Freakishly small
I’m a 6/8. The 8 was so small — I was short zipping it by a good three or four inches. Prob a cute skirt but size up one or two.

I wear a 6-8, got the 10. I could get it on but it was freakishly tight. Decided it was not comfortable enough. Plus the shoulders are all twisty at the hem so it would have taken a ton of steaming/ironing.

It’s just insanity. Nobody can look good in this. It’s not edgy like I thought. It’s just ugly and incredibly unflattering unless maybe you’re bigger boned and not trying to hide that fact.

Weird fit
This is very boxy — but not in a good way. The jacket hit at my hip by has some elastic in the back. The result was it made the waist area poofy. It was just an odd fit. Ok to wear once but would never re-rent it.

Best dress. Don't rent so I can get it again.
So flattering. Belt is oddly too long and the tiny button (as others said) doesn't stay buttoned. But the most flattering dress I've rented in years of unlimited. Likely not right for your workplace but a party is a great idea for this dress.

Perfect RTR dress
Liked wearing this but not enough to buy it, so that makes it perfect to get on RTR. Very distinctive. The drapes cover a small belly and hips. The asymmetrical cut makes it interesting. I would rent it again but not for a while since it's so distinctive. I wore a size down from my usual size.

It's pretty enough but I returned it (tags still on!). It was at least one and possibly two sizes too big. The top needed to come in about four inches (and I'm a 36dd!) and even the bottom needed to come in about two inches. I'm usually a 14, but think I could possibly even wear a 10. I'm also 5'8 -- wouldn't recommend for anyone even two inches shorter.
