I wore this dress to a company award ceromony. I thought it might be a bit "prom-ish", but I got SOOOOO many compliments on the dress. I wasn't sure from the photos if the background color was black or navy, so just to clear it up -- it is BLACK. I wore this with some black booties and it was a great outfit. I am knocking off one star as the size 2 fit, but the bodice was kind of weird and there was a white stain on the dress, so I ended up wearing the 4. The 4 looked perfect, but the bust was a little big for me -- the built in bra helped ease my concerns that I would not pop out

I was nervous that the romper was going to be too summer-y, but it was PERFECT for fall. I am reducing one start because the 2 was a bit too big on the bottom, but i think I was the only one that had an issue with it.

I wore this dress for a friend's birthday party -- I had originally rented to wear it for a work event the night before, but the vneck was a little NSFW. I rented this dress for a formal work party. Out of the choices I had picked, my better half liked this one best. I was really nervous about the dress since the only available size was a 0L and I am barely 5'2". Upon receiving the dress, I immediately tried it on and was flabbergasted- the bottom off the dress came up to my ankles! I double checked the tag and yep, it was a long. I ended up not wearing it and the RTR reps were great dealing with my return.

I ordered this dress for a dinner party/out on the town with friends. I ordered both a 0 and a 2 since I read from other reviewers that this particular dress runs a little small. The "white" section on the 0 looked a bit dingy compared to the 2, so I wore the 2 out and I am so glad I did. The black waist band is really not forgiving at all. I got TONS of compliments on my outfit, and it is a perfect spring dress, but I would suggest ordered this dress in something larger than what you normally wear.

I wore this dress to a friends company party. This is the dress you want to wear to stand out in a sea of boring black dresses. The photo does not do the dress justice, but the colors are really striking. I had people coming up to me from the other side of the room to ask me about my dress. The dress was comfy enough to dance and mingle in, the only downside is I felt it kind of ride up a little when I was sitting down for dinner. That might be deal breaker for taller ladies.

I rented both the XS and a S for my companies holiday party last year. Unfortuantely the XS was not available last minute (my replacement dress was awesome though). I tired on the S, and it was just too large for my petite body. Because I am so short, the dress went down to my knees and the shoulders jetted out making me look like I was going to an 80's flashback party. If I were taller I'm sure this dress would have looked fabulous, but I felt like I was a kid playing dress up.

I wore this dress for my office Holiday Party. This dress was a last minute choice as my original choice was unavailable prior to shipping. Looking back I am so thankful that I wore this instead! I received so many compliments on the dress! It was comfy and just the right length for my height (I am 5'2"). I wore this dress for my one year anniversary dinner date. I wore it with the Kate Spade Puttin' on the Ritz Bangle. The dress was so comfy and not too long for my short stature (I'm 5'2") The dress didn't ride up or was uncomfortable during dinner. I am on the smaller side so the bangle was a bit large. I ended up not wearing it out since it was sliding off my hand.
