Fun, great autumnal colors
I've worn this a few types (to work, out to dinner with friends, Thanksgiving dinner) and loved it each time. It's easy to wear and super comfortable, and the colors are perfect for fall. Only real problem is that it is very thin fabric, more suited to a spring dress than one for November (but the colors are November, so it's a bit off). I'm not usually a ruffle-dress type of woman, but Saloni dresses always look classic to me.

Stunning and professional -- loved this dress!
I loved this dress, which is classic and professional. The material is heavy, great for cooler temperatures, and I think the zippers and pockets give it a fun look. The belt has NO give, so it really has to fit your waist for it to work (I had on tights and some shaping underwear, to be frank). But once on, it's pretty comfortable (I wore it all day, including on a bus and for several hours of driving). The sleeves are a bit odd, with almost sweatshirt-type wrists - seems a bit out of place for the dress - but it's not really noticeable. I wore this twice, once for work and once for a conference, and would have purchased it if it wasn't so expensive.

Lovely fabric, very thin material
This was a pretty dress for a one-time wear (to work), but the fabric was SUPER thin. I paired with tights and brown Frye ankle boots, and it was cute for fall -- but the fabric was really too thin for the season. Might work better for a warm-weather autumn location.

Beautiful colors, runs large.
I rented this for a fun work alternative, and I did get a lot of compliments on the colors -- the fabric is beautiful and bright. It does run big, however, especially without the belt (which was not shipped to me - and I checked all the assorted pockets in the packaging). Without the belt, it definitely has a shapelessness to it that I didn't love. But, as always, Saloni fabrics are stunning and worth the wear anyway.

Fun, fashionable piece.
I wore this with a black blouse, tucked in (you have to tuck in tops, as the waist on the skirt is very high), and felt very fashionable all day. It's a gorgeous fabric: thick, lovely to the touch, vibrant colors. I also agree with previous reviewers that the "underskirt" makes the slit much less of a problem -- the slit does fall open when sitting and walking, but the black underskirt protects you. A bit long for my height (I'm 5'2"), and because of the thicker fabric, it felt like it bulged out a bit at the hips. Definitely runs a bit small -- I sized up and was comfortable with that choice (possibly could have gone with normal size but it might have been tight).

Love this dress -- elegant and comfortable!
I genuinely loved this dress and would have considered buying it if it wasn't seriously out of my price range. The fabric is beautiful and hangs very nicely, and I personally didn't find the front 'flap' too big (I'm a 34D and it seemed to fall and flow well for my shape). Could make a nice summer dress, but the colors also work for fall -- I paired it with black tights and a cardigan for work, wore it without the cardigan for a nice dinner out.

Fun pattern, great material!
Fun pattern, great material. Nice fall dress for work -- sleeveless but thicker material (I wore it with black tights and boots and took a cardigan just in case). It does seem to run a bit big - especially in the top. I could have probably sized down.

Great autumn dress!
This dress is heavy-weight material, very well put together -- great for cooler temperatures. I also love the color combination of navy blue with orangey-reds. Nice cut with a flared skirt. My only complaint is that the upper sleeves are a bit tight. It's not a show-stopper, but it's a great autumn work dress.

Beautiful, elegant work dress
I loved this dress -- great color blocks, beautiful fabric, eye-catching zipper in the back. It made for a fantastic work-to-dinner-out statement, and it was easy to add a simple black cardigan when the day started off chilly. My own complaint is that the kangaroo pockets had a tendency to pop out a little in front, as pockets do. It wasn't a huge deal, because the dark color of the dress hid that to a certain extent, but it did mean that I was constantly pulling on the dress to smooth out the pockets. I possibly could have gone up a size and eliminated this problem, but the dress fit well everywhere else.

Lots of compliments, wanted to love it, but hard to wear!
I wanted to love this dress, and it received lots of compliments, but it was genuinely hard to wear! I had three safety pins keeping the top closed, and then the bottom had a tendency to flare open when I walked. I know this is always the problem with wrap dresses, but this one seemed particularly prone to flapping open. That said, the colors and fabric are gorgeous, and I did get lots of compliments on it (more so than any other RTR dress I've worn so far).

Lovely and so feminine!
I adored this dress (so much so that I considered buying it, and probably would have if it wasn't already the dying gasps of summer). It's comfortable, easy to wear, would fit a lot of body types. I wore it for work, but I could imagine wearing it to a spring party or a summer evening.

Cute but a bit loose
Overall, this is a great dress: beautiful fabric, fun print, wide shoulder coverage makes it easy to wear a normal bra. It's also a good work length: right at my knee (I'm 5'2", so it would be shorter on others). Only complaint is that it runs a bit large. I could have definitely sized down, maybe even two sizes. It's a bit baggy so I feel like I keep pulling at it.

Bizarre fit
This dress had a totally bizarre fit , at least for my body. I'm 5'2" but relatively proportional (not long or short waisted). But the waist on this dress was so low that it hit my hips, where of course it was too tight. I loved the dress in photos, and the fabric is beautiful, but the fit is bizarre and very long waisted.
