I wore this dress for a May wedding in North Carolina. I am petite, and the Size 0 was not available for whatever reason. I was traveling for this wedding, so I brought the Size 2 and Size 4 backup; however the Size 2 was a tad too large based on my small frame. You can see in the photo, I could have benefited from the cups and cut-out sitting a little higher and tighter on my torso. However, the straps were not adjustable to get that effect. Otherwise, the heavy fabric and length make this a very elegant, yet fun (hello, cut-outs!), choice for any spring or summer formal event.

I wore this to a black tie wedding, over a gown because gowns don't look as good on my short frame. I made this dress more formal with heels and an updo. It was a little roomy in the bust area for me, and caused the neckline and straps to fit loosely, so might be better for fuller girls. Unlike some other reviews, I could really notice the high-low hemline (see photo), and the embellished top did not scratch or bother me. Overall happy with this dress!
