Showstopper!
Gorgeous dress. This was my back up dress and I ended up wearing it to my event. It has a great built-in bra/corset and it has a tiny bit of stretch. I'm 5"3' and wore flats and the dress sat about 2" in the floor in the front with the elegant mermaid tail in the back. The bra top was a bit large for me and I'm a 36D. It held the girls up, but they did need adjustments. The dress I got looked like it had never been worn. It also came with a little belt that I didn't wear (and that is not shown in any of the photos). I got tons of compliments. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful dress!
Really gorgeous dress - especially the back. I didn't end up wearing this to my event, but only because my back up dress ended up being even better than I expected. Note that the back of this is sheer under the gold, and goes low, so if you decide to wear spanx they should be skin colored and you will need to either go braless or wear a NuBra type. The black fabric is slightly stretchy and hangs really nicely. I'm 5'3" and planned to wear flats and this dress was the perfect length.

Really pretty dress. Tons of compliments.
Very luxurious feel and look. I didn't have the arm restriction problem others have mentioned, but also chose to wear the larger size for more movement. There is NO stretch to this dress, so keep that in mind. I usually wear an 8-10, wore the 12 in this. I wished the wedding was outside so I could wear a big sunhat, which would suit this dress perfectly!

Lots of compliments!
This dress was a big hit with my friends and my husband. It is sexy without being obvious - perfect for my company's black-tie optional holiday party. It is somewhat stretchy. The 8 fit, but I decided to go with the 10 for ease of movement and ability to eat without thinking about it. The sequins will catch on things, so be aware of what you're near. You can't wear a regular bra with it, so I got one of the stick on bras that worked great. Also, if you're thinking of wearing spanx, keep in mind that the mesh panels on the sides come down all the way to your waist, so you have to be aware of where the top of your spanx are or risk showing the waistband. Overall a great dress and I'm so glad that I wore it!

Great for the corporate party
This is a really beautiful dress. I ordered it along with another one so I could choose when they came. I know that DVF typically runs small, so I ordered one and two sizes up from my usual size 8. The 12 is the one that fit. From the front, it was gorgeous, but the zipper in the back just detracted from the dress. It wouldn't quite lay flat and it's so industrial looking that it doesn't compliment the overall elegance of the dress. I decided to wear my second choice. This may work better for someone who is less curvy to help the zipper lie flat.
