Button Down Mini Dress

I loved this dress! I dressed it up for an outdoor fall wedding and down with a denim vest for church. I’m usually in between 4 and 6, and I’m glad I got 6 because the waist fits just right. It would’ve been too tight a size smaller. The twirl of this dress is so cute! I thought it was super flattering. I’m 5’5 and the length was good, but I can see how it would be on the shorter side if you’re taller than that. Lastly, it has pockets!

I wore the dress to work, an evening board meeting, and then my daughter’s choir concert. It was perfect for all three! Beautiful fabric. Cinched waist. Gorgeous puffed sleeves.

Wore this to Keenland and it was perfect

Love love loved this one. Gorgeous material. Flattering cut, fun to twirl the material. I got a lot of use out of this rental from a bridal shower, to a few dinners out. Would be pretty for the holidays too was tempted to keep it!

Love Ted Baker and this print is divine. Not the most flattering fit on me, really for a younger girl with the girly, short skirt cut, but so pretty and feminine. I can almost wear a size small/4 in a dress but this was tight in waist and bust; barely fit.

It’s so flattering I got so many compliments in such a short setting. It can be dressed up or down easy day to night wear depending on shoes. It’s fluid and it HAS POCKETS!! This one is staying in my closet!

It felt super rich and I loved it! Great colors and fabric make this a home run for a fall work ‘fit.

The silky fabric, big sleeves and pleats make this dress really interesting and pretty. It was a little bit on the short side for me but it worked

Dress looked nice online and photographs pretty well but in person it’s a confusing look. The material is like shiny/formal but it’s a collared button up dress that feels more work adjacent. I loved the fit and flare and thought that was flattering. Realllllly did not like the pattern in person. Looked like my grandmas couch. Fit pretty TTS.

Great for work and conferences - and petites. It bordered on being too short for me.

This dress was elevated by the colors and fabric. Length was good - I felt like long enough. I would rent it again.

It too young when I put it on. That's a me thing. It is very nice material and color. Color is really dark navy (almost black until you put black next to it)

My husband loved this dress on me. I added a thick black belt to cinch up the waist a bit. I was probably borderline between size 10 and 12

Tight on waist

A little rough fabric wise--not my favorite style but prob cute on some!

The material and colors of this dress are so pretty! But there is no give. I am newly postpartum and sizing up usually works but this was too tight around waist and bust. So bummed!

This is really well-made and feels wonderful on - the fabric is so smooth! Pleats in the arms are a really nice touch. My only complaint is that the flare from bodice to skirt accentuated my hips.

This dress is beautiful. The colors are saturated and the pleating gives it an elevated, super flattering look. I wanted to wear it so bad but it was both too short and too loose in the torso area. I don’t recommend this for tall girls or girls with small waists.

Fabric was pretty. Print was nice for Fall. Fit was just ok. sizing up or down wouldn’t have helped…Top made my chest look weirdly big with skirt swallowing me up. if was trying it on in a store to buy it, I would not have made the purchase. As a rental, was something to wear but nothing that made me feel fabulous. Kept a shawl over me to hid the awk fit.

Really beautiful fabric, beautiful pattern great cut fitted in the waist and not very generous for large busted in the chest area. If you’re narrow up top, it’s a beautiful piece.

This dress looked more relaxed in the photos but is actually more fitted. Go up a size unless you want it tighter around the waist.

I wore this with a belt because it gave me an odd shape. It was cute just not my favorite dress. It also looks black in the picture however it’s actually more dark navy blue.

I’m 5’7” and long waisted and this just tugged in all the wrong places.

Doesn’t do much for the waste area. Just sort of hangs.
