Flattering but...
Loved the look and feel of this dress (pockets!), but it was hard to find the right time to wear it. The t-shirt cut of the top makes it casual, but the fabric, length, and gathered drop waist make it more formal. It was flattering, though, so I wore it to church and a girls' brunch and felt overdressed.

I didn’t wanna have to wear a strapless bra or boob tape, so I went with something else. If you can go without a bra or aren’t as lazy as me, go for it. It’s a really pretty dress that gives 70s vibes.

LOVED this, albeit too long
This jumpsuit is gorgeous and so incredibly soft. I am 5’7”, and even with 3” heels had to roll the waist up over the belt, so the legs weren’t too long. I want to rent this again on a smaller size. Only thing that could make this better, aside from the length adjustment, would be pockets!

Feels expensive and elegant
Loved this dress so much I bought it! So comfortable and cool on a very hot day. Fabric felt like a dream. Only thing I didn’t love. Is that the buttons for the adjustable straps I’m not inside the dress but outside. See picture. Otherwise, love, love, love.

Ok for work...a little matronly
The faux buttoned opening in front and smocking on the back were great, especially since I often have a hard time with shirt dresses due to my large chest and broad back. Pockets are always amazing. Material and print were nice. The overall effect was just sort of matronly on my, I thought.

Pretty, but a little "much" for me
I love the color and fabric, but the bows on the arms coupled with the bell sleeves were a bit too much...bordering on comical. My husband said it looked like I was about to fly away. Not the effect I was going for for date night. LOL

Pretty and unusual
I wore this on a date with my husband. It looked cute with jeans and black heels with a simple black shell underneath. I normally wear a 12, but like jackets to be a little roomier, so I got the 14. It fit really well everywhere, but like other reviewers have said, the waistband is pretty small. Not a big deal, because I just wore it open and it looked cute. Didn't love it enough to keep it for another wear, but definitely a one-time winner.

The colors on this or not as vibrant as they appear in the picture. Still would have been really pretty with black pencil skirt or black skinny pants for work. I'm a 10-12 in most brands, although sometimes a 14 on RTR. I ordered the size large, and it was way too small. I could get it on fine, but it was short and fitted in an uncomfortable and unflattering way. Super bummed.

Not for broad backs + large boobs
I loved the material and the look of this straight out of the bag. Really quality construction, right down to the heavy side zipper pull. Unfortunately, it was a terrible fit on me. For reference, I am a size 12 in most designers, sometimes of 14 on RTR. I have a broad former swimmer's back and am 36 D. This was a size 14, and while I could zip it up, the short side was comically short and it was way too tight across my boobs. Really bummed because the cut and flow of the material would be gorgeous otherwise.

VERY revealing on top of you're busty
I'm a 36D with a broad back, and this dress--while GORGEOUS in every other way--just showed too much of my lady bits to wear. If my back weren't so broad, there would have been more material to pull across in front to cover things up a bit with fashion tape. But, alas…dress runs a little small. I got the XL, and I am normally a 12 in dresses. My husband wanted me to hold onto it for a date night, until he realized he would need to wear a suit wherever I wore this dress. LOL

Hollywood glam!
I wore this last night to a black tie-optional wedding. I received so many compliments. The color is just gorgeous, and the material is beautiful--heavy and fitted without being at all clingy. The bottom sort of swishes while walking...super elegant. I didn't have to wear a bra, because it was very supportive on top...which NEVER happens for me. For reference, I am 5'7", 36D, 175 pounds. I have a very broad back and shoulders. I normally wear a 10/12 in dresses, but sometimes a 14 in formal dresses. The 12L fit perfectly (with 2.5" heels), so I'd say this was very true to size.

LOVED wearing this dress!
I wear this dress to a casual wedding, and I felt amazing in it. So flattering and just enough "edge" to be interesting and cool. Gorgeous pattern and nice, substantial silky material. I did have to wear a black camisole underneath for modesty and to hold in "the girls." I would say this dress runs a bit small, as I am a 10/12 in most other non-formal dresses. I wore the 14...fit great!

Size up if you're busty!
I felt a little flouncy in this dress because the skirt was so full, but my husband and my kids LOVED it and said it gave me a great shape. (I have a high waist, so it rarely looks like I have one at all.) I'm usually a 10-12 in dresses, but my husband had to use some elbow grease to get the zipper up on the size 12 in this. I got it on, but i couldn't expand my rib cage to breathe. LOL I may return for a 14, because everyone said it looked great.

My daughter wore this to homecoming. She got several compliments, and looked gorgeous (I know I'm biased). She normally wears an 8 or 10, and we ordered the 10. It was a tiny bit tight, but definitely loosened up once zipped. She looked beautiful...age appropriate without being trashy. The length was great, as well. She is 5'11", so we often struggle with mini dresses… But this was perfect.

Gorgeous color and material
I rented the 14 L, because the 14 R was unavailable. I am normally a size 1012, but tend to wear 14 in formal dresses. This style was no different, as the 14 L fit perfectly. I did not end up wearing this one, because the waist sell in a strange place on me. If you are high waisted, this would be great. The material is so soft and flows, and I could easily wear this without a bra (I'm a 36D). Gorgeous color!
