The bottom of the dress is fairly fitted and a soft fabric, but the top of the dress is really very blousy and you can wear it off the shoulder or you can move it around

luv luv luv this dress... got one million compliments. the material is gorgeous. i was nervous that it might not fit but it did. i am a true size 14 or a large but i was able to get into this size 10/12 and i think it is because i am short and i have very small bust. if you are busty this is not going to fit. the bottom is so cute flirty and on trend with the bubble skirt.

The material is very light and very sheer, but it is lined. The yellow is very pale and the little flowers on it are so small. You can hardly tell that their flowers but it's a nice touch overall the dress fits true to size but it's very short and I'm short

Kate Spade does not disappoint
The material is not very thick. The Bling bows are really pretty around the neck. It is cut for a grown woman which is nice. It is true to size got tons of compliments, but it's a very faint, pale pink.

amazing dress
made of high quality material and i was the first one to receive the size 14 (which is a 16) I did wear a bra even with the cut outs in the top front. the slightly puffed sleeves and the somewhat flared skirt were very flattering ... would definitely recommend for cooler months - not for summer ... material is somewhat thick

maybe I could’ve gone down a size but…
The dress is actually attached to the top and you cannot separate the two pieces. Also, you should know that it’s really long on you if you’re short because I’m 54 and it was super long on me. It was just very ill fitting.
