Cute, conservative work dress
I didn't think I would like this dress before I wore it, but it was fab! The color is bright and cheerful. The sleeves and fit of the dress were just enough to add a little fun to the conservative cut of the dress. I wore my usual size and it fit perfectly. It was very fitted around my chest and ribs but not uncomfortably so. The length was more midi on me but it looked great with a pair of nude heels.

Not a showstopper
Thankfully I only rented this dress for just a regular workday since I was not wowed by it. The fit ran a little large-- I wore the medium which was a tad big but the small would have been too tight. The color was more ivory than white. I did like the texture of the dress. It did show a little more cleavage than I was comfortable with for work, so I just wore a small scarf to hide it.

Loved this breezy oversized shirt and the statement sleeves!
This was such a fun top and definitely not your standard white dress shirt! It did run large, like other reviewers said, so I rented the small. However, it seems like the style of the shirt is meant to be oversized. It is a little short, but it worked well with a high-waisted pencil skirt (and a pair of shorts for the weekend). The sleeves were pretty wide with cute little pompoms on the ends, which I absolutely loved!!

Beautiful color, terrible fit
I wanted to love this dress since the yellow is so bright and sunny; however, the fit is really strange. I'm a pretty standard size 6, so I went with the medium. The fit around the waist was a little too snug, especially since the material clings a little. But, the armholes were too big and gaped in the front (even with a size D cup). It wouldn't have worked if I sized up or down with the differences in the two areas.

Cute, lightweight dress- good for an outdoor summer party
I liked this dress, but it definitely wasn't a showstopper. I rented it for a casual, cookout fundraiser. It was certainly cute, and I got a few compliments. However, I knew that it would be more of a loose fitting dress when I ordered it, which was what I was going for since I needed something more conservative. I ordered the small (I regularly fit into a size 6 from Draper James), and it fit like it should but again, it fit very loose. I only gave it three stars because the dress wrinkles if you even think about sitting/moving/looking at it the wrong way. But, it was a cute dress if you know what to expect.

Great colors, fun pattern for a summer work dress
This dress fit true to size for me. However, I did have to pin the neckline so that it was work appreciate. Otherwise, it was a great summer dress for a business casual work day. The flow and cut of the dress is very feminine without being too much. I also just loved the color combo and pattern.

Perfect summer dress to dress up or down-- so sad I didn't get a pic of it!
I rented this dress for a day when I had a more professional meeting in the morning and a staff outing at a crab house on the MD bay for afternoon. It fit the bill perfectly! The cut was professional enough for a hot June day, with a pair of heels, but I was able to dress it down with a pair of sandals as well. The color and pattern was so cheerful with a fun nod to 70's-esque fashion. Normally, dresses that have full buttons on the front can be embarrassing when you sit and it bunches, but Tory Burch had that covered (literally!) with a little extra fabric behind the buttons. And, as is typical for Tory clothes, the size 6 fit me true to size.

Beautiful summer maxi but way too big
This colorful maxi was perfect for a summer graduation and nice dinner. However, it ran so big! I sized down to a 4R after reading many reviews, but I probably should have gone two sizes down. I had to basically tie the straps for it to fit without my strapless bra showing in the front, back, and sides. After that little fix, I loved it. The colors are so bright and cheerful, and the way the dress flowed when I walked was so fun. I would recommend renting this dress, but I would be really careful with the sizing.

Great summer dress-- lightweight and so bright!
This dress is just adorable! It's a great, lightweight shift dress in a fun, bright pattern. In my opinion, the dress does run a little small-- I regularly wear a size 6 in Trina Turk, but luckily went for the size 8 in this dress, and it fits perfectly. The dress itself doesn't have any give so there is no way a 6 would have worked for me. The length hits about 2 inches above my knee (I'm 5'5). I didn't notice it from the pictures, but the zipper for the dress is in the front- a fun little detail that I love!

Beautiful dress in the wrong size
I just love the pattern of this dress, and the tassels on the hem are so cute and fun! However, I based my order on some other reviews, and they were not accurate for me. I typically wear a size 6 in Trina Turk, and a few reviews suggesting sizing down because the dress fit large. I did not find this to be the case-- the size 4 was pretty snug and too short. The size would have fit perfectly. I am planning on renting this dress again in the size 6.

Colorful, comfy shorts!
I had a few casual day events that called for shorts and a cute top, and these Trina Turk shorts definitely fit the bill! They are colorful and a light material that were perfect for a hot (almost) summer day. The length was appropriate for someone a few years removed from their 20's! The size 6 was a tad loose on me, but I think the 4 would have been too small. Overall, they were a great rental, and I received tons of compliments which is always nice!

Great color, but not my favorite style
I really loved the bright marigold color of this dress and the small flower pattern in the fabric (you can't see it in the pictures), but I wasn't crazy about the style or cut. The medium fit my frame just fine, but the buttons gaped when you sat down--it was uncomfortable to have to keep adjusting the dress in meetings. It also wrinkled very easily, which is unfortunate if you have to sit at a desk all day. The midi-length was great and worked well with a pair of wedges.

Lovely and comfy gingham dress
This navy gingham dress was really cute and very comfortable. I normally wear a size 6 in Draper James, but I could have easily worn a size 4 in this dress. The straps are not adjustable and they was a little loose-- when I wore it without a cardigan to a baby shower, I had to keep pulling it down to keep the straps snug. The fit around my chest was a little loose as well. Other than going a size down, the dress was lovely, and I received compliments every time I wore it.

Wanted to love it but runs WAY too big
I rented this shirt two separate times in two different sizes and neither fit. I'm 5'5 and 138lbs with a 34C, and I tried the sizes 4 and 6. Both were just too big to make it work. With the size 4, the arm holes were still huge (you could see my bra) and the shirt was just so baggy. I tried doing a half tuck and a full tuck, but there was just too much material-- and honestly, it really shouldn't be tucked in. If I'm looking for a spot to fill in my Update order in the next few months, I might try out the size 2, because I really want to love this shirt.

Lovely spring dress!
This dress was so great for the spring. I wore the small, and while the fabric was a tiny bit unforgiving around my stomach, the dress flows out from waist, so it didn't cling to any problem spots around my hips. I'm 5'5 and the length hit right below my knees which was great for open toe heels. The hem of the dress also moves really well when you walk-- it kind of flutters around you, which I loved. I received a ton of complaints on the dress and felt great when I wore it!

Easy, breezy spring top
This top was so fun and versatile! I wore it a few different times and ways during the month I had it in my closet. It looked great under a suit for a professional look; with black skinny pants for a business casual look; and with dark jeans and flats for a weekend casual look. I wore a medium, and I loved the looser fit; but I could have probably been ok with a small as well.

Fitted top for spring
This shirt was a great addition to my spring closet. The color was more green than the lighting on my picture makes it out to be. The fit was very structured, and the size 4 fit me like a glove The size 6 might have been too loose for the look I wanted. The only two reasons I gave it four stars instead of five were the fact that it was quick to wrinkle right at the waist line and it was a tad difficult to actually get into-- I had to zip myself into it which was a bit of a pain. However, you seriously can't go wrong with Tibi, so overall I was pleased with the shirt!

Runs really small
I unfortunately didn't get to wear these shorts since the size 6 was inappropriately small on me-- and my normal size is a 6. I probably could have squeezed in them, but I'm sure the general public was glad I didn't! They're cute though, so I wish I would have sized up to an 8. I might try them again over the summer.

Cute dress but not my favorite
I really wanted to love this dress because the pattern was so fun, but it was just a little baggy to actually look flattering. I wore once to work, but the fit just made it to homely. Overall, the size 42 did fit where it should (the arm length, the waist, and and the bust), but there was just something about how it hung on me that I didn't really like and I'm not sure that I could have fit in the next size down.

The perfect transition to spring dress!
I'm obsessed with this dress! I've worn it twice already, and since I still have it with my Update shipment, I plan to wear it again (and again)! The dress does run large, and thankfully after reading other reviews, I sized down to a size 4. It's really flowy, but the length is still appropriate for work (just not on a windy day). The pattern and colors are absolutely amazing, and I received so many compliments both times I've worn it. It's also super comfy- it feels like you're wearing a nightshirt. The only thing I could find wrong (and I had to look hard) was that it wrinkles pretty easily.

Fun winter tweed dress
The pops of color in the dress really brought some life to my winter wardrobe! I was able to wear it a few different ways- over a white shirt, with a blazer and a cardigan, with different jewelry options; it was pretty versatile. The length hit right above my knee and was perfect for work. I only had two small complaints: one was that the chest area was a little snug for me-- I'm typically a pretty true size 6 top to bottom; and the second was that the bottom of the dress unravels a bit. Otherwise, it was a great piece for a dreary February!

Cute cocktail dress
This dress was great for an early January evening wedding. It looked great with tights and a shawl during the ceremony, and I was able to show off the fun back during the reception. I typically wear a size 6, especially in Slate and Willow, but the fit of this dress seemed a little different than other styles. It was pretty tight around my rib cage, but as other reviewers said, the top was a little loose (a tad unnerving when you can't wear a bra). I used fashion tap to keep the front from gaping open and that worked just fine. Overall, I liked the dress and had a great time in it!

Fun coat for a cold winter
I've been in the market for a new wool coat, so I decide to try a few from RTR before making the commitment. I'm so glad I added this Milly coat to my monthly update! The dark teal color somehow manages to be a neutral color while making a statement. The "flounce" might not be for everyone, but I love having a little flair on cold winter days. The medium fit me perfectly-- it leaves enough room for big sweaters while not being too snug. It's also heavy enough for 25-30 degree weather without being too bulky. Lastly, I've gotten more compliments on this coat than any other RTR piece I've ever rented, which always makes a girl feel great! Long story short, I have purchased this lovely coat and made it a permanent staple in my wardrobe!

Such a fun dress!
I absolutely love Slate and Willow dresses, and this one was no exception! The pattern was so fun, as was the swing style of the dress. I work it to work with a blazer for the day and took the blazer off for a holiday reception that night. I also work it out for a lovely NYE dinner and champagne bar. For the sizing, keep in mind that it is a swing dress, so it is very flowy. I typically wear a size 6, which is what I wore for this dress too. The arms, chest, and length all fit perfectly-- as a size 6 normally does for me. Sorry the picture isn't the greatest!

Fun color and very flattering dress
Oh, I loved this dress! The color was so bright and fun during a dreary winter. I wore it to a couple of holiday lunches/receptions for work (when I knew I would be around different people since the color is pretty memorable). The size 6 fit me like it was tailored for my body, and one of my favorite things... it had pockets! It also worked really well with tights. I will definitely try to rent it again.

Comfy but nice sweater
This sweater was great for dressing down in the office on Fridays with flats and wearing with faux leather tights and booties on the weekends. It was a tad loose fitting, but I preferred it that way-- if you don't, you might want to size down. The sweater was a great addition to my winter wardrobe for the month of December.

Cute skirt for the winter
I've been eyeing this skirt for a while and was so happy that it was finally available to rent! I tried to follow other reviewers comments that the skirt ran it bit large, but the only size available for my rental was the medium (my normal size). The medium fit okay, but I would have definitely sized down if I had that option at the time. Regardless, this is a great skirt to mix into the winter wardrobe. I wore it with a few different tops and boots/booties. And the pockets were great!

I rented this skirt as part of my RTR Update order for work. It seemed like a great cold weather skirt for work. I typically wear a size 6-8, depending on the designer, so I ordered a medium in the skirt. It was obscenely tight. While the material was heavy enough to make it a warm skirt for winter, it was not think enough to hide the fact that it was so tight. Sadly, I didn't love the skirt enough to order it in the bigger size.

Great plaid dress for the office!
I really enjoyed having this dress for the month of November, especially while plaids had their comeback! It was a great piece for work and was perfect for the dressier business casual receptions. The colors of the plaid made it so easier to mix and match shoes, blazers, cardigans, and jewelry. It was also great with or without tights. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that it ran pretty small. I normally wear a medium/size 6, but this one stayed pretty tight even after wearing it all day. Luckily, a blazer helped to hide all of my curves since my office is a tad conservative.

Beautiful skirt; perfect for a work holiday party!
This skirt was stunning! The vibrant, deep red color was perfect for my husband's office holiday party. The length was a little longer on me than the model, but that's to be expected since I'm only 5'5. It worked great with black tights and a black fitted top. It is a very full skirt, so you don't need much to accessorize since it's a lot on its own. The skirt did run a little small. I typically wear a size 6, but they only had an 8 available when I ordered it-- thankfully so because it was a little snug.

Fun twist on the little black dress
This dress was perfect for getting out of the rut of the boring little black dress. The pleather bottom of the dress makes it fun and a little edgy without being too much for my conservative dressing DC office. The dress is very fitted from the top through the waist, and while it is true to my size (medium), it does tend to hug to everything from the waist up. The skater-style skirt and the pleather bottom does a great job of pulling the eye away from the tighter top. I'll be buying this dress to make it a permanent staple in my closet!

Cute dress but not a showstopper
I liked this dress and wore it a few times during my rental period, but I was never really "wowed" by it. It might have been wrong for my coloring (brown hair and eyes and olive complexion). The fit was good except for the neck line. I had to either pen the top of the dress closed or wear a cami under the dress because it kept fluttering open (not good for a semi-conservative office environment).

Vibrant colored shirt with perfect details!
I'm typically a size 4-6 in shirts, but after reading reviews , I decided to rent the size 2 in this particular style. The 2 fit me perfectly! It fits loose around the mid-section, but the sleeves and top were a great fit. The color was nice and bright, and I received so many compliments every time I wore it. It was really easy to style with jeans or dress pants and boots, heels or flats. I would definitely rent this again.

Great skirt for transitional fall weather!
I absolutely loved this skirt! The color was great to wear with so many tops-navy, black, ivory, plum. The medium fit true to size, and the length hit around mid-calf, as most midis do on me. The material was very comfy with a nice weight for fall weather. The skirt does tend to hug to every curve and bump, so it did slightly show some of my tucked in shirts but not terribly so. Perfect skirt for DC's chilly fall!!

Fun pants that look like a skirt
These culottes were so fun! I rented a small based on other reviews, and I'm glad I did. It fits at your natural waist, which for me is much smaller than my hips. The zipper and hook were a little tough to navigate since they were in the back (give yourself some time when going to the restroom!). The pattern was fun to accessorize, and the pants were so comfy!

Adorable skirt with great details!
Based on other reviews, I sized down to a small. The waist band was a little snug to pull over my hips, but once it was on, it fit perfectly on my natural waist. The skirt is full and so fun! The flower details were a light pink, green, and blue and really added to the skirt.

Tory Burch sizes never fail me and this dress was the same. The lace details pulls this dress from casual to work. The dress is all white-even the lace- even though the RTR picture suggests otherwise.
