Not flattering for tall/small chest
Did not wear. Being tall, the neckline and waist are very high and looked very strange - it would look better on those with a larger chest. The length was below the knee and the slit was not too high for a work event.

This is really snug but an incredibly flattering dress. Would love to buy this for fancy work meetings/events. Hit at the perfect length. Wasn't right for my event but will be renting (or buying!) this in the future!

Nice length for tall ladies - not my favorite neckline.
Needed a blue dress for an event and the RTR stylist recommended a high-low style. The overall fit was okay. I am 6'2" and wore heels and this almost touched the floor, so it would probably have a bit of a train for shorter ladies. The neckline wasn't very flattering and had a weird wire to hold the V shape, which kind of flattened the bodice and hit at a weird place on me. Overall this was nice but I probably wouldn't rent again.

Really unique dress. Looked great on my very tall frame!
This was a replacement as my original dress was damaged. This fit pretty well (shoulders were a little too tight) but overall looked unique, nice and photographed well. I'm 6'2" and the length of both the underskirt and overskirt were great. There's not much stretch to the underskirt, but the top is kind of matronly if it's baggier, so this was the trade-off. Overall a good last-minute save!

Plunge-y, shiny and fun but sophisticated!
Rented this for a company holiday "formal" party. The neckline is *really* low - some fashion tape plus bra finagle-ing made it work, but even the single cup sticky bras were hard to make work! You can kind of see it on the model, but there's some high armpit/sideboob baring with the cut, so plan ahead! The 8 fit a little better but the torso was really tight and for a work function the super plunge + very tight was too much, so I went with the 10. Also - I am 6'2" and the straps/shoulders were way too loose, even on me! I also taped the shoulders on as they kept wandering off. Overall, this dress looked great (although more low cut than I would have liked for a work party), and fit-wise was really comfortable, but it was definitely tricky to keep in place!

Baggy waist made the bustle a bummer!
I rented this as a backup as the dress I wanted to rent was unavailable. I love bustles but this one was just kind of - meh. The fabric is very heavy - winter-appropriate - but the cut and fit did not map to my body at all. This would probably fit best on an "apple" body shape, but unfortunately it doesn't do much to define the waist from the front or side.

Perfect "something borrowed" for my wedding dress!
I wore a beautiful lacy wedding dress and the necklace I'd planned on wearing didn't go with it. Luckily, I'd rented these just in case...and when I put them on, all the bridesmaids said, "Perfect!" Very light, subtle, and photographed beautifully. The perfect finishing touch!

So many compliments, so much comfortableness! If you're tall...do it!
Dress fit very comfortably - arms a little tight was my only complaint, but the material is GREAT, thick but not sweaty, very stretchy and also forgiving! I would like to point out that this fit in bare feet, in 2" heels, and in the 5" heels I ended up wearing. Stretchiness will make the sizing work and not look like it - this dress is a dream for tall ladies! Nicole Miller is a little small on sizing as I usually wear an 8 - plus the 10L was the only L the RTR Flatiron store had in stock - but it fit great and the length was probably a little better too. Would rent again!

Jersey Shore...
This dress fit just fine but it did not at all look like the dress pictured - I was expecting a sleek dress with modern looking cutouts, as pictured. Instead, this was very short and the cutouts are very large and visible from the front. This was fine to wear to a club, but not to dinner first, so I couldn't wear it.

Too big in the chest, oddly frumpy looking.
Really wanted to like this dress but it just didn't fit. The top was way too big and the bottom was oddly fitting. The lace at the waist is more of a peplum fit but the top did not lay flat at all in the front or the back. The lace and beige coloring and the dress itself are all so pretty, but I was not able to wear this to my bridal shower.

Super comfortable and casual but dressy - perfect for a summer wedding!
This was the easiest thing I've ever worn for a wedding - still got many compliments and it was perfect for a CT oceanfront wedding. The bottom of the dress is very loose/forgiving (plus it has pockets!) and the dress overall is stretchy, which makes it really comfy. I wore a strapless bra and had no problems. The length was great - mid to high calf on me, very flattering. I was nervous to wear horizontal stripes but this dress was great! Paired it with a chunky necklace and black patent leather wedges and it was perfect.

Beautiful, colorful, comfortable dress - and it has POCKETS!
This dress has a really flattering neckline and is super loose from the bottom of your ribcage down. The length is really nice, too - it's not too short on me and it has a lining that keeps it smoothed out, too. The fabric is a heavier cotton that doesn't stretch much but is breathable but smooths you out. The 8 was very tight around the ribcage when I tried it on the day before the event, but I think just trying it on stretched it out a bit, because the next day it zipped up fine. There are little snaps to hold your bra under the straps, which is nice because the straps are fairly wide-set. Overall, got a ton of compliments and really loved eating, drinking, dancing and celebrating in this awesome dress!

Beautiful dress, very short sleeves
I rented this dress for a charity cocktail gala. It was beautiful - a nice, sophisticated dress that I still felt like I could move around in! It wasn't too short, which was perfect. The sizing was a little funny; I ended up wearing the medium slip with the large lace overlay because the L slip was pretty stretched out and the M lace sleeves were even shorter. I ended up rolling up the sleeves anyway, but the dress still looked very nice. A good find even for us very tall ladies!

Beautiful but very poke-y cuff!
Rented this with the deco earrings for an Inaugural Ball. They were a great accessory duo but this cuff shredded my hand when I took it off and was poke-y throughout the night. I totally loved it and got asked about it on the red carpet!

This dress lit up the red carpet!
Very slim fit and the shoulders can be a little awkward if you don't stand up straight, but overall extremely flattering and such a beautiful color--this dress photographed really, really well! I felt like a red carpet vixen. :) It is pretty short so be prepared for some adjusting, but up top a regular strapless bra worked fine, and overall this was a great fit.

Felt like a million bucks!
I love Nicole Miller--her dresses fit so perfectly and flatteringly! Wore this for an anniversary dinner and my boyfriend absolutely loved it! The M fit really well. I'm 6'2" and it was short but not uncomfortable--could definitely sit down with no issues and felt totally at ease walking around and going for dinner. The dress is very slightly worn, but not noticeable if you're not wearing it. Overall, this dress was an amazing RTR experience!

Broken zipper and poor fit...wish this would have worked better, it's a gorgeous dress!
I rented this for a cocktail party event. The 10 was the only size left, but since some reviewers said it ran small, I thought it might work. The dress is beautiful, but...the zipper was broken, and I couldn't get it even halfway up. The 10 was definitely too big--I probably would have fit best in a 6 or 8. The pinks in the dress are really beautiful--I wish I'd gotten one that zipped up! :(

Great on length, not so great on fit or being flattering.
This dress was sent as an alternative because I didn't know if the dress I ordered would be long enough. The XL length is great--I'm 6'2" and would have been comfortable wearing flats or heels with it. Unfortunately, the dress was a heavy material and fiit baggy--I'm usually a size 8 and the M was huge. I would recommend it if you're looking for a dress with a conservative fit and a lot of give. The length, again, was great!

I felt the most beautiful I've ever felt. This dress is stunning and fits perfectly.
I am 6'2" and am always nervous that the length of dresses won't be enough. I read the reviews and ordered a 6XL and 8XL, since I usually wear an 8 but am athletic (no bust). The 8XL was AWESOME. I had to get a hand from the concierge in my hotel to zip up the last inch, but I looked like I'd been poured into this dress, and it looked HOT. I wore 3 1/2" heels, and the dress was a little short--maybe 2-3" off the ground--but it still looked amazing. (I'm giving it 4 stars because of the length, but everything else about the dress, I would give 10 stars if I could!) The color is a little darker than the photo--a bronze/copper color. I'm wearing a gold necklace, and you can see the difference! And just like everyone else says, the dress is HEAVY--I had marks on my shoulders by the end of the night. If you can sit down for a while, it helps. But I'll take the pain--this dress was worth it! I don't know how many compliments I got from other guests at the gala--everything from "Stunning!" to "I love your dress!" to phone number requests. So--knock it out of the park and rent this dress!!!
