Channeling Audrey Hepburn with this classic dress. Fit perfect. Length ideal - not too long to be frumpy; not too short to let loose on the dance floor at a company party. Lovely shade of red - not too bright/saturated.

It fit me well, however a little restrictive with the long sleeves. 

So pretty and the back looks gorgeous too. Under the arms is so weird. Oddly tight in the armpits? I tried to show in the picture. Anyway, I still wore it because it’s so pretty. Just had to keep my arms down. I even considered buying it because the full skirt is so flattering and the back looks so nice. But the armpit issue cannot be overcome.

This dress was awesome! First, loved that it had pockets! Second, didn't have to wear a bra because of the design. Third, the color was so perfect and overall it was very flattering. The only downside, which I temporarily fixed with some gaffers tape, was that the wiring in the bodice was sticking out in some spots, so it would dig into my sides. Once I put the tape over it through, it was fine. 

Dress fit perfectly, very comfortable and even had pockets to avoid carrying a clutch all night. 

This was the first time in a very, very long time that I tried something on and instantly loved how I looked and felt in it. I usually rent an 18W but the 16W fit me perfectly. The pockets were deep enough to hold my phone and I felt fantastic the whole evening. I can't say enough wonderful things about this dress!!

I rented this dress for a work holiday party and got so many compliments all night. The size 2 fit perfectly in the waist and bust area and I was able to wear a strapless bra with it. It was a little tight in the arms, but not uncomfortable. I didn't find the dress to be itchy or scratchy, but I could see how the fabric would feel like that. It had just the right amount of body under the skirt to give it some volume. I would definitely rent this dress again!

This was a great dress for a formal Christmas Eve dinner with my family. The length was great and the skirt had a good structure. The back was my favorite an added a little bit of flirt to an overall conservative dress. The sleeves were too large for my arms but it didn't stop me from wearing it. The dress does not stretch at all so I would recommend getting a backup size larger.

I wore this dress for my work Christmas party and it was very festive and fun! I felt pretty in it and received a lot of compliments on the dress even when we were out on the town afterwards.  The downside is that this dress has 0 stretch whatsoever and was very very snug. It was really tight in my arms and across the chest.  It was soo tight that I had to go without an undergarment, although thank goodness no one would have been able to tell.  I typically am always safe to wear a size 6, but I would highly recommend sizing up 1 in this dress unless you are smaller in the chest and have thin arms.  

I normally wear a 4 but that size was not available so I had to go with 6.  It was not too big, still pretty flattering and there was room to breathe.  The pockets held my essentials.  The material feels a little cheap; the lining not soft.  There was a little rubbing on my collarbones from the lace.  Overall good rental and I received many compliments.

Love the pockets, it fits nicely, it is sexy without being too revealing! Great length! I got so many compliments!!  

I had never use RTR before and I didn't know what size to choose since it's recently changed. It helped having the options of  not only sizes but an extra style as well. 

This dress fit true to size. I'm 5'2, 150lbs and wore a size 8. Even the length (which I was nervous about) fit nicely. It was a deep red that wasn't too flashy, nice firm material on the skirt, AND THE POCKETS. I didn't know it had pockets!

It gapped a bit at the back so my bra was showing slightly, but that might have just been my bra choice as well. Overall, suuuper comfortable, doesn’t bind anywear, and the sleeves aren’t too tight or uncomfortable! Great dress! (Also it’s a weird photo- I don’t have one 3MB that looks good haha)

This was a perfect holiday party dress. I wore it to my husbands holiday work party. I typically wear a 16 regular but the 14W fit perfect, maybe even a tad too large but going down a size would have been too tight on my chest. Loved the flowing skirt but felt it made me look a little bigger, still really cute & comfortable 

This dress was amazing! I wore it to a work Christmas party and received so many compliments. It is very tight through the rib cage and bust. I didn't need to wear a bra, which was perfect because of the open back.

This dress was amazing for my holiday party as well as my boyfriends holiday party for work. I rented the 6 & 8 as the previous comments said the dress runs small especially in the arms. I am usually a 4-6. I wore the 8 because of the tightness n the arms, but it became more comfortable as the night wore on. Very classy dress, very comfortable and love the pockets! Would rent again! I got compliments at both parties everyone was raving over this dress!

First off... this dress has pockets!!! I rented this for a habitat for heroes event so wanted to go with red, white or blue and this dress fit the ticket! The dress does run a tad big in the top area but nothing to bad to not rent. The color and lace detail are gorgeous. 

This dress fit great and the back was very cute! I did not end up wearing this dress to my event because the zipper was difficult - which was the only downside. 

I wore this to my friend's wedding in early October. It was pretty comfortable though the arms were a little restrictive. Pockets, as always, were a huge plus. I'm usually between a 6 and an 8 and I went with the 8. 

I wore this for an advertising industry event in NYC. It was a classic fit-and-flare dress, and was very fitted at the top. The open back was very pretty, although I did have to keep checking to make sure all the folds were tucked in properly. I did not wear a bra, which is unheard of for me, but I felt pretty good in that area. It's so tight and molded up top that it really keeps everything in. I was a little lumpy at the time that I wore this, and while the dress didn't smooth everything out perfectly, I did feel like it accentuated my figure and was pretty flattering overall. I would recommend. It's very flare-y and the color is an awesome deep red.

Very comfortable dress to wear. Although my arms were restricted due to the sleeves, I managed to still dance all night. Dress looks like it's high quality too in person. I'm 5'3 and I thought the length was very flattering. Wore a strapless bra and it was perfect. 

Love how classic the lines on this dress are! Only cons were how itchy the lace was and how tight the sleeves were. Nothing that wasn't doable for an evening, but worth noting. I had to steam the front pleat when the dress showed up, definitely comes a little wrinkled. Wore a corset+bustier underneath. Nice that the back wasn't too low so I could wear a standard height instead of a super low back one.

I'm a stylist and had to work 4th of July. Why not go festive?! I find that Monique Lhullier generally runs small. I sized up and it fit great.   It has pockets!  Although you can wear a bra with this dress, I chose not to and there was enough support for me. I would definitely rent again and I highly recommend to others!

It was my first time renting from RTR. I was a little skeptical at first bc I always have trouble finding that perfect dress. I'm so happy I did! This dress didn't only made me fell  like a princess in it but  also  was very comfortable. Got many compliments all party long. That's it! No more buying dresses. From now on, RTR is my first choice.  This dress is stunning. It is true to size. No bra or spanx needed.

Dress run large. I wore the dress that was two sizes smaller than my normal dress size. It is very high quality with many layers in the skirt and boning in the bust of the dress. The pockets were the best thing ever. I'm a teacher, and I wore this dress to my students' prom. Felt fantastic in it and would rent again.

I rented this dress for a springtime wedding. This was my first RTR experience and I was just so pleased with how it turned out it made me wonder why I hadn't done this sooner for all special events!! I ordered 18W and 22W as backup (20W was no longer in stock) but that was fine because I wasn't sure what dress size I actually was. I based my ordering on previous reviews and girls who had my similar body type (thank you!!) 

Fit: The 18W zipped up perfectly. Not tight at all but not loose. Some have said the sleeves are a bit constricting but I did not find that to be the case with mine. I consider my arms to be big so I was worried this would be a reason I couldn't wear the dress but the top lace of the dress was actually loose! I figure it had loosened up from previous wear which was fine with me because I was nice and comfy the entire day. The material is nice and heavy so no need for a jacket at all if using this during the springtime or summer. Also, the dress fell just below my knees which was perfect for a modest wedding look.

Pros: Received amazing compliments! I never wear high fashion clothing, and you can really tell the difference in quality of materials and fit. I regret having to return it, but I love the idea that someone else is going to get great use out of it rather than it sitting in my closet collecting dust. I enjoyed my RTR experience so much as soon as I got home the next day I placed an order for a summertime beach wedding.

The dress fit like the previous reviews stated--true to size, tight in the arms, and the fabric was definitely not stretchy at all. It was a perfect cut for my high waist and hourglass figure. I'd suggest ordering a size up for your extra size.

This dress was beautiful, words cannot even describe. I loved the skirt! Something I would never buy but so much fun to dress. I had a very hard time with the fit however. I wasn't able to squeeze my arms into the sleeves into the 2 and the chest was too big for me in the 4. I wore a super-padded strapless bra and made it work however! I loved the dress but gave it a mid-rating because of the fit on me. I am 5'6'', 140 lbs. with 34a chess.

This dress is stunning! You will stand out for sure. The color in the picture does it no justice.  I love the pockets too.

I agree with others that this runs small up top.  I ordered my usual size 4 and this was very snug around the ribcage and tight around the arms even though I have narrow shoulders and skinny arms.  When I go up a size it's usually my hips' fault, not my top. The lace fabric at the top also has no stretch and is rather scratchy.  It was not so uncomfortable that I could not have worn it, but the event I was going to was a bit more formal and I decided to wear a long dress. 

I rented this dress for a Christmas cocktail party. I usually wear a 2 or 4, but per the reviews this dress runs small. So glad I read the reviews, because the size 4 armpits were uncomfortably snug and I ended up wearing the 6. It was a little large but comfortable, and I received lots of compliments!

I wore this on Christmas Eve for the Baptism of my niece and also to Christmas Eve Mass. Very classy and fit perfectly. The material does not give at all, so be sure to get the size you know you wear! 

I rented this dress for our corprate year end party.  It was a formal affair. I am a size 18 so I chose the 18 and got the 16 just in case. I ended up wearing the 16 and it fit perfect. I danced all night and never once felt uncomfortable. I woukd definetly rent this dress again! 

The dress fit really well and was very comfortable. I wore this dress for a New Years Eve Wedding and it was perfect!

This is a fun dress. Beautiful color. Has pockets. Hit below the knees. Hits only slightly above normal waist (it's not as high as I feel like it looks in other pictures).  Low in back. I wore a normal bra (red lacy and shown in picture). I'm 5'5", 40DDD, and wear size 20 normally. I wished I had gotten an 18W as the second size instead of a larger size. You can see in picture the top is just a little big in the shoulders and I also kept bunching in the back.  Great rental experience!
