Not navy in person
As another review stated, the color of this dress is not the deep navy it is shown online. In person it's more a medium blue. I found it to be true to size but not very flattering. I sent it back.

Perfect for work!
I'd rent this top again. It is perfect for a hot summer work day. I wore it with black pencil skirt and heels. Very cute. I also loved that the buttons were not popping open which some button down shirts do on me.

Has pockets but not flattering
I liked that this dress has pockets. But it makes my hips look way bigger due to the extra material. Also print looked very dated in person. Returned right away.

I really wanted to like this top but it was SO short. It fits fine otherwise but I hated the length so it went right back.

Great for work
I wore this top with a black pencil skirt on a really hot day for a business lunch. It was perfect for the occasion. The top is well made and style is very cute.

Red and Grey strip in person
I thought this dress would be red and white stripes, but in person it looks quite different in red and grey. I actually like it much better in person! I thought the dress was tailored in a very flattering way and not too short. I usually wear size 4 but only 6 was available so I got the 6. It was loose in the waist, but the chest fit perfectly. So if you are large chested, I would suggest to size up.

Love it!
The brown of this dress looked more prominent in person to me than in the photos. But it is very pretty! Just something I noticed. The fit was great - the elastic waistband is forgiving and comfortable. The asymmetric style and length of the dress are both great. It is rather long on me. I wore it twice with black tops and heels!

Sooo short!
I don't understand why this dress has such good review. It is SO short! I'm only 5'4 and it is basically unwearable. It's also shorter in the front, near the crotch, than elsewhere as well. Very unflattering.

Love it but does make you look preggers
I really liked this top and thought it looked unique. My bf really hated it though lol. It does make you look preggers from the side. I think it's better if worn under a blazer, which is what I did when I wore it to work. I also paired it with a form fitting pencil skirt and loved the look.

It fit a bit looser than expected. I would definitely size down if in between sizes. It's a different look. I liked it ok but probably wouldn't rent it again.

Runs large. Fit is ok but not super flattering. I feel it added weight in the hips which no one needs. I like the same patterned asymmetrical skirt better than the dress version.

No idea why this dress has good reviews, runs at least 2 sizes too small
Ordered a size up as others said it runs small. But it was still too tight in the chest to even zip up - I am like a 34B/C cup size. It didn't look that flattering anyway even if I could zip it up, almost seemed like the waist was too high on me.

Runs small but great top with pencil skirt
I ordered a size up and it was perfect. It's very flattering. A little sexy but not too low cut. I paired it with a form fitting pencil skirt for work, then happy hour after. It was perfect.

Amazing perfect fit
I ordered a size up as some previous reviews suggested. It was a good fit, but I actually think my normal size would have worked as well. The dress doesn't have a zipper so it is a little hard to put on. Once on though, it's actually quite comfortable because the material is stretchy. It's kind of like a swim wear material but looks professional. Fit is very figure flattering.

I have no idea why this dress has good reviews. I ordered 2 sizes larger based on other reviews suggested, but it was still tight. Also was VERY low cut and very short. Basically unwearable.

Amazing fit
This dress is amazing and I'd consider buying it. I got it for a job interview and wore a matching Theory jacket over it which I already owned. It was such a good look and I felt like a million bucks. Got the job too if that's any indication! The material does wrinkle after you wear and sit in it all day but that's ok. The fit is so perfect. It is super flattering, and length is perfect as well. Can't say enough good things about it!

Great for interview under a blazer
I loved this little top and got it to wear under a suit jacket for an interview (I work in finance). It's such a good look! The top is a pale blue which stands out from the traditional white blouse interview look. I wore it to 2 job interviews back to back and got both jobs, so the look must've worked lol. It does wrinkle though and if worn on its own on a hot day, it may show armpit sweat.

Cheap stretchy material
I thought this dress would have a thicker material but it turned out to be thin and stretchy. It is very form fitting, and inappropriate for work. I'd recommend sizing up for a looser fit, but I didn't want to rent it again since I wasn't impressed by the material.

Great interview shirt!
I love Vince and this shirt is another winner. I rented it for an interview and it was perfect worn on its own or under a suit jacket. The only thing I didn't realize is it's got kind of a semi dolman sleeve. So if you wear a jacket over it and then take off the jacket, the shirt will be all wrinkly around the upper arms and armpit areas. The material does wrinkle rather easily and it will show armpit sweat if not careful.

Perfect flowy dress!
I love the fit and weight of this dress! The fabric feels heavier and more substantial than you would imagine. The fit, although loose, was flattering. I got lots of compliments while wearing it! I love the navy color as well. It is a little short for work though, like other reviews mentioned.

Perfect work shirt
Fits great even for medium chest size. I hate it when button down shirts gaps open but this one fit perfectly. I would say runs a little larger than usual Thoery shirt size by about half a size. Size down if in between sizes.
