What a $1000 dress should wear like!
Felt like a million bucks. Thick, lovely fabric with really interesting seaming. Lots of compliments. Tried to wear it one day with dark tights and it looked awful. Waited until the sun came out and it was great with heeled ankle boots. Wish I could keep it in my closet! Wrinkles over the course of the day and wasn't form-fitting (probably because I cautiously ordered up due to my wider hips) but still felt flattering and attractive.

Bold, beautiful pattern!
Beautiful print and really lovely details on this blouse. The shoulders have a lovely, delicate stitching detail and the fabric feels great on your skin. The pussy bow doesn't stay tied if you've got a cross-body bag or a jacket that runs on it a lot (the fabric is quite smooth) but it's easy enough to re-tie. Hanging on to it even longer to take it to a conference!

Wedding Dress!
After trying to dance at my wedding in my big, beautiful, bustled ball gown it became quickly apparent that if I wanted to really cut a rug, I needed a wardrobe change! I'd rented this as a backup for my rehearsal dinner, but ended up wearing it at my reception instead! So elegant and detailed, it worked perfectly and looked gorgeous with our navy color scheme! RTR helped me get married comfortably AND in style!! The arms were the only part that felt like a 2, the midsection and hips weren't snug/formfitting at all.

My rehearsal dinner!
Our winter wedding colors were neutrals and navy/black and this was PERFECT for our rehearsal dinner. Was so fluffy and full of movement and the open back was sexy and interesting without being over the top. The waist was remarkably tight (especially since we served Italian) and I didn't wear a bra to keep my chest small. The neckline and arm cutouts are so elegant. The dress made me feel equal parts princess and metal rocker. It was girly without being frivolous. One of my favorite rentals of all time. A GREAT special occasion choice!

Comfortable and effortless
Definitely would have sized down to a 2. A mid-shin on a shorty like me, but still a comfortable and snug enough fit to feel great wearing it at the office for a polish look and at dinner that night. Love the draped top, hugs in all the right places, thick fabric so you won't have to worry about VPL, and I love the higher-than-you'd-expect neckline. Really classy. I felt like a boss walking around in this with wedge booties and a cream and tan duster coat. Would totally consider buying and keeping!

Weekend and Weekday Winner
Wore this three times and got compliments every time! A great seasonal transition piece from winter to spring. Wore with leggings on the weekend and with black skinny jeans and heels for work during the week. Looks like you've put together two great pieces with the simplicity of only picking one! A great medium-heavy weight, not sweaty, great color that's warm without washing you out.

Gorgeous and springy!!
Double layered bottom half and a generous wrap around distance makes you feel very comfortable, no wardrobe malfunctions. Larger chested women should size up - I had to wear a flattening bra to fit my chest in the XS. Beautiful pattern, tons of compliments!

Office Holiday Party
Gorgeous pattern made me feel red and festive without being typically dressed for a holiday party. I found the 2 to be loose in the midsection and chest, which was surprising. I probably could have sized down. Loved this dress. Tons of compliments. Paired with black tights and wedge booties.

Pink & Teal for Christmas!
Thick, lovely fabric with a great neckline (my chest looked great!). Paired with a teal cardigan for a colorful Christmas outfit at the in-laws apartment. Feels like wearing a sweatshirt dress, but looks so much classier. Loved it!

Feel pulled together at the office easily!
Loved the detail in the neckline and the cut is super flattering at the waist. I've got wide hips for my height and it was a really great cut. A little tight around my thighs - the slit pulled a bit when I sat down - but was still really comfortable and great looking!

So figure flattering!
If I were a few inches taller, this might be uncomfortably short, but it's such a great cut and line for a someone like me who is short and wide in the hips. The skirt flares out in such a fun shape and the pattern and colors are great. Wore it to work then out to a fundraiser and felt awesome.

Wore this to Thanksgiving with family and it was the perfect balance of casual while also being a really cool statement piece. Very little stretch to the waistline, so be warned that you might need to unzip after a huge turkey meal! ;)

Cozy cozy cozy!
Super cozy and VERY warm! Wore this to a family gathering over the weekend and to work. It's like a formal sweatshirt - Just as comfortable as being in your PJs but you look like you got dressed! A really nice piece that I definitely thought about purchasing instead of returning.

POCKETS!
Wore this to officiate my cousin's wedding and was told that this skirt was so classy and beautiful that it made me look like I knew what I was doing. :) Bonus: It has pockets, which came in handy for tissues for everyone at the altar! As a shorty, I usually strike out with long skirts, but this length was totally manageable with heeled booties and, in fact, I liked the way it fell better when hitting the floor rather than when I tried to hem and inch off with fashion tape. Great, heavy fabric for a beautifully structured look. Tons of compliments and very comfortable! No stretch at the waist, so plan your sizing (and how much you eat!) accordingly.

It's a simple, beautiful, elegant dress you can dress up or down -- paired it with patent nude pumps and a big statement necklace for a friend's engagement party. Rocked it. I got this one size larger than I would normally wear because I couldn't try a 6 at the Henri Bendel showroom. It was a little loose, but what with knowing how much Italian catering I was about to get shoveled in front of me, I was glad it wasn't form fitting. :)

The belt that came with my dress was way too big (must have been from a bigger size) but I was able to safety pin it closed. Felt super comfortable all night. Normally a 2, I fit into this dress in a 0. It was heavier than I expected and looked less like sequins and more like metallic fabric. The fit was strange for me, made me look like I had Madonna boobs. Probably better for those with less of a chest. I ended up wearing my backup dress instead.

Sadly, I did not end up wearing this dress when I rented it. It looked strange on my short frame. The neck was too high and the skirt was too short. The waistline cut me off in a weird place. The 2 fit in the waist and hips, but absolutely smothered my chest and the 4 was too big. I wouldn't change a thing about the dress, though -- the color is stunning and the overlay is so beautiful -- I'd just add a couple inches to my gams to pull this off. If only I were 5'5" and flat-chested!
