This dress was exactly what I hope it would be. There were a few places that the elastic strings were braking leaving stray strings hanging but overall it was a beautiful dress and couldn't have been more pleased.

This dress is gorgeous! The fit is fabulous and the design detail is incredible. I received compliments all night long. The open back is very unique and the length was perfect for a cocktail party. I wore stick on cups though I suppose you could go without a bra. I highly recommend this dress!

The intricate pattern and sparkle are definitely eye-catching! The material is slightly stretchy, and the sequins are small and flat so they don't irritate the inside of your arms. Yes, you do need an adhesive or backless bra (unless you can normally go without one) but the dress is cut so it won't show. Like others have said, the sleeves are a little restricting when raising your arms, but that only really mattered when the DJ played 'YMCA' on the dance floor. I got a ton of compliments and would absolutely order this dress again!

I LOVED this dress!!!!! I will definitely rent it again, I even tried to find a place that I could buy it. I felt so sexy the whole night. I got lots and lots of compliments when I wore this to a joint graduation dinner. I'm glad I got the 2 as a backup because it fit much better than the 4 and that's what I ended up wearing. The detail in this dress is amazing. I thought all the sequins would be itchy but it wasn't at all! It was very comfortable to wear.

Got this dress for a friend's birthday in Vegas and it was amazing! The dress was so comfortable to wear and was not scratchy like most sequined dresses I've found. There was a little wear and tear near the bottom but nothing that anyone could notice but me. I have smaller breasts so I went braless, the dress was tight enough that this worked out well but ladies with bigger chests might want some sort of support. Amazing choice, the back and cutouts gave it breathability in a crowded Vegas club. You won't regret this one!

This dress fit perfectly and true to size. Both the 4 and the 2 fit, but ended up wearing the 4 for the night. The 2 did fit but was just more form fitting. Wanted to be comfortable and be able to dance at the wedding. The dress is gorgeous! Really intricate sequins makes this dress shine. The open back is really pretty and compliments the conservative front. Love the sheer shoulders and side panels. I am 5'6 and wore heels with it. It hits right above the knee... Perfect for a formal event. The bottom of the dress does not have a lot of give to it, so it is hard to bend down and pick things up or even put your shoes on once in it. I did wear a backless bra with it. Got compliments all night long (from ladies and gentlemen). Really a classy dress and perfect for a black tie optional, wedding, party, New Years, etc.

The fit was a little long for me but I'm also a shorter girl, however it is still very classy. Make sure to have a backless bra when wearing this dress, I didn't realize there was not a built in bra so I had to buy one last minute! Over all an amazing dress!

The dress is absolutely beautiful and comfortable as well! I ordered another dress from RTR which looked really tacky in person. Thankfully I selected the option to pick up in store. The person helping me showed me this dress and I fell in love! The backless element intimidated me because I'm very small on top but I purchased adhesive cutlets and that really helped. I wish I could own this dress that's how much I love it. Classy and sexy. Be aware that the sequins can catch on your stockings when getting dressed.

I wore this dress to my husband's military holiday party. I selected true to size because for the most part it is. As a petite person, however, I will say it runs a tad large. If there was a 00 it probably would have been perfect. Still, the 0 was great! I wouldn't let it hinder me from recommending it. In case you cant tell, it is a sequined dress. However, the sequins didn't bother me at all. I was a little worred about the cut outs but they are very forgiving. Honestly, I can't say anything negative about the dress!

This dress fit perfectly and was perfect for my company Christmas Party. It's fun and sparkly, but not over the top. The only negative thing about the dress is the design on the stomach. Since it has that diamond shape where your stomach pooch is, I feel like I looked a little bit bigger in pictures than I actually am.

I rented this dress for a December wedding. As recommended, I ordered a size down and it fit perfectly. Sequins weren't scratchy and gave the dress enough structure so that it was slightly forgiving in the midsection. Only con is that the hem is a bit fitted, making it difficult to pull the bottom down over the thighs, resulting in a bit of wiggling in the ladies room (I didn't want the sequins to catch on my hose). I received lots of compliments and the dress is all over sequins without looking like a disco ball. Would definitely recommend.

The fit is true to size. This dress isn't too short nor too long - it's a very modest, classy dress, but the fit and material make it subtly sexy. The only bra solution for this dress is a nubra or to go braless, so bustier girls may have a problem with the top. Altogether, this dress is very flattering, classy, and looks just like it does in the picture - definitely an amazing find for any formal event.

It fit like a glove! I did end up wearing a size down from what I normally am so definitely request a smaller size as your second size. The length is conservative so it's very appropriate for a more formal affair, although the open back gives the dress a fun flare! I wore this to my organization's gala "An Evening in China" and it was a perfect mix of exotic and formal.

I rented this dress for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect for the reception, which was in a loft space in the city. I felt it was a little bit too glitzy for church so threw a black blazer over it for the ceremony. But once I got to the reception the jacket was off and it was a perfect dress for partying. The dress itself was comfortable and had a little give as the material is stretchy. I wore the size 6 and it was perfect at the beginning of the night, but by the end of the night I actually thought it had stretched out quite a bit and that I probably could have worn the size 4 had I known it was going to stretch. I received TONS of compliments about the fun back so if you're looking for something unique and fun, this is the right dress for you.

The dress is short, and I love that it is structured,because it keeps the hem from riding up. Got this dress at the RTR store in Vegas (my first time at one of their locations) for a dinner at Picasso and a show afterwards with my husband. It wasn't required we dress up that much, but hey, when in Vegas. Sadly, they only had this dress in a 6, which was a touch big, but not overly so, but makes normal sizing advice hard to give. The dress was stunning, hard to wear a bra or spanx with, I just ended up going without. It was comfy enough to eat a solid dinner and not feel uncomfortable or lumpy, but the hem at the bottom folded the sequins under, which made sitting chaf-y after a long duration. Aside from that, I adored this dress and would highly recommend.

I was totally bummed when my usual size wasn't available a few days before New Year's eve, but was pleasantly surprised that this one ran a bit bigger on me (makes sense with the open back style of this dress) so the smaller dress worked perfectly. This was my first rent the runway experience. I ordered both the 12 and the 14, as I am larger in the hips and thighs. The 12 fit, but the 14 gave me more room to move and dance. The dress was absolutely beautiful, and the cut out in the back gave it a hint of sexy without being too much for the wedding. I had no issues with dancing in the dress, and that includes 2-steppinh, and the crazy wedding march that my fiancé and I joined in on! Only draw back was that the arms sit slightly over your shoulder, and the mesh has zero give, so it was slightly restrictive, but not enough to wear I could lift my arms up. I would definitely rent this dress again!!

Hemline was a bit tight. Scratchy underneath the arm where the sequins are. Overall was a hit. Got mad compliments. Easy to accessorize. Wish is was tighter around the waist. I have an hourglass figure and it made my stomach look big.

This dress looked good for a party. I docked one star because one of the clasps was missing when I got it. It is very short, and I am 5'3", so if you are tall or have long legs this dress might not be for you. I have 36DDs so I was nervous they would not fit into the dress, but they did. The back is open, so you need to go without a bra or get a very low back bra. Overall, I liked the dress and my fiancé loved it! Definitely a sexy dress.

However, the bottom of the dress is very tight around the legs so when it was time to dance or go potty, I was a little restricted but made it work. Also the matted sequins are beautiful but will snag a little on stockings. Overall, the dress was a success! Will definitely be using RTR in the future :)

This dress was amazing! I rented it for a wedding at Bear Mountain and loved it. FIT: In my opinion, runs a little larger. I normally take a 10 in a dress but I wore the 8 for this. As a previous reviewer said the dress did stretch out a little bit but not noticeably. LOOK: I didn't realize this when I rented the dress but it's not a "print" per say. The dress is actually made up of matte sequins. Very pretty. Makes it a touch fancier. PROS: Fit was great, open back was fabulous. Dress was in great condition. Would definitely recommend this dress to any body type as it is extremely forgiving. CONS: None except for one nit picky thing. The bottom of the dress doesn't stretch, it almost feels like it's banded so it makes it a little difficult too pen your legs (to get into a car, dance low) but definitely wouldn't deter me from renting the dress. Like I said, nit picky.
