's book) at one point. it would be a great dress day-to-night dress!

A day-to-night all-star. Well-made and work appropriate, too!
I've rented this dress twice, once for a fundraiser and once for a work function. So obviously I love it--and I am probably going to buy it. Super well made, and somehow form-fitting yet conservative. If you're in between sizes, size down. The only downside to this dress is a little extra tummy fabric.... I actually think it would be AMAZING as a mid-stage maternity dress. As weird as that sounds, this is an awesome dress. I promise! UPDATE: I ended up buying this dress because it's really that awesome and work-appropriate.

Size up. Way up!
Size up, size up, size up! This dress fit so small I couldn't fit into the 40... and I've only been a 0-2 on the 10+ RTR dresses I've worn, including others that supposedly ran quite small. Also, this dress is well-made but quite thin. Better for a very early fall event, not winter by any means. Shame, as the colors and pattern is absolutely gorgeous. Until next time, Moschino!
