Showstopper - Jaws hit the ground
SHORT in a dangerously good way if you have great legs. Looser in the arms and bust area. Only complaint was the white was sort of a light grey from being worn/washed so many times.

Almost bridal - very beautiful
Delicate and beautiful. Could see someone wearing this as their bridal gown - if given the right environment. Too tight on my booty and I don't have a lot back there. I must have just needed the next size up as I couldn't even zipper it.

Adorable - 100 people will ask you about this dress
This was an unexpected show stopper. I wore it casually and many people continued to ask me for specifics on it. There is a slit where the red lace is that's worth noting. It was a perfect modest look for the summer with cute sandals. I'd rent this again for sure.

Perfect amount of class and sass
This dress was extremely forgiving in the waist and was not super tight in the arms. Everyone commented that it was like a short wedding dress. It was really cute in person and photographed well.

Pretty dress with lovely lace
I rented the 8 and should have sized up to the 10. It was a really pretty dress but I don't think it's ideal for anyone with a D cup. Perfect for anything bridal with lace and just a peekaboo of pink.

Runs very large for Joie
I have a ton of Joie tops and this runs the largest. It was very low cut as a result and I had to wear a tank underneath. Pattern was beautiful and the quality of silk was very nice though.

Not for the super busty
If you have D's or above, this dress is NOT for you. The material will pucker in the middle at the bottom. The material was very thick - too thick for summer. Loved the lace accents though.

Showstopper in a sea of cocktail dresses
The long was too long for me (5'6") with 3" heels but the regular length wasn't available. Fit was very nice overall but the lace had been stretched from being worn/rented before. I doubt anyone noticed but me. Fit true to size. Black was still super black not worn out like a few other rentals I've received.

Awesome pop of color in a sea of black dresses
This dress was so fun - modest but the high/low effect made it just sassy enough. If I were to rent it again (or in the white), I'd probably size up (to my true size) because it was a little tight in the bust and arms. Even though I'm more "apple shaped" I found it to be comfortable at the waistline.

Cute, fun and forgiving...
I'm currently going through a chubby phase (ha!) and this jumper still made me feel cute. I'm busty so it was a light tight in that area but it was extremely forgiving around the waist! Adorable and super fun. The material is nice and thick too!

Wintery wedding or work event apropos
You're covered up in this dress. This is perfect for an event where it's chilly - maybe winter wedding or work event. The color is very beautiful and the material is thick. This arrived wrinkly beyond wearable so you may need to deal with that too. I'm busty and there was ample room for comfort.

More worky than wedding
I'd wear this dress to a work event or a formal event if you're super modest. I'm busy and the material gave enough for the girls. The material is nice and thick. It arrived extremely wrinkled - so be ready to deal with that too. The color is more purple than blue. Nice dress but I've worn better...

Queen of the Jungle...
Adorable, sturdy material but DEFINITELY not mean for someone who is busty with long, lean legs. This almost ballooned out at the waist. Not super flattering for someone with my build. Luckily, I wore this to a costume party...so I was A-okay.

The color was awesome. The fit was awkward - definitely needed double-sided tape up top and the bottom was very fitted (and I don't have a lot of bootie). I wouldn't recommend wearing this anywhere super formal.

SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND!
I wore this dress to a concert and it was so fun. While it was fitted, it was still loose enough to dance around in and feel completely comfortable. Some girls with bigger booties (not me sadly) might want to exercise caution with the length. This was super fun and definitely a great way to sparkle all night!

Posh & elegant - complimented all evening
Note: I did size up for this but not because of the dress...because I packed on a few pounds over the holidays - haha. Ordinarily, the 12 would have fit like a glove but I wasn't about to push the limits on this dress. You can't really tell in the photos but the arm bands are more of a patent leather which added a little edgy flair. It was beautiful and I was complimented all night. :)

Sassy and tight with a fun pop of color
Fun scoop neck that doesn't overly flaunt cleavage. Tight but breathable. You don't need to wear spanx with this as the material and print seemed to smooth my flaws.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I wore this to a fancy dinner and it was a complete JAW DROPPER - guys and girls alike. The neckline is extremely low cut and it attracts major attention so if you're busty and not comfortable with that sort of action, this isn't the dress for you. Ran TTS (true to size) as most Herve Leger dresses do (on me at least). The sleeves provided more coverage and I thought that really balanced out the aesthetics of the dress. Love how the bottom of the dress scoops up a tiny bit in the middle. This is a beautiful, sexy dress.

Fun neckline and zippers! Unique accents.
I should have rented a size up for this dress. I had a UK10/US 6 and I couldn't zipper it up my back (I have to size up a lot for my back). That's my only beef with this dress. Otherwise, it's pretty amazing. The zippers were really fun accents and the color was really beautiful! The neckline is SO gorgeous.

A walking work of art!
This dress creates an awesome hourglass shape. I sized down and although I'm busty it was a wise move. The scuba-like material was VERY forgiving and no Spanx were needed. The colors were really amazing and perfect strangers complimented me on my BOLD choice. I think this works best with simple black pumps and sparse jewelry.

White after Labor Day? Heck yes!
This dress is perfect for a night on the town. It has full coverage of your arms so if you're a wear white after Labor Day kind of gal like me, it's PERFECT for a crisp fall or winter night (or any other season obviously). I thought I was going to feel like a nun with so much covered up but it was amazing the compliments I received. This is definitely the kind of dress that you'll need to dress up with your accessories. It's an amazing blank canvas! I wore a 4 (my usual size is 6) and it fit very comfortably although I'm busty.

So sassy yet simply elegant!
This dress is awesome. The sheer panels pump up the sex appeal where the sleeves and length of the dress keep this perfectly classy for a fancy dinner or event. I did not have to wear Spanx because the material almost feels like scuba gear so it sucked everything in without being too tight/trashy. Note: the sheer panels will not permit you to wear a regular strapless bra. I wore a NuBra and it worked perfectly.

I sized up for my back/bust. While it fit, I felt like I looked boxy and not sexy in this dress because I don't really have a narrow rib cage. This dress will look best on women who don't have to size up for their backs/busts because they'll look curvy like the model - bust, waist and then a little pop out. The color is amazing and the material was very dreamy and flowy. The regular length was perfect for my height. You DEFINITELY need a necklace like the model is wearing to dress this look up.

This dress was sexy and hugged all of the right places but it wasn't appropriate for my event. The slit is fairly aggressive (even for me) and the material was a little too casual for a black tie. I would LOVE to wear something like this on a date with my man but probably not to a party unless it was in Vegas or NYE.

This was a backup for another dress but it was a CLOSE runner up. It actually created the illusion of me having curves! AHHHH! :) Everything about this dress screams class and beauty. I will definitely rent this one for a future event. I sized up in the back because I have a full bust and it totally worked. I had no problem with the regular length being 5'6" with a decent heel either.

Simply beautiful - big busted ladies beware!
This dress is the most amazing shade of blue. It was elegant and classy except I couldn't wear it because I have a large bust. Eeeek! If you have large than a B bust, I'd suggest another dress unless you really want to be on display. The neckline is deceiving based on the photos. Oddly, although I have a D bust, it was still slightly loose in that area. I'm sure a little fashion tape would have remedied the problem. Otherwise, GORGEOUS.

Great way to dress up for a fun dinner or something a little bit fancier than casual. I wouldn't recommend wearing this to a wedding though. The material and cut didn't seem fancy enough. I wore it to a nice restaurant and paired with edgy pumps and a clutch and I felt simply lovely. All eyes were on this lady in red although it wasn't my fav rental by any means despite the fit being right on.

Low cut but lovely...
If you happen to be on the busty side, I'm extending a fair warning that this dress is LOW cut. It's sexy and fitted throughout but not SUPER tight. The only con was I thought the cut of the sleeves made my arms look bigger at certain angles. Otherwise, gorgeous. I was complimented all night on my unique spin on the LBD look!

A sea of blue...
Obviously, HL is known for hugging curves and this dress did JUST that. This dress was super cute for a fun day event. I dressed it down but it can easily be dressed up. It was tighter on my arms and seemed to fit a bit more off the shoulders. The darker blues in the middle created more of a waistline/hourglass look for me too.

I'd say this dress runs small if you need to size up for your back. If I would have sized up, the sides wouldn't have fit snugly and the rouching would have looked ridiculous. The criss-cross just wouldn't lay right for me either. It felt like it was twisted. The color was gorgeous though. Anyway, a fab dress on others just not meant for me. Boo hoo. :(
