It was a great fit, I wore the size 0. It wasn't too big or small, I wore a strapless bra under it comfortably. I have a small waist, but bigger hips and I didn't have any issues. I absolutely adore the floral pattern. 

The colors of this dress are absolutely incredible. It was a fun carefree easy dress, which was nice. Had a great time and got tons of compliments! I wanted a crazy pattern and loved everything about it. Was a little longer than expecting but I'm not complaining. P.s. this was taken at the photo booth at the wedding. Great idea and tons of fun.

This dress was perfect for a summer wedding. The colors are perfect together and there's so many possibilities for accessories! The length hit me mid thigh which was perfect to keep the look classy. Definitely rent two sizes, as I could have maybeeee pulled off the smaller size, but was very lucky to have a little extra room in the size up for dancing (without pulling at the dress all night!). I wish I had the money to put this dress in my wardrobe!!

I absolutely love this dress! It was perfect for a wedding. It has some stretch to it so I could dance the night away. I think it is pretty much true to size. I had to get a size up since RTR didn't have the size I needed, but it stayed on due to the one shoulder s trap. I love the colors and the print. It was a tad bit long for me, but I didn't mind so much. I received so many compliments, and I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night. My dog wanted to be in the photo so please ignore him. =)

I rented this dress for my rehearsal dinner and got tons of compliments on it all night! It definitely made me feel special for such a special occasion--I felt like a million bucks in it. The cut is very flattering and the colors and pattern are so unique!

Wore to a good friend's wedding. The dress was just the right balance of fun and dressy. I wore the larger size dress just so it wasn't too tight as it definitely runs a size small

This dress is so amazing, it fit really well and was great on my body type (broader shoulder, smaller hips). I felt really fun, sexy, and sophisticated all in one. I wore it to a summer east coast wedding and got so many compliments on the dress and on the fit!

This is suuuch a beautiful dress!!  It was my backup and I didn’t end up wearing it because I totally ordered the wrong size.  It was my fault though (not RTR’s) because I’ve lost weight recently and didn’t really know what my size was anymore.  I ordered a 10 but I’m actually a 6.  Whoops!  Even though I couldn’t wear it out of my apartment, I still found it so luxurious.  The fabric is really soft and comfy.  It even still had the tags on it!!!  Also, you can’t tell from the pictures of the model, but the fabric has “Versus” written all over it!  I added a close-up pic so you can see.  It’s really an awesome dress, and I plan on renting it again (this time in my correct size) so I can wear it out!

would you mind what sizes you ordered and what you ended up wearing?

I don't mind at all.  I ordered a 40 and a 42 which are equal to a size 4 and 6 respectively.  I ended up wearing the size 6 and using the included fashion tape to hem it up a bit.

I rented this dress for a friend's wedding and was SO glad I did....it was perfect!  The dress is very fitted, so I decided to wear one size up so I could dance the night away comfortably.  The dress has enough give to allow for excessive booty-dancing, and is breathable enough to keep you cool while you break-it-down.  I received numerous compliments on how beautiful and unique the pattern was, as well as how well it fit.  I would highly recommend this dress to anyone looking to make a splash at any function. 

I rented this as my back-up dress for my birthday. I loved it, but I wore the original dress I rented. I wore this one the next night to dinner with my parents. I didn't take any pictures in it, except this ghetto picture in my closet. But it's a great dress. I will totally rent it again!! And take lots of pictures :)

I loved this dress!  It was a little more form fitting than I thought it was going to be, but the fabric is so nice and has just enough give that I could eat, drink, and dance comfortably all night long!  It was a little long so I taped up the hem with fabric tape, and I'm definitely glad I got a size up because the 38 was too snug in the bust area.  Overall a great dress that I would definitely wear again!

This dress was comfortable and sexy.  It a great dress when you want something other than a "little black dress."  The dress felt well made and the material was soft.  It didn't have much stretch but I was easily able to move, sit and dance in it.  Great dress for a wedding or formal event.

Decided to wear the size 40 even though it was a bit snug on top. Size 42 did fit on top but my waist is smaller so it seemed like it was hanging off me. Size 42 also had bigger arm hole sleeves so I just decided to wear the 40. 
I am an hourglass figure with a full bust and I usually wear size 4-6. 

The only con was the hook on the top of the zipper was broken. That's fine but it wasn't in perfect condition in terms of that. 

I received compliments on the dress- I thought it was a perfect floral dress to wear to a summer country club wedding. It was short enough to feel sexy but long enough to still be appropriate.  When i first received the package and looked at the dress I thought it looked a bit different than the picture shown but that was because there is alot of patterns going on, when you wear it, it just exactly how I imagined it.

The fabric was very silky, it made me feel rich! I really loved this dress! 


I should have ordered the size 38 (usually a 0 or 2 in dresses) but it was not available and I was worried this might be too tight on my hips (usually the part I have the hardest time with. However, this dress was a little large and there was PLENTY of room in the hips. I needed to use dress tape to keep everything in place.

The colors were a little lighter than I was expecting but overall it was a nice dress and great for a wedding guest. I paired with nude heels and black earrings to complete the outfit. 

Wore this to a spring wedding and received tons and tons of compliments.  The colors are so pretty, and the dress doesn't require any accessories to finish your look because it is so much fun by itself.   I was nervous about the one-shoulder style because I had never tried anything like this on before, but it was really flattering and I felt very confident all day/night long!  Fabric is not stretchy so getting the right size is important for it to look good around the waist and bust.  The dress did run large so I would recommend sizing DOWN.

This was great for my friend's wedding.  It was on the beach, but still a relatively formal affair.  This was the perfect balance.  I loved the color and patten - it was so nice to break away from my traditional LBD.

This dress was perfect for a wedding and everyone loved the geometric flower design.  I rented both the 38 and 40, and the size 40 was too large in the bust area for me.  The size 38 was more fitted throughout my middle and chest, but if you are a person that likes a little breathing room, then the size 40 would work great.  The length for both sizes was about the same and it wasn't too short on me (the length was very similar to the length on the model). I definitely recommend renting this dress, and plus it's always fun to say that you're wearing a Versace dress! My boyfriend kept asking me all night, "Who is the designer?" because he knew I loved saying it was Versace. :) 

This dress was amazing. I wore it to a wedding and got compliments on it all night. Dress fit like a glove.

i wore this dress to a horse race and although i am not the typical preppy style, this dress fit perfectly for the occassion and still allowed me to have a little edge to my attire. i wore a size 4 (40) which is my usual size and it fit perfectly. it was very flattering and great for someone who has curves since it is fitted in the waist. i would definitely recommend this dress and could possibly order again in the future!

Wore it for the Kentucky Derby and loved it! I paired with black shoes and a black hat and it was perfect. I had lots of compliments. 

I ordered this dress to wear for a wedding and surprisingly it was too big.  I usually wear a 6/8 US sizes in dresses, but since the reviews said this runs small and is very fitted I opted to rent the 44 and 46.  I definitely needed the 42 (US 6).  I called to see if the 42 was available last minute and it was not so I ended up in another dress.  The fabric and pattern, however, is gorgeous.  I plan to rent this again in the correct size.  Also, Rent the Runway was the most amazing customer service.  I was overnight another dress to the hotel I was staying at.  Everything went perfect for my event.

Great dress for summer evenings!  Very comfy and flattering!  Lenght was perfect! 

This dress was perfect for the spring wedding I wore it to. I thought the dress was a little tight in the hip (if you are a pear shape like I am), but the material had a little stretch to it, so it worked out. I loved the design and it was comfortable to wear for the whole night, I wasn't constantly adjusting it. Overall, I would definately rent again!

It's a perfect dress for anyone who wants to show off their legs; but not a good fit for those who are full-chested. Too tight in the bust.

I got the dress and was pretty excited about it, but overall I wasn't that wowed. I wish I had gotten something different. I wore it to the wedding and still felt beautiful, but the material was nothing special - it was a simple patterned one-shoulder dress. 

Although this dress did fit well, the material and print appear different on the website than in person. Unfortunately the dress was just not my style and I did not end up wearing it.

I agree!  I ran into the exact same problem! Runs small and is super long if you are 5'1" like me.

I rented this dress for a wedding in Hilton Head. I was so excited to wear it, I though the print was amazing. However, once I received it I realized how small is actually runs. I rented the 38 and 40 as I usually am a 0 or 2. But I really needed a 4. It was also very long. I am only 5’2 and it came down to my knees. If you rent this dress, make sure to get fabric tape to hem it!
