This dress was a dream. I'd rented a Herve before so I knew the small would probably fit but got a medium backup in case since I have large hips. With the help of my sister and a little sweat, the small zipped and fit perfectly. The color blocking is so so so flattering. I wore a real bra under it to the event in order to fill out the dress and for better cleavage. It is sexy yet classy because of the length. No need for spanks since the dress basically is spanks. If you want a million compliments from people you don't know, this is an attention grabber. I would buy this in an instant ( if I had $1,000 to spare) and would definitely rent a Herve again!

The beading, the fabric, the quality is superb. I rented this for an event I didn't end up attending. I wish I had attended simply to wear this incredible gown. If you have the chance to rent this, I suggest it. It was quite long for me being 5'2" even with heels. The sleeves could get tight depending on how far you want to lift your arms but I didn't find it problematic. You will need someone to do the buttons for you unless you want to struggle as I did. Spanks under this are necessary because the skirt shows everything. I highly recommend this!

I ordered a 2 and a 4 as my backup size but the 4 was so tight it took 4 people to zip me in it for my Black Swan costume. The underskirt was too tight for my hips and didn't stay on, it would ride up and make the zipper bunch. I wasn't aware the top was crochet which was interesting with the tulle. Not my favorite rental but everyone did know what I was for Halloween! I would suggest getting 2 sizes up. I don't have a large chest and I could not have fit a bra if I tried.

This gown is amazing. I ordered this for a photoshoot but didn't end up wearing it. I'm 5'2" so I was expecting the 2 long to be rather long and it definitely was. What surprised me was how thick and heavy the material is. There are three layers to the gown skirt and two layers to the bodice, with two zippers and a boned corset. It gives you a great shape. What you can't really tell from pictures is that there are actually mini sequins sewn into the lace. Marchesa never disappoints. I wish I had an event to wear this gown to because I love it.

The color and pattern is very summery. Mara Hoffman does not disappoint! The fabric is very lightweight too. The only con I see is for pear shaped women like myself. The lining was very tight on the bottom and would sometimes created a poof around my midsection. I kept this under reasonable control by wearing a pullover sweater on top of it so the dress just looked like a skirt. This is not a dress I would want to buy but it is cute.

I had been waiting to get a leather jacket through unlimited so I was super excited to rent this one. It fit perfectly. The sleeves were only a little long for 3/4 sleeves but it didn't bother me too much. The zippers at the elbows were nice when I wanted to bend my arms or put them on the edge of a table because when unzipped, they were not irritating. This jacket was well worth the wait.

The skirt lining was tight and it was difficult to walk up stairs and sit. Lifting my arms up past 90 degrees was also hard. I really loved this dress. The color was so beautiful. The silhouette was so pretty on and really accentuated my curves. The boning in he bodice was very supportive and I didn't need to wear a bra. The dress had two cons for me. It was super long. I'm 5'2" and I wore 4 inch heels and the dress still dragged a lot. I had to pick it up every time I walked, which I didn't mind; but after picking it up so many times the lining stuck to the outer layer of my dress and created visible bulges. I had to constantly pull down the lining to prevent this from happening too much. Overall I'm very happy with this rental for prom. My date loved it and I felt great!

I wore this to Boston Fashion Week for a fashion show I was assisting with. I had to move around a lot and dress models and this was more than comfortable enough to move around it. The long sleeves balanced out the shorter length. I have rented Clover Canyon before and last time, the dress was longer than I expected but I liked the length of this. It wasn't too short and I could bend down and not worry. The sleeves were about 3 inches too long for me, so I just cuffed them under and they were fine. I cannot say enough good things about Clover Canyon- the neoprene makes you looks so, so, so good. The blue is really thick embroidery and pops more in person. The designer I am assistant to (pictured with me) said the pop of color and way it made my booty look were his favorite parts. I would definitely rent this again! Awesome experience once again.

I ordered the small and the xs as my backup size. The small was looser on the top and didn't fit the way it was supposed to. The xs was form fitting the way it was supposed to be. It was tighter on the bottom but still comfortable. The small was shorter like I preferred for the event, but since the xs fit better, I wore it. It had a small tear in the front but it was unnoticeable. I would definitely recommend this dress to others! I got complements all night long and the shape the dress gave me was incredible.
