This is an off-white cream color. Needs some kind of undershirt to be wearable because of the holes in the lace. Wish it came with a matching cami. I ended up having to go out and purchase one. But it looked great and could be good for work too.

This is a pretty, colorful top to wear for casual events. It's a crop top and pretty low cut, but fun and different from what I usually wear. If you don't like crop tops, you can pair this with high-waisted shorts and then only a small sliver of skin shows.

This is the best rental I've had all year! Got so many compliments from complete strangers. It's super comfortable (which usually isn't the case for sequins). Top has good stability so it can't slip down. I really loved this and would definitely rent again!

Brand new! Was so excited to wear. This is made of real animal hair so it is on the itchy side but not to the point of being unwearable. Drop waist with ruching is form fitting so maybe not the best for those that are stomach conscious. But I really fell in love with the high quality and beautiful unique fabric and design. Wore to my birthday dinner with close friends where I know they won't judge me for my few extra pounds. :) Highly recommend. Truly one of a kind dress and very comfortable.

Pretty But Won't Work For All Body Types
This is very pretty but revealing. It won't work for larger chested ladies and the cups are cut too deep to wear a bra. Even wearing a strapless plunging bra, you could see it on the sides. Would be great on smaller chested ladies. Really wish I could have pulled it off.

These pants are ridiculously small for the label size. I'm between an 8 and 10 right now and couldn't even begin to squeeze into the size 10 pants. Sizing like this should be a crime. Shame because they were super cute.

The fabric is thick and lined. Probably better for fall than dead of summer when I rented. It runs large so definitely size down 1 or 2 sizes. The waistband is elastic. The cut is boxy though and was not flattering on me. I wasn't sure what to do with the string around the neck. It was just awkward. Buttoning it up to the top so I could tie a bow would have been matronly. Overall this was not flattering and I do not recommend.

I absolutely LOVE this blouse! It's so much more sophisticated and beautiful in person. The v-neck is not deep so it's conservative for the workplace. The sleeves have a little bit of puff to them that creates a really nice shape. The fabric is silky and drapes beautifully from every angle. It's very flattering. I'm really fighting the urge to buy it! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this top! It's a very high-quality crepe that hangs beautifully. Bright pretty red color. Buttons and tie at the neck are fun yet classy. I'm also always on the lookout for tops that hit just right at the waist for work. This can be tucked in or not and still looks great. Very flattering even though I've got a bit of a muffin top I need to lose. I looked 10 lbs skinnier! Pictures don't do it justice. I highly recommend it!

Needs the right top
Overall, I liked this skirt and would recommend it to others. The color was a bit of a surprise. It's black and navy blue stripes with pink/purple metallic thread outlining the blue stripes. So the overall effect requires a top with magenta and/or purple accents. I had a red top and it definitely clashed. Wearing plain black, navy blue, or white would have worked better. It also hit me at a funny place in my legs, about 2-3 inches below my kneecaps. Wearing black tights would have reduced this effect. It's high quality, stretchy, and very comfortable. It was a little bit more form fitting than I anticipated, so I was a little self-conscious (I'm currently a size 10). But I think if you are slim (or confident) and have the right top, it could be great!

Not Flattering
I didn't love this and wouldn't rent it again. The fabric is crepey, doesn't look/feel expensive, and wrinkles easily. The cut of the top was also weird. The shoulders were cut in oddly; I've honestly never come across another top cut this way in the shoulder. I'm not a fan. The rest of the shirt was baggy, but not enough that I could tuck it in. So overall, it was not flattering for my body type. I'm currently a pear shape and usually wear a size 10 in bottoms and size 8 in tops. The print is lovely though!

Love this top! Rented for first week of a new job. Very comfortable and expensive feeling/looking. Covers any problem areas nicely because of the drape. The fabric is very nice (totally disagree with another reviewer who said it was subpar). Only thing to be mindful of is that the open back is a problem if you bend over, which basically causes the whole thing to come off! But as long as you're not doing handstands, that won't be a problem. :) Really loved this and wanted to buy it but refrained 'cause that's what renting is all about.

I rented this bracelet for my rehearsal dinner, and it was not as glamorous as I was expecting. It photographs beautifully, but it looks & feels cheap in person and is held together with elastic. It’s very light because it’s made from inexpensive materials. I found it looks better in low lighting than up close in bright/harsh lighting. Once I had my dress on and my hair and makeup done, it fit the look I was going for. But overall, I wasn’t terribly impressed with it. I would not rent this again.

These earrings had the perfect amount of glitz for my Hollywood glam look. I wore them for my rehearsal dinner. At first, I was a little worried that they would look fake because they have a weird, felt-like back. But once I had them on with the dress, they worked out great! I probably wouldn’t recommend them if you’re going to wear your hair up. They don’t look incredibly expensive because of the backing. But with my hair down, they added the perfect touch and I was really pleased.

I felt like a bombshell!
I loved this dress! It fit like a glove and was brand new with the tags still on it! I wore it for my rehearsal dinner and got tons of compliments. It had a Hollywood glam feel to it, which was exactly what I was going for. I felt like a bombshell! Don’t be misled by some of the photos. The dress is actually very detailed, and the lace is gorgeous in person! It looks and feels expensive and luxurious. The bottom half of the dress is actually transparent from about the mid-thigh down. It creates a beautiful illusion with the lace. I would definitely rent this again.

Frequent Herve renters listen up: DON’T size down!! This dress is TIGHT!
The small dress size did not work for me. I’m a large C cup, and my chest was BURSTING out of this dress! Literally, the dress pushed in on my chest so hard that my breasts stuck out past the edge of the dress! It also squeezed my arms in an unflattering way. I’ve rented Herve Leger several times before, and this was my first bad experience. I can usually size down in his dresses, but that was a big mistake this time. I explained this to RTR and they said it is a new dress and that Herve dresses stretch over time. Unfortunately my backup dress failed too, so I called RTR and they issued me a credit. Note: credits do not include shipping and handling or insurance. The S&H I understand, but they should have reimbursed me for the insurance as well since I didn’t even wear either dress. I would recommend this dress but whatever you do, don’t size down!

This dress did not work for me. First, the color in person is darker pink than in the model photo and even in other reviewer's photos. My skin tone clashed with the pink, which I wasn’t expecting. I read reviews where it didn’t work for people with pink undertones in their skin. I have olive undertones in my skin. I can usually wear blush pink colors and pull them off beautifully. But this color was weird and did nothing for me. In addition, my chest was bursting out of this dress! I’m a large C cup. The resulting neckline was not flattering and made my breasts look ridiculously large and fake to boot. Like two big round melons. Not a good look. I’ve rented Herve Leger several times before, and this was my first bad experience. I’m not sure what went wrong, but it was really disappointing. It was my fault though (not RTR’s) because I’ve lost weight recently and didn’t really know what my size was anymore. I ordered a 10 but I’m actually a 6. Whoops!
