Unfortunately not a good fit
All the positive reviews didn’t translate to a good fit for me. I found the gown to be too fitted through the thighs (I have some curves) and too loose from the waist up. It kept riding up and gathering at the waist. The fabric felt sturdy and there were minimal wrinkles, but didn’t fit well enough to wear to the wedding. Very disappointed.

Perfect jumpsuit
Jumpsuits are pretty hit or miss on me—mostly miss, but this is a rare exception. Its proportions fit me well (5'7 with curvy thighs). I thought I'd need to pin the neck for modesty, but it stayed put throughout the day pretty well without one. Big, big fan of this. Quality Black Halo piece.

well-tailored fall/winter staple
The shoulder pads make a statement, but overall it's very polished and professional looking. The darts have a slimming effect, but even so, I probably should have ordered my usual size 4 rather than a 2. I was able to wear it, but it was pretty snug.

Great color & fun bow
This is the second dress I've worn from this designer and I've found both to be too tight through my lower abdomen and hips, so perhaps they're ideal on a trimmer frame. Let's just say they don't love my love handles. But from the waist up, I found it true to size and flattering. Bright orange-red color and thick material.

Solid rental. The length was work appropriate for me (I'm 5'7). The bodice was looser than I'd expect for a 2, but I don't think it looked too ill-fitting.

Stunning but...
The V was far too low for me to wear to work. It fit true to size everywhere except the chest area where it was far too roomy for me (I'm 32c-ish). Wish it would have worked because it looked very polished and the color is beautiful.

Highly recommend!
Very bright orange but I got lots of compliments about it. The fabric is smooth and has great movement. It hit me well below the knee and I'm 5'7. Classy silhouette but a bright, modern color.

Polished & professional with a hint of '80s glam
Nicely tailored, quality material. Work-appropriate length on my 5'7 frame. It fit me like a glove but there wasn't much wiggle room. The puffy sleeves give the otherwise simple dress some fun flair.

One of my favorite rentals. Totally unique and got lots of compliments. The material feels like a dream and it's very well tailored. My only word of caution: the clasps along the left side of the bodice come unhooked fairly easily, but it wasn't any trouble to fix them quickly. Rent it. You'll feel like a million bucks.

Smooth draped sheath I wish I could buy
I loved this bright red dress. The fabric is thin but buttery and smooth. It draped so nicely and I thought the cut was classy. The extra fabric along the neckline didn't bother me. Work-appropriate length for my height (5'7). Will definitely rent again.

Perfect fall work dress
The color combination is one I haven't seen before, but it works! It's a flattering cut; the neckline dips low but wasn't too revealing and the length was professional on my 5'7 frame. The fabric is really smooth and isn't lined. The 4 fit me well and it's stretchy, but it wouldn't have worked for me if it was any smaller.

Easy to wear and a nice addition to the summer rotation. The neckline was a little low for my liking at work, so I tried to keep it pulled back on my shoulders whenever possible. Wasn't noticeably see-through but I still paired it with nude undergarments to be safe. Overall, not fantastic but not bad either.

Worth squeezing into!
It's a struggle to slither into (no zipper!) but it's so worth it. Great structure and rich color. *Really* form-fitting; choose—or forgo—undergarments accordingly. Since it's longer and quite tight, short strides are necessary.

great color, odd flare
Very fun, bright color. Really pops. I was able to wear a normal bra even with the little cut outs at the shoulders. Complaints: it was pretty short on me (I'm 5'7) and it flared out strangely along the bottom as if it had been ironed flat and hadn't relaxed—all I did was steam it.

I don't think I've ever received so many compliments about a dress from colleagues before. Everyone liked the color and the sleeves are so interesting. It wrinkles along the lap fairly easily so I tried to use my standing desk as much as possible. True to size with little wiggle room. Definitely putting this one in the rotation—still too $$ to buy.

Such a fun and flowy dress. The keyhole in the back is adorable and (bonus!) you can tighten/loosen the knot for your best fit. It's a longer length (consider that I'm 5'7 when you see where it hits me). The color is a bright red/orange but it photographs closer to a red. Would buy it in a heartbeat if it weren't so pricey!

Feels like a dream!
This one is a keeper—if only it weren't so pricey! The fabric is lightweight and super smooth; you can hardly feel it while wearing it. It fit true to size but was a little on the short side for me (I'm 5'7). I loved wearing it!

Perfectly fine addition to the rotation
The dress is a rich plum color. The sleeves were long enough for my lanky arms. It was a little on the short side for work (I'm 5'7), but I think it's totally appropriate with some tights. Not very fitted through the midsection. The keyhole wasn't revealing at all on me. A solid addition to my rotation.

Love, love, love this dress
Flattering fit that flairs out right at the waist. Quality material with some stretch, but fits snug. I was able to wear a regular nude bra and it didn't show through the upper lace detail. I'm 5'7 and I thought the length was appropriate for work. Will definitely rent again.

Such a fun dress to wear during the holiday season. The pleats are shimmery so I was unsure about wearing it to work, but did anyway. I got lots of compliments. I think it's ideal for a party or wedding. It's very form fitting on the top but juts out right at the waist. I'm 5'7 and it was a bit short on me.

Cute (minus protruding pockets)
This is a super cute dress for the work rotation, but I had issues with the pockets puffing out on the sides. If you're "hippy," be aware! I wore it anyway, but paired it with a cardigan to cover it. The rest of the dress fit really well, though.

I love this dress. It's flattering and professional. Plus, there are pockets! The length was fine for me (I'm 5'7). The ruffles lining the arm and neck lines are a pretty, feminine touch.

Lots of potential, but bad fit
It looks great on the model, but it looked all wrong on me. I'm usually a 4-6 and sized up because of the brand, but the fit was odd and the fold over collar kept popping up instead of laying flat. I didn't wear it.
