Perfect warm coat
I wore this every day in London and it was perfect to keep me warm and went with work attire, wandering the city, and even worked for black tie attire! It is heavy and warm and so flattering. Wish I owned

Perfect flowy flower dress for a baby shower
Wore to a baby shower. It was flowy but not tent-like, still very flattering. The outer layer is just sheer enough to show through to the more form fitting inner layer which was very flattering. It hit the right length on me (5'8) but I can see how this can be too long on shorter girls or without high heels. Looooved this

Perfect for my daughter's baptism
Wore to my daughter's baptism and was very pleased. No give but fits at the natural waist and flows from there. Tight in the boob (but I'm a nursing momma so I'm pretty full in the chest these days!). Both the 6 and the 8 fit nicely but opted for the chest

I rented for my bachelorette and it was way smaller than other of the same designer. Luckily one of my girls at my bachelorette wore (she's a size 0 with no curves) and she looked like a rockstar!

This dress flowed so nicely and when I walked and showed leg it was awesome. But standing for photos you lose the hi lo effect.

Feminine and lovely but with awkward sleeves
I wore this to my bridal shower and I still thinks about this lovely dress! It had great structure and I felt so bridal! One thing is that the sleeves are disproportionately long so I had to adjust regularly

Sleek, sexy dress for anniversary
This was my second Elizabeth and James rental and they are so sleek and structured, they make you feel so sexy without being too scandalous. This dress showed off my legs and shoulders so well. It's definitely tight! But hugged me in the right places. The cutouts were a nice touch and hit at flattering places. I preferred the fit of the white Elizabeth and James (White Bardot) more but this was super fun for my anniversary!

Possibly the best RTR I've rented
This was a back up dress. And it turned out to be one of the best dresses I've ever worn. The color was perfect for a November wedding and looked great on my tan, post-honeymoon skin. The fit made me look like a million bucks and it was very comfortable on the dance floor. Only complaint is that I don't own it!!

I rented this dress for a summertime engagement party for some dear friends. I liked the colors but don't think it did my body any favors. The shiny fabric made for some awkward angles in photos. A beautifully made dress but definitely not one of my top faves

Amazing pop of color
I rented this to wear with the Elizabeth and James White Bardot dress to add a little extra and I am SO glad I did. It made the dress. It laid so nicely and looked so expensive. I refused to take it off til the last moment! I ended up wearing it the next day just with a blouse and jeans. I find myself looking for this perfect statement necklace in my jewelry box when I'm about to go out and think, "oh right, I don't actually own that, dang!" Definitely one to rent, but beware...you'll wish you owned it!!

Sexy but still classy
I wore this to a couples engagement party thrown for me and my now-husband. It was a classy event but I still wanted to feel sexy and comfortable in the middle of summer. This was perfect. The dress is extremely tight (I sized up) but the material does a good job of not showing too much (I didn't wear spanks). The racer back is so fun, and the slit goes up just high enough ;) The higher neck begs for jewelry so I would definitely recommend if you end up renting this. I can't wait to have an excuse to rent the purple version of this dress!

A little saucy, way fun, and perfect for my bachelorette party in Charleston!
I rented this dress to wear to my bachelorette party in Charleston, SC. I rented the small and medium. The small was way way way tight and I wouldn't have been comfortable in it. The medium was just perfect. Like many of the Herve dresses, they tend to bunch or pucker around the zipper and back and require periodic adjusting but not a deal breaker. This dress is so well made and provides a tailored, figuring hugging look. So many compliments its ridiculous. Would recommend the designer in general and this dress in particular because the lines are incredibly flattering.

Sparkly and so special for the day and night before my wedding!
I rented this to pair with the Trina Turk Pink Applique dress for my Bridal Luncheon the day before my wedding. I ended up wearing it with my rehearsal dinner dress later that night also because I loved them so much! I had seen them on other girls in their reviews and worried they may be too big and "party jewelry" for my elegant events; but seeing them in person they are larger (perfect for photgraphing!) but still so delicate. They are just the right amount of gold and picked up the candlelight for the best sparkle. I wish I owned these.

This dress doesn't have enough stretch so I ended up wearing the larger size and it didn't fit great (was blousy some places like the hips). It was very classy, sharp and I'm glad I rented it. Looks great on, if not incredibly comfortable

I wore this for my brother's graduation from Carolina and it was a perfect day dress
I thought this dress would be more Carolina Blue, but it was more white with grays and purples swirling...from far away and in pictures it still appears light blue though. I ordered the 10 and 8 as a back up. The 10 was more white and I didn't like the color distribution. The 8, though snug, had beautiful color and I ended up opting for the smaller size just for the color and am so glad I did. I felt cute and i looooved the bow in the back. Tons of compliments all around on this one.
