Disappointed
I wanted to love this dress. It would have been perfect for my formal. I ordered a couple of sizes up, since formal gowns seem to run small, but it came in and was huge! So please order true to your size. I thought about ordering a smaller size, but I just wasn't impressed with the material. It seemed almost more like something you'd find in a Halloween shop than an elegant designer gown.

Beautiful but not right for my proportions.
This is a well made, lovely dress. It didn't work too well with my proportions. Since I'm on the unlimited plan, I didn't feel bad about being picky and shipping it back without wearing it. I felt like, since I have a full bust and long(er) torso, I just didn't love the way it looked. I would guess someone shorter might love it though!

Lots of compliments!
I wore this dress to a fashion show and received lots of compliments. The arm holes were a bit big, so I wore it with a floor length sheer cardigan. There is no stretch to this shift dress, so consider sizing up.

Great dress - just not right for my tummy
This dress is awesome and has a lot of cool details, but it didn't work out for my body. My tummy is my biggest problem area, and because of the way the fabric elasticized around my curves, it hugged my belly in just the wrong way. I know that for the right girl, this dress will rock!

Too poofy for my personal taste.
This dress was too poofy for my personal taste. In the photo, the model is not twirling to make the skirt flare out like that. That is how the skirt actually flares out on its own. It's a super fun dress for the right person, for the right occasion. Just wasn't right for me!

I liked the look of this dress because it looked modest and professional with a little fun added in. When I received it in the mail, I was floored! The material is REALLY cool - thick and substantial, but light. I'm typically wary of plus size dresses without lining, but the fabric really does its job on this dress = no liner necessary. This dress is stretchy and a bit form fitting. For a tighter look, order your regular size. For a more modest, shift-style approach, go for one size up.

This dress got wonderful compliments all night!
I received compliments on this dress all night! Because of the A-line skirt, it's very flattering. The sparklies WILL scratch your underarms, so if you're not of the "beauty is pain" mindset, you may want to wear a cardigan or something to protect your arms. The beading sparkles just enough to be attention grabbing, but not over-the-top.

The size chart is wrong for this dress.
This dress is absolutely gorgeous. However, the size chart for it seems to be incorrect. The dress fit more like a regular size then a "W" size. As there is absolutely zero stretch on this dress, be sure to size up at least two sizes!

This white dress is simple and adorable! The fit is really nice, especially with the A-line to hide your tummy. I know a lot of girls could take this dress and go wild with super cute accessories. It felt really nice on a warm day.

This dress was WAY comfortable, and the A-line was so flattering, I didn't worry about my tummy.
Like I mentioned above, this dress was super comfortable! With the A-line, I didn't have to worry about wearing Spanx or sucking in all night - you girls know what I'm talking about. ;) The lining under the black lace IS nude (not white). I wore a nude bra - a black one would have been fine too. (I was too lazy to go strapless, and thought the nude straps showing looked subtle and fine.) The arm holes are a little on the large size, so if you carry your weight in your arms, no worries! I got so many compliments on this dress. A woman even stopped me in the bathroom to ask who the designer was - I couldn't remember, but I told her about Rent the Runway!

Love love love love this dress
Ladies, take note! This is NOT a shift dress. This is a tight, form fitting dress. I don't know why I thought it was a shift when I ordered it, but when I put it on, it didn't take long to figure out how wrong I was! ;) Don't be vain. Order the 3x. Trust me! I wore the 2x with Spanx panty hose, and still showed my tummy problem areas quite a bit. But you know what? I didn't even care, because this dress was so rockin. I felt gorgeous in it, and got SO many compliments. I would have felt more confident in the 3x, so I'm thinking of ordering it again. It showed the smallest amount of cleavage and was perfect in that department. It was a beautiful length. The sequins didn't hurt or bother me a bit. The color was perfect for me. You can't really push up the sleeves, so be aware of that. I went to the symphony in it, and felt like the entire audience was looking at me! ;) It was a wonderful night in a wonderful dress!

Show Stopper
Wow! This dress truly is a show stopper. My boyfriend's jaw hit the floor when I walked into the room with it on! I ordered a 16w & 18w and went with the 18w. The color is definitely a rose-gold. I'm a 38dd and filled the top nicely - almost too nicely - I did have to keep an eye on the girls throughout the night. There is a small thread holding the chest part together, but even that is pretty low cut. Low enough that I wouldn't wear this dress around my parents. ;) I also brought an emergency safety pin in case my girls busted said-thread during our date - the dress would not have been appropriate if it wasn't pulled together across the chest. Now. The dress does do this weird thing in the back. The zipper goes down to the top of your butt, and it was making the dress pull up right there on the butt. Very strange. It made the dress ride up so much right on the butt, that I almost decided not to wear it. But since I was going to a seated dinner, I decided it would be ok if I went in with my long jacket on, sat at my dinner table, and put my jacket on to leave. If I'd been going to an event or something I had to stand up a lot for, I couldn't have worn this. OK- all that being said... you'll look gorgeous in it. Go for it!
