Mine came without the belt but RTR gave me a heads up.  I asked For a replacement fully expecting to send it back without wearing it but it was so cute I had to try it on.  It fit perfectly and I didn’t even miss the belt.  I don’t even like silver but I really loved this dress. I received compliments all day.

I loved this dress!  It was very professional but also fashionable!  Fit was great.

I found this to be an awkward fit.  The pockets look great in the RTR pic, but in real life they just popped out awkwardly.  I chose not to wear it.

I've been circling around this rental for a long time. It has been on one of my boards since I first joined RTR but I didn't rent it until just recently. I'm so glad I did! It's just a perfectly tailored simple comfortable black dress with fun detailing that make it unique. I love the front zipper closure and the pockets. Take a chance on this one you won't be disappointed!

This dress arrived without a belt, but as you can see I have this super cute belt that just made it all flow together. I got several compliments. And the bonus, there are usable pockets.

I loved this dress even more than I expected to! It's super comfortable, has pockets and is just adorable. There is some nice stretch to the material. Loved it overall. 

Only the 6 was available and im usually a 4, and while it was a little big, it still looked amazing! Pockets are great! Zipper in the front actually works so you dont need anybody's help zippering up the back!! Perfect for a "desk to dinner" outfit! I paired with a biker jacket to show off the dress underneath and black tights and boots for winter!

It is a great length too (i'm 5'10") it hit mid thigh. And so comfortable!

This fit perfectly. I wish I owned multiple dresses in this cut. 

Loved this dress though it didn't come with the belt.  Sleeves were long on me but the cuffs are a fitted knit so it was ok. 

Wore this for a work presentation and absolutely loved it! I wore a size 4 but could probably wear a size 2 next time as the arms were a little big. I received so many compliments. Cute and sexy yet perfect for work. Totally will rent again!

This fir like a glove but was so comfortable. It looked very nice and I loved the pockets!!

I loved this dress, which is classic and professional. The material is heavy, great for cooler temperatures, and I think the zippers and pockets give it a fun look. The belt has NO give, so it really has to fit your waist for it to work (I had on tights and some shaping underwear, to be frank). But once on, it's pretty comfortable (I wore it all day, including on a bus and for several hours of driving). The sleeves are a bit odd, with almost sweatshirt-type wrists - seems a bit out of place for the dress - but it's not really noticeable. I wore this twice, once for work and once for a conference, and would have purchased it if it wasn't so expensive. 

I'm a reporter and started using RTR to switch it up a bit and save some money from constantly having to update my wardrobe. Totally obsessed. This dress fit perfect and was lots of fun with the pockets. I paired it with some funky tights. I'm only 5'1' and it fell a little lower than mid thigh. Usually regular sized dresses are too long. 

Really great fit. Lovely cut and fabric so it gives a nice silhouette. A tad longer than I wanted but I am quite short! Will definitely rent again!

This dress has the most amazing fit! A zipper in front and a zipper in back and cute belt and fun, functional pockets. I love this dress so much and recommend renting it. It is fun and professional. 

Loved this dress. Fit was prefect! So many complements all day long. Planning to keep this one in my closet for awhile.  

I wore this to the office, then straight to a night out and it was perfect in both scenarios! Great fit, design and color! It had pockets which was awesome! Will definitely rent again!

I couldn't love this dress more. I wore it to work and then for a night out. There is some stretch to it. Im usually between a 4/6 and i liked the fit of the 6. The sleeve length was perfect as well!

I'm usually an 8 but because of the front zipper i sized up because I have a larger chest. The 8 would have been fine! The dress got so many compliments from my colleagues 

Cute dress. Loose fitting and comfortable. Got a lot of compliments on it. Mine didn't come with the belt though. 

The cut of this made me look a bit wider in the hips than usual (the pockets are also a bit puffy which doesn't help) but I still loved wearing it.  Worked great going straight from work to a party.  Didn't come with a belt so wore my own.

Easy to wear work dress with exaggerated funky pockets. Wouldn't wear it regularly, but was definitely a fun piece to mix up the work wardrobe. Would rent again.

Super basic work dress. Didn't get any compliments on this one.  I sized up to a 6 and the fit was fine. 5'2, 135lbs, 34dd.

I really wanted to love this dress, but it was not meant to be. I adore the concept of large front pockets (and dresses with pockets in general), but at my height (5'), they sat right on my hips and made me look extra wide. Otherwise, I liked the dress. It was true to size, great for work, and very comfortable. I got a lot of compliments!

I wore this to work with booties and black tights. Compliments for days. The pockets are key and have such a cute contrast edge. Super comfy too.

This was great for a get together, but was a little long and conservative for my style. It probably would be great for the office.

For me the pockets were just in the wrong place. Accentuated my hips in an unflattering way. 

This dress is not meant for a short, curvy body. It was bunching in all the wrong places and the pockets were positioned in such a way that made my hips look huge. 

My favorite rental so far. I'm normally a 6 but the 4 was perfect. So sexy so comfortable got compliments all day
