Lovely blouse and really like the sleeves! Material is heavy so it may be better for spring time weather. It also wrinkles very easily in the midsection and sleeves. I actually had a headshot made in it and had to pull the sleeves tight to hide the wrinkles. 

Photos do this blouse no justice - it's so much prettier in person. It's beautifully structured to accentuate curves. It's cut like a corset, making it perfectly fitted. The fabric is thick and lined. The zipper down the back goes all the way down.

I rented it for a photoshoot because I needed something that's a lighter color. But I loved it so much I wore it 3 times in one week. 

This was very short for my height, but I wore 10" rise jeans to make it work. Loved the color and the fit of the top! The bell sleeves were fun. The "corset" part of the top are seams up the back of the top that aren't very noticeable at all. Rose gold hardware.

This dress fit me perfectly, arm length and all. I love how it has a zipper all the way down and can unhook so you can put it on like a jacket. This blue is perfect and it has just the right amount of material so it's not see through. Love it!

Great color and got compliments.  It wrinkled through the day but I still liked the cut and feel of it. 

This shirt was a great addition to my spring closet. The color was more green than the lighting on my picture makes it out to be. The fit was very structured, and the size 4 fit me like a glove The size 6 might have been too loose for the look I wanted. The only two reasons I gave it four stars instead of five were the fact that it was quick to wrinkle right at the waist line and it was a tad difficult to actually get into-- I had to zip myself into it which was a bit of a pain. However, you seriously can't go wrong with Tibi, so overall I was pleased with the shirt!

Nicely lined, good quality. Fabric looks wrinkled in photots but sits really nicely in person. I felt nice in this top. The flared sleeves got in the way a bit, but not a big deal.

Called "corset" top because it kind of has up/down ribbing in the back to make it a bit more structured. Nice material and good for work. I liked the bell sleeve style and got a few compliments. Nothing to write home about, but looks nice and I imagine would fit well on most people. 

Beautiful top and I really wanted to wear it, but it was just so big, both in the torso and the upper arms, that it just made me look wide and dumpy. 

super comfortable and a beautiful color. the sleeves are unique and flowy and I felt so feminine and beautiful in this. I will say that the sleeves aren't meant for eating nachos as they are long and as mentioned, flowy. But...they are beautiful

Great to wear in the middle of winter!  Color really pops and tailored style goes so well with straight or skinny jeans.  

Great fit, really great for busty girls as well. It's not tight in the shoulders or chest!  Love the sleeves as well - definitely great to wear to work or just running errands during the day!

I paired this top with high waisted jeans and tall booties for work. I got so many compliments. It's does run a tad small but still fits pretty well if you get your usual size. Would definitely rent again!

I liked the fit and bell sleeves. The shirt itself gave me a figure without showing off too much.

I loved this top and got SO many compliments.  The quality is amazing and it has beautiful details.  I ordered a 2 and it was a little sung across the bust (I'm a 34D for reference) and it was almost too short (and I am very short-waisted and only 5'3").  I would recommend sizing up if you have a larger chest and are tall.  

My favorite top from RTR!  The color is beautiful and the fit was perfect for me. Not to tight at the bust and not too short at the waist for someone with a long torso. Loads of compliments. 

I loved this top. The fabric is substantial and slimming. It is beautifully made!

It was thick, nicely made and hung pretty and flattering on the body. 

I absolutely love this top. Darts are perfect, fully lined so it moves beautifully, visible copper zipper on the back is a lovely touch. Looks and feels luxurious.

Only regret I forgot a photo. It is a shorter short so if you have a long torso I would pair with a highwaisted skirt or pant. Very versatile could be dressed up or down. The fabric was amazing and love the structured boning. Will rent again and probably buy! 

Fit like a glove so maybe a little small. Loved the structured and close fit. 

This top was just okay for me. Got quite a few compliments, and the color is very pretty. If fit fine, the length was super short though. I had to wear a tank top under it...I'm 5'2.  I can't imagine how short it would be on a taller person. 

Beautiful top with great tailoring. This fit perfectly and was great for work. The sleeves give it a trendy look without being too much.

I'm a standard 4, so I rented this top in a 4 even though there were a few comments recommending to size up. The 4 fits just fine, but I think sizing up would lay better.
The color is beautiful and a great pop for the grayness of winter. The material is thick, as others have mentioned, with no stretch. The sleeves add fun factor along with the full back zipper.

Didn't stand out but an easy top for work with black pants 

Love this top. It is a little small, with the structured sides, but it flares just enough at the bottom that it still covers up anything you'd like. The sleeves are really fun and flirty - I wore this bowling and they were fun moving around as I bowled!

Just ok. Good shirt for work. I liked cut and color sleeves just a tad to big for my taste, but someone else may like

A little too short/snug/structured for my liking. Size up unless you want to wear it tight. 

Nice color and fabric but was tight in the bodice and loose in the sleeves. Could not wear unfortunately. 

I love Tibi, and this shirt is very cute, fabric is great, sleeves are fun, but it is SUPER short, I'm 5'8 and it was above my jean line. Maybe it is a more crop-top style? But I couldnt wear it :(. Great shirt though! Just for the shorter waisted

The top was too small for my bust so the shirt was a little to short.
