Fun and flouncy! Order 1 size down!
This dress was super fun. Cold shoulder cut that doesn't make your shoulders look super bulky. I normally am a size 4 but ordered 1 size down given that the dress looked so flowy. The size 2 fit perfectly. The inner layer is definitely smaller than the outer layer but still fit like a glove. I think a size 4 outer layer would have been too baggy.
