This is one of those items that is just not photographed well but looks so good in person. If you like asymmetrical dresses, you'll love this one. It fits like a glove. Flows really nicely when you walk and really doesn't wrinkle at all. I received a lot of compliments wearing this although you would never know from the picture. I think I might rent this again. I typically wear a size 8 in a dress size and the size 44 was perfect.

Lots of compliments. A little chest flattening but true to size. Add a belt to help define your wait. Good length, doesn't wrinkle much. 

At first, I thought this dress might be a bit too big, but you can see that it fit great. I loved the asymmetric pleats in the front and the soft fabric of the dress helped them sit nicely all day.  It's very comfortable to wear to work and I enjoyed several compliments from co-workers.

I am 5'9" and a 36D I got a size 10 and it fit perfectly love this dress. Super versatile it can be dressed up or dressed down I love the skirt it's just different enough to be interesting. Wore this to lunch to church to a meeting, would have purchased it if it wasn't so expensive. 

True to size; I'd size down for a backup.  The fabric is very lightweight.  The dress has a nice shape, as one would expect from a Marni dress.  I didn't want to send it back and I am sure I will rent it again!

The cut and the fabric were just stunning 

When I first received this as part of my unlimited order, I was a little underwhelmed but I decided to wear it to work before returning it. I'm so glad I did - the fit was great - very flattering - and the asymmetrical cut made it feel really modern. The colors and print were super vibrant and the stitching was obviously high quality. I felt amazing all day!
My only concerns were that the fit and fabric did not seem that forgiving - it slightly mashed my chest (c cup) and I was a little worried I'd eat lunch and it would get a little too tight but it was fine. I also think that the dress is distinctive enough that you probably wouldn't want to wear it twice to work in a single rental period so I returned it. I hope I can rent it again - maybe for my birthday!

I rented this dress because the reviews were so great. When I took it out of the bag I wasn't sure I really liked the print. It seemed like a print that my grandmother would have on her kitchen curtains. The cut of the dress however made me fall in love. The flowy skirt and asymmetrical hem is beautiful. I needed to wear a belt since the waist was not as fitted as I liked. I would definitely rent again. 

After reading reviews I opted for the 8, over the 6. I'm so in between so I sized up. I will 100% rent again, but would probably get the 6 next time for a slimmer fit. The 8 was comfortable and well fitted, but I wanted to put a belt with it. Loved the pattern. Checked the price to purchase potentially. Lol!  No way!  I'll rent again some other day. 

This was one of the dresses I really wanted to try as soon as I signed up for unlimited and when it finally became available in my size I pounced. It is the best dress I've rented so far. The fabric is light without being insubstantial, the cut is so ridiculously flattering, I feel like I look 10 pounds thinner in it. The style is unique without drawing unnecessary attention. There is nothing I don't like about this dress (except, perhaps the price, which is outside of my budget). Definitely wearing this more than once before sending it back and will definitely rent again!

I could have sized down but the 40 wasn't available. I wear a size 4 usually.  This dress is super comfortable and fun. Oh and very flattering. 

A bit big so I would probably go down a size next time, but otherwise, a very lovely and comfortable dress

I cannot begin to describe how much I adore this dress. Dress it up, dress it down, I want to wear it every day. I'm very small on top and this dress fit me perfectly.  I imagine it might be snug on anyone with anything other than small breasts, though. It is also very forgiving in the hips. Extremely well made piece. I never want to send it back!

I LOVE this dress!!! I usually don't wear much color and almost never a print, but I love this dress. The cut is immaculate. The little "flounces" (for lack of a better term coming to mind) in unexpected places just make this dress. It felt almost like k was wearing an art piece in that it was so different in a beautiful way.

The cut on this dress is incredible. The fabric is light and the print is gorgeous. I received compliments all night.

I am so glad I went with this dress for a family farm wedding. It was cotton but had a beautiful pattern and bottom flare for drama. It hit all the right notes for the occasion. Got lots of compliments. Amazing designer. 

This dress runs true to size. This was my second time renting it. It was slightly snug across my chest (I have a fairly small bust). It is sleeveless but the "sleeves" are pretty thick-they hit in the middle of the top of my shoulder and then right under my armpit - because of this I felt that my arm mobility was a little limited. When I would lift my arms up, the dress would rub against my shoulder, slightly uncomfortable, but not enough to not make me wear it. I have a pretty small waist and the mid section of this dress was not tight-which I like. That being said, I could have gone up a size in the chest/arm area, but then the mid section would be too lose on me. Overall, perfect sizing for me. Really accentuates your waist and provides for a very flattering figure. Love love love. Will rent again. 

It's lighter than it looks. The draped part flows with the wind, which makes it a nice summer dress for a sunny breezy day.

This dress has a visually interesting hemline that makes people look twice. The cut of the dress is modest enough for work and looks great under a blazer. I liked the light weight fabric. The pattern is a little dull, but it's a good overall pick. 

As other reviewers have said - busty girls beware. I'm between a C and a D cup and the 42 barely accommodated my bust.  I would have been better off in the 44, but then the waist would have fit large.  Dress is gorgeous though and so many people paid me compliments! I'd recommend for straight and narrow types as the flair gives great shape. 

This dress is cute and the asymmetric hem is great, but ultimately I wasn't that crazy about the print or fit.  The length wasn't particularly flattering for my height and it felt like a lot of material to put on my body. That said, it's a well-made dress and I still enjoyed traipsing around in it!

Very cute! Fit a little tight through the upper chest (armholes seemed cut a little narrow), but otherwise fit like a dream (skimmed my waist and hips rather than clinging).

The fabric was a single layer cotton floral weave (no lining, except at the hem), but the seams were finished nicely and the fabric was tightly woven/dark enough to not need a lining. Would be lovely for warmer months because of this!

The asymmetrical hem was cute and flounced nicely when I walk. I'd rent a similar style again!

I got so many compliments for this at the office on a day where I had a ton of meetings and spent a lot of time in front of a room. Bodice is fitted, asymmetrical hem is dramatic. Kind of wish it had more flounce/lining underneath to add even more volume - a short crinoline would have made this super wow for a wedding. Incredibly flattering. (I normally wear a 10-12.) First time wearing I chose a simple narrow belt and a sweater for most of the day, then the second I used a much wider/heavier belt plus denim jacket and cowboy boots. It worked for both looks. If this wasn't so $$$ I would definitely buy for summer events especially.

I loved this. If it wasn't so distinctive I would have kept it longer. 

Very figure flattering. I am broader across the shoulders and was a bit snug around the chest and arms. Otherwise, I received a ton of compliments. I wore it during the day time with a crop denim jacket and some brown booties and felt amazing in it!

Great cut for work. Fabric surprisingly light. Bigger bust or stronger arms may require a size up. 

The fabric is more lightweight than I expected, although very high quality.  The fit is flattering and drapes nicely.  Perfect for a dressier day at the office or a weekend outing.

I absolutely love this dress!  I got so many compliments on it!  The asymmetrical skirt and pleating adds a lot of visual interest and the print is subtle and beautiful.  It feels rich and refined.  There is no stretch to the material, but it fit well across my large hips.  The length is on the long side so shorter ladies will definitely want to wear heels.  I will rent this again and again!

This is a great dress, and I had two separate male friends of my husband compliment me on it.  The fabric is a straight forward, crisp, light cotton, and has a very pretty, slightly nouveau-inspired print.  I loved the slightly flippy, gathered hem and the subtle gathers in the back, as well as the cut on top.  It was very slightly loose, but I think that gave it a cooler, easier look.  Overall, a comfortable and interesting dress that is  kept from being too sweet with the addition of unique details.

Only problem was that the zipper was coming unstitched at the bottom, which meant it stuck out right at the small of my back/top of my butt.  I folded it back in, but that wouldn't have been a good solution for more than a night.


I LOVED this dress! It is so well made and very flattering. Not at all what I would usually wear, but I loved stepping outside of the box.

Received SO many compliments on this dress. A few people asked if it was silk. I actually thought it was going to be from the pictures but it's not. It is a very simple unlined cotton dress that appears WAY better then it feels. Great for a warm day anything!! Very comfortable. 

I put "true to size" but if I was an A or b cup size it may have been to big.

I was a little surprised by the material - it's a thin cotton fabric - like a mens suit shirt. But I still liked it! It runs big. Size down. 

Unique and gorgeous dress. I only wish I had sized down--plenty of room in dress for a bit of hips and butt. I wore it to work and to dinner with my boyfriend, who loved it. 

Can dress up or down. I usually wear a size 10 but could go down a size for more fitted look.  Would be cute w boots and belt for country casual.  I wore w suite jacket , lots of compliments 

This dress is perfect. Fit me like it was tailored- so I would recommend if you're curvy! It's smallest at the natural waist, and the flare in the hips is just right.
