I didn't wear as the size 14 was just too tight.  I will reorder in a size 16.

I would give this dress 5 stars if I could, hands down; I loved the fit, style, and design. I was all ready to buy it. And then I walked to work, and the lower back zipper kept unzipping up up UP until it nearly exposed my butt! I zipped it back down, and up up UP it went again. I was able to spare myself utter humiliation all day but putting a safety pin on the inside of the dress just above the zip, blocking it from moving up. Success! And the dress was awesome otherwise, but it's why I can't give it  5-star rating, and why I didn't buy it. 

I could have worn the 12 too but chose the 10. The fabric has a bit of stretch so it was very comfortable to sit in. I was paranoid about the zipper due to the other reviews but I would check it before standing up and had no issues. 

Size up and get ready to feel great.  So professional, I had a key meeting that I was presenting in and I couldn't have felt better!

Wore this to work and then out to dinner. Received compliments all day. Nice and tailored for work. I am usually a 0 but size up for DVF and the 2 was perfect- not too tight and work appropriate. Love this and considering keeping it!

The dress is very flattering and ideal for women with curves. I was very happy with the length it was right below the knee. Making it very appropriate for work. Will rent again

Lovely fit for the office. Cut did not make it difficult to walk, as these lengths sometimes do. The zipper did not creep up from the bottom for me, as some have mentioned, and I walked a mile to and from work in it. I will say that this is a seriously heavy zipper and I completely caught/pinched a bit of my back in it on the initial zip up. Be careful out there ladies!


Flattering fit especially with the detailing at the waist. The sleeves were a little loose, the zipper did keep running up from the bottom, the waist felt tighter with every meal and the neckline was a bit low cut for work but I still enjoyed wearing this dress and I'd rent it again. 

I absolutely loved this dress. I wore it to work, it looked great and was comfortable. I especially liked the length, I am 5'9" and it was below my knees.

Super flattering. The rainbow stitching at the natural waste and darts below were very slimming. I'm 5'2" so the high heels were necessary. The fabric is sturdy but light enough not to breath. The dress flattered my broad shoulders but were a little restrictive. Considering a purchase!

As I was walking to work, a woman stopped me and told me my dress was unzipped. It's hard to zip your own dress so I asked if she would mind fixing it for me and turned around. To my surprise, I felt her hand on my bum and she pulled the zipper down! It turns out this dress zips at the top and the bottom and as I was walking the bottom zipper had been riding it's way up, exposing my bum to the street. Should I have noticed this? Probably. I had to move carefully all day and kept pulling the bottom zipper down because it would not stay. This dress looks great, but make sure to keep your rear covered! A special thank you to the woman who told me my bum was out and then fixed the zipper for me. 

I am absolutely IN LOVE with this dress-- the cut and the length and the fabric are perfect-- but the zipper in the back kept creeping up while I was walking or getting up at work and I had to awkwardly pull it back down. If the zipper stayed put I would have purchased this for sure.

This is the second or third time I rented this dress. It fits perfectly. Great for work!

I thought this was flattering and appropriate for work. It does run big for DVF dresses (where I sometimes size up to a 12, but here the 10 fit well). The zipper in the back goes all the way down, and can creep up so you have to be conscious of it. 

Flattering fit, conservative cut! Loved this dress.

Good staple. Professional and well tailored. Mostly true to size. I'm between a 4 and 6 and I found the 4 a little snug through my midsection/thighs, but I wore it anyway. 

Forgiving stretch body hugging v neck. Long in torso for my height.

This dress is beautiful. I think I might but it! 
Not a lot of stretch, but fit well. Comfortable, sleek, and accentuates what I want to show off. The colored darting and waist add a nice hint of color that elevates it from a simple lbd. Good length, full zip in the back so you can adjust the vent as needed, and I was able to zip myself up without assistance- always a plus! 

This was one of the most flattering dresses ever.  It's polished and professional, although it might be a little low at the neck for a conservative workplace.  I marked this true to size, although it might be a little on the large size. Love it.

Comfy, flattering and not too formal. Paired with some nude heels.  Cute full length xipper detail in the back, but had to keep an eye on it as it would un-zip up a little too high after walking around.

This dress had many positive reviews, but I did not care for it. I found the dress to be low-cut and too long for my frame. I also think that it was less flattering because it was a little big. 

I loved this dress. It has some stretch but is snug in the waist and really eccentuates curves in a good way. I wore to make a presentation in front of 150 people and felt really confident and comfortable.  My hubby liked it so much he didnt want me to return it!  Im lucky he was home though as the zipper is difficult to get through the thicker fabic band at the waste. Not sure if I could have done it without help.  Defnately works to go from day to evening which we did and enjoyed some cocktails out!

Great length for tall gals.  Tons of compliments, just be careful if you have a larger bust, a slight lean can be more revealing than expected. 

Very versatile dress.  Hemline is Long so it makes this a bit of a wiggle dress, which is fun.  Zipper detail in back adds interest.

Lovely dress! The only issue: the back has a full zipper, neck to knee, thst rides up in the back when you walk. 

The dress added little pops of color to add life to a black dress. Fit great and had just enough stretch to be comfortable. The Veda jacket made the colored stitching stand out. 

I rented this dress through Unlimited for a formal grad school function. It was just formal enough while still being fun to wear with the colorful stitching and back zipper. I felt elegant and was super comfortable -- the material is light and feels great. I rented my usual size and could have gone one size down since I'm small in the bust area and felt it was a bit roomy in the shoulder/chest, but this size was just fine for the event. 

Got this dress for work I'm a comfortable 10 in DVF and this dress was very fitted so definitely would size up if you're curvy/booby. The waist area is not very forgiving but it's a really nice dress. Not the most conservative either so more for a work to night out look. 

A nice twist on a basic black sheath. It has cute white darts on the back. The colored stitching around the waist is a nice detail. It is a bit fitted at the middle so if you carry your weight there it may not be a good fit. The length is good, there is a zipper from top to bottom which is a nice design detail but did creep up while I was driving. 

Great dress perfect for for me, I'm fairly athletic so hugged the right parts of my body. I'm a 36C so the cleavage was right on the edge of being work inappropriate but not too bad.

So rare to find a dress that hits perfectly at the knee and has sleeves. Loved that I could wear it at work without a cardigan and out to dinner looking elegant and polished. It's certainly formfitting, especially on an hourglass, but  not too va va voom. I wore it with a cami underneath because the cleavage was a little much. Watch out for the back zipper --if you try to open in a bit at the bottom to raise the slit it opens way up when you walk or bend. I had to keep it closed all the way and wished there was more of a slit. 

Slightly snug around the rib cage, then a bit tight through the belly, but the cleavage draws the eyes up.   Not the best dress for an apple shape, but I still like the dress. 

The waist is tight like a bodice with no stretch and the arm holes are tiny. Dress is long (below my knee) but material was nice and structured. Back zipper runs from top to hem and if you don't unzip bottom it's hard to walk. If you unzip though be careful as it continues to unzip as you walk. I felt like a fancy waitress. Wouldn't recommend.

If I had it my way, I'd never send this dress back. It fits me like it's stitched for me, accentuates my curves like nothing I've work before and is the only dress my boyfriend asked me to wear to date night as soon as I tried it on. Great length (I'm 5'8" without heels) and amazing fit! Rent it asap!!

This dress is fabulous!  It fits true to size and it long enough for tall girls (I'm 5'9").   It's almost too low cut to wear without a cami, so be careful if you have a larger chest and still want to look professional.  Highly recommend!
