This dress was exactly what I hope it would be. There were a few places that the elastic strings were braking leaving stray strings hanging but overall it was a beautiful dress and couldn't have been more pleased. 

This dress is gorgeous! The fit is fabulous and the design detail is incredible.  I received compliments all night long. The open back is very unique and the length was perfect for a cocktail party. I wore stick on cups though I suppose you could go without a bra. I highly recommend this dress!

The intricate pattern and sparkle are definitely eye-catching! The material is slightly stretchy, and the sequins are small and flat so they don't irritate the inside of your arms. Yes, you do need an adhesive or backless bra (unless you can normally go without one) but the dress is cut so it won't show. Like others have said, the sleeves are a little restricting when raising your arms, but that only really mattered when the DJ played 'YMCA' on the dance floor. I got a ton of compliments and would absolutely order this dress again!

I LOVED this dress!!!!! I will definitely rent it again, I even tried to find a place that I could buy it. I felt so sexy the whole night. I got lots and lots of compliments when I wore this to a joint graduation dinner. I'm glad I got the 2 as a backup because it fit much better than the 4 and that's what I ended up wearing. The detail in this dress is amazing. I thought all the sequins would be itchy but it wasn't at all! It was very comfortable to wear. 

Got this dress for a friend's birthday in Vegas and it was amazing! The dress was so comfortable to wear and was not scratchy like most sequined dresses I've found. There was a little wear and tear near the bottom but nothing that anyone could notice but me.
I have smaller breasts so I went braless, the dress was tight enough that this worked out well but ladies with bigger chests might want some sort of support. 
Amazing choice, the back and cutouts gave it breathability in a crowded Vegas club. You won't regret this one!

I usually wear a size 2, but after reading all of the comments, I am glad I ordered a size down. The zero fit perfectly and it was very comfortable. 

This dress fit perfectly and true to size. Both the 4 and the 2 fit, but ended up wearing the 4 for the night. The 2 did fit but was just more form fitting. Wanted to be comfortable and be able to dance at the wedding.

The dress is gorgeous! Really intricate sequins makes this dress shine. The open back is really pretty and compliments the conservative front. Love the sheer shoulders and side panels. I am 5'6 and wore heels with it. It hits right above the knee... Perfect for a formal event. The bottom of the dress does not have a lot of give to it, so it is hard to bend down and pick things up or even put your shoes on once in it. I did wear a backless bra with it.

Got compliments all night long (from ladies and gentlemen). Really a classy dress and perfect for a black tie optional, wedding, party, New Years, etc.

I enjoyed wearing this dress.  It was my first RTR experience and it couldn't have been better.  I never wear backless anything, but found this flattering and fun.

The fit was a little long for me but I'm also a shorter girl, however it is still very classy. Make sure to have a backless bra when wearing this dress, I didn't realize there was not a built in bra so I had to buy one last minute! Over all an amazing dress! 

The dress is absolutely beautiful and comfortable as well! I ordered another dress from RTR which looked really tacky in person. Thankfully I selected the option to pick up in store. The person helping me showed me this dress and I fell in love! The backless element intimidated me because I'm very small on top but I purchased adhesive cutlets and that really helped. I wish I could own this dress that's how much I love it. Classy and sexy. Be aware that the sequins can catch on your stockings when getting dressed. 

Didn't see any cons.  No need for a necklace.  I wore black and gold drop earrings.  Chose to keep heels simple.  The open back and sheer sides are stunning!

I wore this dress to my husband's military holiday party. I selected true to size because for the most part it is. As a petite person, however, I will say it runs a tad large. If there was a 00 it probably would have been perfect. Still, the 0 was great! I wouldn't let it hinder me from recommending it. In case you cant tell, it is a sequined dress. However, the sequins didn't bother me at all. I was a little worred about the cut outs but they are very forgiving. Honestly, I can't say anything negative about the dress! 

This dress fit perfectly and was perfect for my company Christmas Party. It's fun and sparkly, but not over the top.
The only negative thing about the dress is the design on the stomach. Since it has that diamond shape where your stomach pooch is, I feel like I looked a little bit bigger in pictures than I actually am. 

I rented this dress for a December wedding. As recommended, I ordered a size down and it fit perfectly. Sequins weren't scratchy and gave the dress enough structure so that it was slightly forgiving in the midsection. Only con is that the hem is a bit fitted, making it difficult to pull the bottom down over the thighs, resulting in a bit of wiggling in the ladies room (I didn't want the sequins to catch on my hose). I received lots of compliments and the dress is all over sequins without looking like a disco ball. Would definitely recommend. 

The fit is true to size. This dress isn't too short nor too long - it's a very modest, classy dress, but the fit and material make it subtly sexy. The only bra solution for this dress is a nubra or to go braless, so bustier girls may have a problem with the top. Altogether, this dress is very flattering, classy, and looks just like it does in the picture - definitely an amazing find for any formal event. 

This was such a fun dress to where with just the right amount if glitz for the occasion. I felt so comfortable and sexy in this dress, and got compliments all night on it. 

I wore this dress for Thanksgiving and it was stunning!  The dress is beautiful with just the right amount of sexy and class combined.  The sequins on the dress make it really stand out and the design is slimming.  I had a wonderful evening with my family and was so glad I had selected it as my finance proposed the same evening.  I wore a size 6 and had plenty of room left over for turkey and stuffing:)

Fit was amazing. Just the right amount of sexy for my birthday party. The mesh sides and the open back added just the right amount of sexy to the front embellishment of the dress. I danced in it all night and received tons of compliments. I felt it ran true to size and could have probably went with the zero instead of the 2 but after all the dancing I did it was nice to feel comfortable. It fit like a glove! I did end up wearing a size down from what I normally am so definitely request a smaller size as your second size. The length is conservative so it's very appropriate for a more formal affair, although the open back gives the dress a fun flare! I wore this to my organization's gala "An Evening in China" and it was a perfect mix of exotic and formal.

The dress runs a little big. I normally wear a 2 but wore the 0 in this dress. You can't wear a bra because of the open back so I wore a sticky bra. It's stunning on and is very comfortable! I definitely recommend renting this dress !

Yes!  It has a nice lining that provided enough support/coverage.

I could have worn a size down, but went up to have a looser fit.  The dress is super fun and I loved that it was light weight for dancing!

I rented this dress for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect for the reception, which was in a loft space in the city. I felt it was a little bit too glitzy for church so threw a black blazer over it for the ceremony. But once I got to the reception the jacket was off and it was a perfect dress for partying. The dress itself was comfortable and had a little give as the material is stretchy. I wore the size 6 and it was perfect at the beginning of the night, but by the end of the night I actually thought it had stretched out quite a bit and that I probably could have worn the size 4 had I known it was going to stretch. I received TONS of compliments about the fun back so if you're looking for something unique and fun, this is the right dress for you. 

This dress looks okay on the hanger but on it looks amazing. I loved the length and the open back. I got a lot of compliments on how nicely the dress looks. The fit is true to size. The dress is short, and I love that it is structured,because it keeps the hem from riding up. Also it is not possible to wear a bra with this dress but the dress is structured enough to keep your boobs up and in place. 

I rented my usual size (2) and a size down based on other reviews. The 0 fit perfectly. 

Pros: Eye-catching, received a million compliments, open back adds some sexiness, good length on my tall frame 

Cons: Smelled like perfume when I received it (maybe it wasn't worn but only tried on before being sent to me, but it definitely smelled like perfume), small tears near the side panels, some hanging strings and pulls

Runs a little big. I normally wear a 4 but the 2 was a perfect fit. This dress was a little outside of my comfort zone for length and coverage (open back) but I ultimately felt really good in it. Found it very comfortable - danced all night.  Only issue was the hemline was a little tight.

I rented this dress to wear to my birthday dinner - loved the sparkle, sheer panels, and the cut out back. I found the chest area extra baggy so I ended up wearing the 2. 

Got this dress at the RTR store in Vegas (my first time at one of their locations) for a dinner at Picasso and a show afterwards with my husband. It wasn't required we dress up that much, but hey, when in Vegas. Sadly, they only had this dress in a 6, which was a touch big, but not overly so, but makes normal sizing advice hard to give. The dress was stunning, hard to wear a bra or spanx with, I just ended up going without. It was comfy enough to eat a solid dinner and not feel uncomfortable or lumpy, but the hem at the bottom folded the sequins under, which made sitting chaf-y after a long duration. Aside from that, I adored this dress and would highly recommend.

I was totally bummed when my usual size wasn't available a few days before New Year's eve, but was pleasantly surprised that this one ran a bit bigger on me (makes sense with the open back style of this dress) so the smaller dress worked perfectly. The sequins didn't bother me and I felt fabulous all night. Was sad to send it back!

This dress was not my first pick, but a stylist sent it as a backup after the dress I did order came back damaged.  I wore the size 0 and it was a little big on me, I also felt like it was a little long on me, so it may be better on a taller person.  It was comfy though and I felt great in it all night!

This was my first rent the runway experience. I ordered both the 12 and the 14, as I am larger in the hips and thighs. The 12 fit, but the 14 gave me more room to move and dance. The dress was absolutely beautiful, and the cut out in the back gave it a hint of sexy without being too much for the wedding. I had no issues with dancing in the dress, and that includes 2-steppinh, and the crazy wedding march that my fiancé and I joined in on! Only draw back was that the arms sit slightly over your shoulder, and the mesh has zero give, so it was slightly restrictive, but not enough to wear I could lift my arms up. I would definitely rent this dress again!!

Hemline was a bit tight. Scratchy underneath the arm where the sequins are. Overall was a hit. Got mad compliments. Easy to accessorize. Wish is was tighter around the waist. I have an hourglass figure and it made my stomach look big.

This dress looked good for a party. I docked one star because one of the clasps was missing when I got it. It is very short, and I am 5'3", so if you are tall or have long legs this dress might not be for you. I have 36DDs so I was nervous they would not fit into the dress, but they did. The back is open, so you need to go without a bra or get a very low back bra. Overall, I liked the dress and my fiancé loved it! Definitely a sexy dress.

Very classy with a hint of sexy dress!  Received a lot of compliments.  However, the bottom of the dress is very tight around the legs so when it was time to dance or go potty, I was a little restricted but made it work.  Also the matted sequins are beautiful but will snag a little on stockings.  Overall, the dress was a success!  Will definitely be using RTR in the future :)

This dress was amazing! I rented it for a wedding at Bear Mountain and loved it. 
FIT: In my opinion, runs a little larger. I normally take a 10 in a dress but I wore the 8 for this. As a previous reviewer said the dress did stretch out a little bit but not noticeably. 
LOOK: I didn't realize this when I rented the dress but it's not a "print" per say. The dress is actually made up of matte sequins. Very pretty. Makes it a touch fancier. 

PROS: Fit was great, open back was fabulous. Dress was in great condition. Would definitely recommend this dress to any body type as it is extremely forgiving.

CONS: None except for one nit picky thing. The bottom of the dress doesn't stretch, it almost feels like it's banded so it makes it a little difficult too pen your legs (to get into a car, dance low) but definitely wouldn't deter me from renting the dress. Like I said, nit picky. 

This dress was gorgeous! Pictures on the website don't give it enough justice.  It fit perfect, looked great and was easy to dance in. (Even did a flash Mob in it!!)  I usually wear a 2 or 4 and was just right in a 2.  The back is stunning and different.  Not too short but short enough to show off the legs!  Highly recommend and would wear again! 

I wore this dress for a date night out in Vegas with my boyfriend and love the look of the back. The length was great too so it didn't ride up with my wider hips.  I only used pasties and have a small chest so it was ok, but I would have felt more comfortable with a backless bra instead to just add an extra layer in the front because the material is not that thick.  I would wear it again!

This was a great dress. It was a little stretched out, as though it's been worn several times, but it still fit well. I'm small in the bust and was perfectly comfortable going braless.  I'm also short (5'3) so it was not too short on me. 

To wear this dress comfortably I definitely felt like I needed Spanx. The bottom hem also had no give at all so I couldn't open my legs very wide. It was hard getting in and out of the car - probably not the best dress if you're really into dancing. Both the 10 and the 8 fit me, I ended up going with the 8 but the difference wasn't that great. 

Wore this for a bachellorette party, bery fun dress. The top sequence layer held togther well, there were some areas where or had come part but was not that noticeable with the black under layer. Fit well and was a good length on the legs. I would rent again.

I was worried that it would be heavy or itchy because of the material, but it was actually extremely comfortable and soft. I was also concerned that it would be too short because I am tall, but it was the perfect length! I seriously did not want to take it off at the end of the night and I received SO many compliments on it all night and afterwards when I posted pictures.

This dress is amazing!  It is very dressy, but the mesh cutout and open back give it a unique edge that makes it perfect for a party or night out.  I loved wearing it for my 40th birthday party.  Very comfortable all night.  Perfect length without being too short.  Runs big, I would have preferred a size smaller, but it was not available.  Size down if you are not sure.  

I rented this dress for a conference closing party that was Gold Rush themed. I rented fairly close to the event date as I was indecisive, so I was unable to rent a back up size. Luckily, the 4 fit perfectly and was very comfortable! I was a little nervous about going bra-less since the dress is backless, however, when I put it on I felt very secure and had no issues. I got so many compliments that night! I would definitely rent this dress again!

All the bridesmaids had to find gold sequin dresses and I fit in perfectly! I'm normally a 0 and it fit beautifully. I didn't feel the sequins on my skin at all and was super comfy all night with dinner and dancing into the morning! No bra needed to help with the open back and I felt so glamorous. Loved the open back. My jewelry kept getting caught on the dress. I received a bunch of compliments. It had just enough sparkle. I think the pattern design wasn't the most flattering on top with where the lines/ triangles fell, but overall I think it worked. 

I am not usually one for sequins, but some friends were going out to a Russian dinner club which required cocktail attire. I rented this the day before and it fit like a glove. Sorry I don't have a better picture of it, but it was chilly and I wore a blazer. When I took the blazer off to dance, everyone was oohing and having!

This dress ran a little big, which worked out great, because I needed an 8! I have a very broad back, and this cut into my shoulders. Otherwise, the material gives so it sufficed. It was a pretty dress, however, the fabric felt a little cheap and some sequins were missing. But it was an appropriate "Gatsby" themed dress, and I received a lot of compliments. The cutouts and back detail were very flattering. 

The dress fits beautifully, very comfortable and even did not require bra. It was a bit shorter than I would usually wear but I did not mind it. The fabric has a nice stretch to it and hugs the body well. Loved the open back!

I wore this dress for my birthday and absolutely loved it! I wasn't sure what size to get because I am still getting rid of baby weight. The 10 fit, but was a little short as it was snug across my hips, so I wore the 12. This dress was perfect for my karaoke night 30th birthday party. I loved the backless detail and the fabric on the sides made sure the sequins didn't rub my arms. 

This dress is truly amazing! I would have bought it in a heart beat if it weren't for an expensive price tag. The back is super flattering with the cutout. I also loved how there were sparkles but they weren't too showy. I was worried about the 6 fitting but it was the perfect fit and I was lucky because I didn't get a back up. Will most likely rent again. Stunner!

I loved wearing this dress as it was very comfortable and attention grabbing. My only issue was that the front looked a bit pouchy on the lower stomach- I think a combination of the design, the fabric, and the dress running a bit large. Most flattering photos are taken from the side/over the shoulder to emphasize the open back. 

I have an hourglass shape  and wear size 2-4 and the 2 fit just fine. This is such a stunning dress and perfect for NYE! Did not want to take it off!  I will definitely order this one again!

This dress was perfect! I received so many compliments on it all night. It fit true to size and it was very comfortable. It hit right below mid-thigh so it was almost a little short, but it didn't ride up or cause any problems when I raised my hands in the air. I was so sad to have to send it back. Love!!

Great dress for my company holiday party. All the jazz I needed. The back is open so it has that little sexy edge but nothing too inappropriate for a company gathering. The sequins were nice and expensive looking as they were more matte instead of flashy. Really enjoyed this number. Very comfortable as well. 

I felt very elegant and pretty in this sparkly dress for this wedding near Thanksgiving. I got a lot of compliments and I really loved the open back.  I was a little bummed to find a number of strings sticking out on the dress, I'm guessing where some sequins had come off.  But no one else could tell but me.

It's a beautiful dress, if a little scratchy when wearing it. I wore this as the finishing touch to a last minute "monarch" costume, and it worked great!
