Nice work option. I had to wear a camisole under because the top did not stay in place and was large on me. 

A great dress - very ladylike but super comfy. I did have to pin the cleavage to stop any peekaboos! I didn't experience any of the popper issues the other reviews had mentioned. 

OK, so this is a beautiful dress. Nice fabric, drapes well, very flattering. It even has a sash across the tummy area to hide any pooches. But come on, what is with the snaps on the side. The zipper only zips up halfway, and then you're supposed to snap the rest. It's not even tight on top but it is impossible to keep the snaps secured if you move around or reach for anything too far. Suffice to say, if you wear this dress, I hope you're dexterous enough to get to tiny snaps up in your armpit. 

Four rather than five stars because the dress runs large, particularly on top.  Needs a camisole for work.

The dress overall looks pretty BUT whoever came up with those snap fasteners on the side of the dress are so small and they open up so easily! All three of them kept opening up after each even slightest movement of my arm. In fact, all three snap fasteners opened up right in the middle of my presentation in front of my colleagues.  The dress runs slightly larger that its true size. The buttons opened up despite the fact that the dress was a bit large on me. 

Very soft, silky dress.  I loved wearing it!  Definitely need to wear something under it if you're going to wear it to work because it shows A LOT of cleavage and I'm a 34B.  It zips have way up on the side and then there are 3 buttons above it in the chest/armpit area that need to be buttoned.  You definitely need someone to help you button them and they unbuttoned a lot.  Other than that, it was a very comfortable dress and I enjoyed wearing it.  

I decided to rent this dress for work, and I’m glad I did! I got a lot of compliments from people saying the dress was very flattering. I agree that the shape would be very flattering for many body types. I gave it four stars because it’s a little less memorable than some of the other dresses on the site, and also the tie belt slightly drooped under the waist seam. But I think it’s overall so cute and would recommend!

This is a perfect work dress BUT the snaps on the bodice are annoying and pop open when you raise your arms. This dress fit perfectly other than this annoying aspect. 

This dress was super easy to wear and the fabric felt really luxe and had great draping. Runs a little large. I needed a cami for work. 

I rented this as a possibility for a wedding. I'm typically a size 8 or 10 in dresses. This dress was swimming on me in a size 8. Definitely can not wear this. Sleeves were so long. Front of the dress was too low and was slipping with every step I took. Fabric is gorgeous. Really sad it runs large. 

Fab dress, very flattering and totally unique. I got tons of compliments (wore it to work and for a client lunch). As others have mentioned the snaps do pop open, so I did have to do them up multiple times, but it's no problem as long as you aren't swinging your arms about a lot! Love it! Great rental!

This dress was very comfortable and elegant. Silky fabric, pretty tie at the waist.  Chic cut and color.  Great for work or Sunday brunch.

One of my favorite rentals. Totally unique and got lots of compliments. The material feels like a dream and it's very well tailored. My only word of caution: the clasps along the left side of the bodice come unhooked fairly easily, but it wasn't any trouble to fix them quickly. Rent it. You'll feel like a million bucks.

I really love the way this dress fits. I felt both feminine and edgy. Perfect for work. Fit like a dream (until you move), and it's even lined so you don't have to worry about anything showing through. But as much as I loved it, I would never purchase. The dress moves around way too much. I had to constantly adjust throughout the day so my bra wouldn't show. Aside from that, it's truly a great dress. 

I usually wear xs and the dress was very flattering and fun to wear but the neckline went all the way to my waist. I used tape to keep it together which was not the most comfortable. That was the only big issue. Specially because I did not like how it looked with a cami. Other than that the styling options are endless! 

I liked the general shape and it fit well in the waist and bust. I wore it with a pair of neutral heels. However fabric is bunched up around the waist that's not very flattering. The snaps on the side popped opened a few times and they're a challenge to snap back on. Thankfully I had a black tank underneath. Definitely recommend the tank. I also put a small pin on the inside to hold the front together. 

It is true to size. Keep in mind that the "dots" are not "dots" but are tiny stars. I needed to wear a tank under as the top was a bit loose. Overall, pretty dress and I'd rent again. 

Pros- soft, pretty, silky fabric. Comfortable and flowy. 
Cons- it runs big. I had to pin the neckline since I'm small busted. As others noted, the side snaps do not stay closed so either wear a jacket or pin/tape it. It's pretty long; I'm 5'6 and it looked better on me with heels. Something to consider depending on your height. 

Fit a little big, but comfy. Lots of compliments from coworkers and kids (middle school teacher). Was easy to move in and able to work. Loved the silky feeling.

Nice soft fabric, pretty print. But does not fit well, very large and the top section drapes in an unflattering way. Was not flattering on me, I did not wear it.

I am 5'9" and this dress fell to below my knee. Well constructed, I had no trouble fastening the side zip and snap at the side myself. Gorgeous soft fabric, navy with bright blue stars. Fashion tape is a must for the bust of the dress...I had no trouble when standing, but while seated the top would gap. I loved this dress!

This dress was absolutely beautiful.  The cut was super flattering and the material was high quality.  I have a short torso, so there was a lot of extra fabric from the waist up, which led to some gaping, but I don't think most people would have that issue.

The dress is very pretty and the overall style is flattering. However, I found it runs large and if you're not tall enough and don't pair it with heels, it will likely appear dowdy. I'm borderline between a 10 & 12 and ordered the 12. Definitely needed the 10. The dress has a partial side zip and a couple of snaps above the waist. Other reviewers don't like this feature but I actually thought it was genius. I often struggle with side zippers and pretty much any zipper that has to cross over a waistline seam. Even if the dress is big, the zipper always gets stuck. So the snaps were much easier for me to maneuver! 
It's low cut but I fixed it with fashion tape. A cami would work well also. Instead of tying on the side I pulled it right in the middle to create a better fit / prevent it from just hanging there as it was a smidge too large. 

A little difficult to snap under armpit but otherwise loved this!

The material and fit are beyond flattering and comfortable. Only downside is the stupid clasps the designer decided to use instead of the zipper on the side of your rib cage.. if you have a big bust they will occasionally pop open with a quick movement. (Thankfully I paired this with a blazer so it did not matter) 

I love this dress! I think it would be more flattering on someone taller and curvier than me but I still think it is beautiful. It is awkward to get on and off, going over the head with a side zipper and snaps but that was a minor inconvenience for such a pretty dress. 

Beautiful dress out of the bag. Lightweight so I was a little cold. Little snap buttons on the side made it challenging to put on. I ended up snapping the buttons one handed. Had to wear a camisole as the neckline was low. Not my favorite rental but not the worst. Still looked nice but the dress ran large on me.  Length fell an inch below my knees.  (I'm 5'9)
