I LOVED this dress! I bought it for my January trip to CDMX and wore it casually with white tennis shoes and then dressed it up with heels for a dinner. Super comfy and light -perfect for the warm weather. Cinched belt is super flattering. Would 1000% rent this again!

A little low cut but really nice. Works for petite. Classy and good with flats or heels

The slit and the low cut of the top upped the playful factor of the dress and made it not just a basic shirt dress. Material was very nice and thick with slight sheen so could be dressed up a little needed. Wore to work with a cami under it.

I am seriously considering buying this dress. It is simple yet gorgeous, so easy to wear. As a photographer, I need clothes that move with me and look good, and this fit the bill.

I probably could have sized down, but overall this dress was very comfortable and fit well. The belt is attached.

One of my RTR faves for work. Super comfortable and classy (with pockets)! Belt is a little tricky but allows you to adjust sizing for a flattering fit. Would definitely rent again!

It took ALL of my power not to buy this dress. The only reason I didn’t is because I don’t like to repeat work dresses a ton but it fits like a glove, waist is adjustable and I just love it!

Perfect for any occasion- work, dinner out or vacation! I kept it for weeks and always felt great wearing it.

Loved everything about this dress. Comfortable and easy to style. The V-neck is pretty low cut. I found myself pulling it up a lot throughout the day. The dress is pretty loose and flowy, so you'll probably be fine sizing down.

I loved the way this dress looked. The only thing is after a few wears I noticed the area behind the belt made my waist itchy a bit. Kept wearing it nonetheless.

Well made dress. Was hoping to wear to work, but slit in the middle is a bit higher than expected.

This dress made me feel so cool, especially on a hot day striding around NYC. it has pockets, it's flattering, and it's unbelievably comfortable. The only drawback is that it is pretty big on top so I had to wear a slip or tank underneath to keep from showing more than I wanted. Would probably size down and try it again. Really good dress overall.

Thought this seemed 90s - maybe it is - but the fit was gorgeous, the way it’s hemmed with a slightly longer back is super flattering, pockets, and a belt to cinch as much as you want. Easy to wear & totally comfortable.

Flattering but very forgettable.

Has a weird baggy back that makes the silhouette of the dress weird and not flattering. Otherwise very comfortable and light. You could size down because the sleeves are big and torso is stretchy

Beautiful, classy and understated dress. Worked well on my curvy figure. Unfortunately I didn't think about how the cotton would travel (not well), but the wrinkles steamed out easily which allowed me to wear it on our honeymoon in Spain

Really liked this dress and thought it was super flattering on! The material is more casual/cottony than I thought it would be based on the price, but it still worked for a work event with a pin in the top which was easily hidden.

I adore this dress! It's understated class. I imagine the fit would be amazing on any body type. There is plenty of fabric under the cinch belt for those who need it but not an excess for those who don't. The pockets are perfectly placed and deep enough. It was very hard to send this back.

Waist was a little big on me but the belt helped. Still a very flattering silhouette. Received several compliments!
