Dress was defective and very short.
Dress arrived with the slip lining hanging out of the bottom, by 6". I shortened the lining (to fix the dress). I am only 5' tall and this dress barely touched the ground in my stocking feet. Definitely not long enough to wear with heels for a formal affair. The color is purple, not wine/bordeaux like in the pic. The fabric is like a cotton/spandex and kind of cheap looking. Might work for someone in their teens, like a prom dress or something.

Perfect dress!
Dress arrived with holes in the mesh sleeves. My tailor sewed them up for me by hand. Otherwise the dress fit like a glove. I received so many compliments. Gorgeous winter wine color. Modest, formal, elegant and classy!

Bibhu Mohapatra makes gorgeous dresses for straight and narrow, thin, tall body types. I am normally a size 2-4 in every designer. I have to wear a size 8 in Bibhu, in order to get his dresses to fit over my hips. Unfortunately, even if I size up to an 8, the top part is usually too big/baggy in the chest and shoulders. I have basically rented all of the Bibhu dresses available on RTR and have has the same ill-fitting experience with each one. :(

Cute but scratchy.
This dress is adorable, for someone under 30, in the spring or summer. The sequins were very scratchy, especially under my arms and forearms, when my arms were at my sides. I actually have a rash like irritation on my upper arms from wearing it all day. I wore it with a slip, because it is see-through, with the provided pink slip . You have to wear a strapless bra also. The sequins kept catching on my delicate scarf like velcro and ruined my scarf by the end of the day. They also fell off everywhere, but there are so many, that didn't make a difference.

Anglomania is a great inexpensive line that is perfect for office to after-party.
This dress is a gorgeous Autumn, deep forest green. The material wasn't what I was expecting. It was linen, but could pass for raw silk. The ruching makes it very forgiving of flaws - no Spanx needed, so very comfortable and easy to wear, but you need a slip because it is very sheer, see-though and unlined. This dress fell to just below my knees, which made it the perfect conservative length for work. It wrinkles easily but the ruching also makes it look like it is supposed to be somewhat wrinkly. I used one piece of fashion tape to stick the left shoulder to my bra strap, to make sure it didn't become visible. I wore it with emerald earrings and it was gorgeous for a day at work and an office holiday party afterwards.

This dress is an orange-y red, crepe material. Unique and quirky! Love it!
I am petite, so this dress was not above my knees, like on the model, but it was still fine. It runs really small. I normally wear a US size 2-4, however I had to order the UK 10 (USA 6) and it fit fine. The UK 8 (size 4) also fit fine in the waist and hips but it flattened/squashed my chest a little bit. My chest is only a 34b, so that gives you an idea how small/tight this dress is. It is definitely easier to wear if you are shaped like Keira Knightley! The pattern is pretty busy, so keep the accessories to a minimum. I wore it with red heels to bring out the red in the dress.

Great color!!
This dress is really figure flattering and the green is just gorgeous. The color really pops. The peplum hides all flaws (like tummy pooch). I wore this dress to work and went day-to-evening by adding a snakeskin belt and clutch purse. This is the perfect "classy cubicle" dress. I polished off the look with ALEXIS BITTAR Chantilly Garden Earrings for only $10 more because I wanted some jewelry to coordinate with the color. Fabric had a bit of stretch. Dress is so comfortable too.

Absolutely gorgeous sapphire blue color and interesting design. Too bad it fits like a smock. The size 4 and the 2 were too baggy on me. I will try to swap for a 0 and see what happens. Maybe I can it will look better with a belt.

Form fitting, not as demure looking as it seems.
I am normally a size 2-4, but the 4 was too tight to zip up. The 6 was larger in the shoulder area, but wasn't any roomier in the hips, so it didn't quite me right. It hugs your curves and will look better on someone 5"3 and taller, not too petite. Great dress for a tall, thin woman. The fabric is thick and heavy, great for Autumn. Sexy dress on the right person. Way too bootylicious looking on me. If sexy is the look you're going for, get this dress. I wanted a red dress for a more conservative event, so it didn't quite work for me. If it coasted over my bum, instead of totally defining it, I would have loved it.

Nice dress but it looked frumpy on me. Vey low cut.
This dress looks exactly like the picture. The color is gorgeous. I always love fit-and-flare dresses, but this one just didn't fit quite right on me. It is very low cut, so any bra is visible in the cleavage area. I tried it without a bra and it wasn't flattering. I could have worn a nubra or silicone pasties with it, but that was just too much work for a dress I wasn't in love with. There is some kind of underwire metal inside the dress to preserve the cleavage V shape, so I couldn't tape or safety pin it closed. Unfortunately the metal V was a bit twisted out of position. The straps was a bit loose in the shoulders and gaped above my chest. This dress is better for bustier gals. I couldn't shorten the straps (to tighten it up) due to the ruching detailing on them. This dress would work better on someone 5"3 and taller. It needs to be above the knee to be flirty looking, not frumpy.

Very unique, obviously haute couture dress.
I am normally a size 2, but Bibhu Mohapatra usually runs small and narrow, so I was afraid this dress would never work, because I am pear shaped, so I sized up to a size 6 and it was workable. Not too snug in the hips and ok in the waist too. I am petite, so it was too long for me - tea length, not knee length (mid-calf). No problem, double sided fashion tape to the rescue! I ran a ring of clear fashion tape around the entire hem and tucked it up by 6", leaving no slit in the back. It was actually really easy to fold up neatly along the "rungs". When I got home after the party I gently removed the "hem" with no problem. You have to wear it with a strapless bra. If you are tall and thin, definitely rent this dress.

I have had such bad luck with $350 and $400 rentals, who knew this $50 rental would be so perfect? The teal is absolutely gorgeous. The fabric is polyester but it looks and feels like heavy silk. It is comfortable, hides all body flaws. I wore it with black stockings and black Loubies and felt phenomenal in it all evening. I will post photo soon.

HUGE!!!
Some women like huge, costume-looking jewelry. I do not. I think too large jewelry, even in Chanel, is gaudy. I thought these earrings were the size of nickels or even quarters, but they are the size of 50 cent pieces. Because they are such large clip ons, they are heavy and painful to wear. The pair I received had a few visible dents and dings in them. I unfortunately had to return them without wearing them, so I wasted $100 on this rental. I am not sure, but I don't think accessories are exchangeable. I should have taken a photo before I returned them! I am curious to see who can pull off these earrings.

Elegant, classy, gorgeous dress!
This dress was sent as a replacement for a late dress that was damaged by a previous customer and it was even better than the one I originally wanted! The fabric is thick; perfect for cold weather. The embroidery is striking. Perfect with either black or red shoes (or black Loubies with red bottoms) or even Teal shoes if you can find them! The dress is very comfortable. Unfortunately the size 42/6 was too big for me. I hope RTR can get me the size 40/4, because I am dying to wear it and unfortunately it doesn't come in a 38/2. It is actually more of an A-line style dress than a true fit-and-flare as shown. Or maybe it just looked A-line on me because the size I received was too big. I will revise my review once I get the correct size that fits.

A dream dress!
This dress was amazing. It could even be a wedding dress. It hugs your curves in all the right places without raising eyebrows.. The belt defines your waist. I wore it with silver heels and a silver clutch and pearl earrings. I received compliments all night long. I wish I could have kept this dress. I will rent it again for sure! I am trying to find it online so I can buy it.

Very low cut. My chest popped out like a milk maid.
This was a replacement dress chosen for me by an RTR stylist based on my hearts. I had another dress in a similar color. I tried it but it was kind f average looking. The material is like a taffeta and stiff. I have a small bust (34b) but the decalotage on this dress is low cut. My bust was popping out of the top. I might wear it for a Halloween costume, as a milk maid with my hair in two braids and carrying a bucket. LOL. It is a cute dress and runs true to size. I am wondering if I can make it work with a camisole or something underneath. It is a good dress if you are either flat-chested or if you love showing off your cleavage.

This dress is for clubbing, not for fashionistas.
I needed a dress for a "red" themed corporate charity party. This was not the right dress. This dress was very clingy. It hugged my curves in all the right places and would be great for night clubbing in Miami or Vegas. It is NOT a dress for a wedding, formal affair, etc. The red is a very bright red. I showed it to a few of my male co-workers (both gay and straight) and all of them were like, "Um, no.. It's tacky." It looks sweet and demure on the model, but in real life it looks a bit trampy and the fabric is sort of cheap. I don't know what happened to Nicole Miller's brand in general. Her clothes were so classy and unique a decade ago. Now it seems she is trying to compete with Herve Leger's band-aid dresses.

Not good for petite gals.
While this dress fit, the full skirt is much wider than it appears in the picture. It takes up a lot of space! I felt like a layer cake in this dress. it doesn't look good on a petite frame, as even the size 2 hemline fell below my knees, which made my calves look stumpy. I felt like Glinda the Good Witch in this dress or some Disney princess, but not in a good way, like in a fairy princess Halloween costume kind of way. It dwarfed my petite frame. This dress is good for leggy ladies, if it hits above the knees. It is a stunning dress but doesn't work on short women.

Actually runs true to size, unlike other Bibhu dresses. Can be worn with many different shoes!
Ordered it in a size 8 because I expected it to run small (Bibhu usually does. I couldn't fit into his Caramel Swirl dress in a size 8 because I have hips.) ) but the flare shape design is very flattering and accommodating for pear shaped girls with hips. This dress this ran true to size. I returned the 8 without wearing it. Unfortunately the size 6 back up size was too loose on top and the size 2 wasn't available. I will probably re-order in the future in a size 2, next summer, or if traveling to a hot region.. It's not an Autumn dress. It's a gorgeous Summer dress with a unique asymmetrical hem line. Very sexy low cut back. A regular bra will not work with it. Versatile dress for accessorizing, for example I would have worn it with pretty turquoise peep toe shoes, to bring out the turquoise in the dress but. black shoes, white or even yellow/gold shoes will also work well. The hardest part was deciding which shoes to wear with it. I had too many options. Will post pix next time when I get the dress in my size.

Gorgeous color, flattering dress., but something scratchy inside!
I received many compliments on this dress. It looked beautiful. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is a piece of the black fishing wire thread kept located the pesky thread and trimmed it shorter with scissors. Unfortunately once I put the dress back on, it continued to poke me. I finally put on a slip, even though the dress was fully lined, just to buffer my skin from being too scratched. Otherwise it was basically wrinkle free all day. Great fall dress. Very flattering.
