I LOVED this dress! I bought it for my January trip to CDMX and wore it casually with white tennis shoes and then dressed it up with heels for a dinner. Super comfy and light -perfect for the warm weather. Cinched belt is super flattering. Would 1000% rent this again!

A little low cut but really nice. Works for petite. Classy and good with flats or heels 

The slit and the low cut of the top upped the playful factor of the dress and made it not just a basic shirt dress. Material was very nice and thick with slight sheen so could be dressed up a little needed. Wore to work with a cami under it. 

I am seriously considering buying this dress. It is simple yet gorgeous, so easy to wear. As a photographer, I need clothes that move with me and look good, and this fit the bill.

Such a perfect dress for many different occasions. I wore it for a dinner out and a funeral. Pretty loose and flowy so would consider TTS or ever sizing down depending on your body type

Packed this dress for a work trip to Austin and wore it during the day with flats then changed into my cowboy boots for evening fun.  Light, easy dress that doesn’t really wrinkle for travel. The belt is attached and kind of long so I had to wrap the extra around the strap but it worked. I’d rent again.  

I probably could have sized down, but overall this dress was very comfortable and fit well. The belt is attached.

I wore this to a professional event. It is a great and easy staple to grab for any work event or office setting and can easily transition to any season.

One of my RTR faves for work. Super comfortable and classy (with pockets)! Belt is a little tricky but allows you to adjust sizing for a flattering fit. Would definitely rent again! 

This dress goes into my RTR Hall of Fame!! I wore it to the office and felt so confident all day. 

It took ALL of my power not to buy this dress. The only reason I didn’t is because I don’t like to repeat work dresses a ton but it fits like a glove, waist is adjustable and I just love it! 

Perfect for any occasion- work, dinner out or vacation! I kept it for weeks and always felt great wearing it. 

Will definitely be renting again and searching for a sale to buy. Great dress for work or could be easily styled for day to night fun 

Loved everything about this dress. Comfortable and easy to style. The V-neck is pretty low cut. I found myself pulling it up a lot throughout the day. The dress is pretty loose and flowy, so you'll
probably be fine sizing down. 

I loved the way this dress looked. The only thing is after a few wears I noticed the area behind the belt made my waist itchy a bit. Kept wearing it nonetheless. 

Well made dress. Was hoping to wear to work, but slit in the middle is a bit higher than expected. 

This dress made me feel so cool, especially on a hot day striding around NYC. it has pockets, it's flattering, and it's unbelievably comfortable. The only drawback is that it is pretty big on top so I had to wear a slip or tank underneath to keep from showing more than I wanted. Would probably size down and try it again. Really good dress overall. 

Thought this seemed 90s - maybe it is - but the fit was gorgeous, the way it’s hemmed with a slightly longer back is super flattering, pockets, and a belt to cinch as much as you want. Easy to wear & totally comfortable. 

The pockets are great and it’s a light, comfortable fabric. But overall it’s just meh. The neckline isn’t very flattering-just sort of flat. I’m a DD and you’d never know I had boobs. And the cut of the sleeves stops at a weird spot. 

The snap buttons are fun and the slit starts a little above the knee which does make it a little less dowdy. 

Dress reminds me of a smock you might put on at hairdresser when getting hair colored.  Comfy and worked well for me at work (I’m a bridal stylist).  Comfy and flowy.  But the large snaps and the oversized fit make it just ok.  Just ok at best.

Has a weird baggy back that makes the silhouette of the dress weird and not flattering. Otherwise very comfortable and light. You could size down because the sleeves are big and torso is stretchy

This may be the most flattering dress I’ve ever worn, and it was so unsuspecting! Great for shorties, super snatching while also being stretchy and comfortable - I did a New Orleans food tour in this and could have worn it every day. Material is heavy in a great way but could be much if humidity goes off the charts. Solid day to night, I’m sad I don’t have a full photo!

Beautiful, classy and understated dress. Worked well on my curvy figure. Unfortunately I didn't think about how the cotton would travel (not well), but the wrinkles steamed out easily which allowed me to wear it on our honeymoon in Spain

This dress is so comfortable and flattering. The quality is wonderful, fabric is heavy, but breathable and could be worn every day or to dinner. Considered buying.

Really liked this dress and thought it was super flattering on! The material is more casual/cottony than I thought it would be based on the price, but it still worked for a work event with a pin in the top which was easily hidden.

Super soft and flattering. Can wear it to so many things. I would buy it if it wasn't so pricey! 

This is a perfect summer dress. It is easy to throw on and look professional. You can add heels for work or sneakers for a barbecue. I almost bought it.
