great layer for autumn evenings
Wore it with Ramy Brook's Navy Paris Dress. It was a great outer layer when walking around in 50 deg weather in the evening. Just chic enough to fit into the city environment but not too dressy. I didn't notice any significant shedding but the dress is a synthetic so may not have been susceptible. I would rent it again.

Comfortable and elegant - works for a range of events
Wore this dress 3 times on my unlimited subscription - school parent get together, broadway show, thanksgiving dinner. It was a hit everytime, got comments at each event, and I was comfortable everytime that I wore it! You can adjust the waist to be lower or higher. It hides the tummy pooch. I wore it with tights, but it was a comfortable length for me. I like my skirts above the knees since I'm relatively short. The sleeves are very wide so you need to be careful when reaching for food and the sleeves definitely need to be pulled up to do dishes or anything else practical. Love the dress!

Very comfortable dress, did not wear b/c it was too large in the chest. Will look at the size 6 next time. Good length, sleeves made it special compared to other LBDs, making it just a bit more formal.

dress is very forgiving except for the front where either fashion tape or a camisole-like top will help, dress does fly open with high winds, but once indoors, it was perfect! wore to a non-profit event in the early evening - just right!

Glamorous, but conservative
Dress is glamorous, has a nice glitter/sequin look, great for evening event, especially if more conservative. Length was about knee length for 5' 3" height. I used fashion tape to shorten it and to keep the inside lining from showing. Dress was a bit forgiving in the abdomen/stomach area, but I found Spanx still useful.

Beautiful color, comfortable fit, a bit large/generous in the tummy area, so likely, I could have gone a size smaller to get a sexier look. Chose to wear other dress, but this would be a safe choice for any future work event, just not very special.

Elegant but sexy
Fit was great, very comfortable both in tummy area and on legs, I'm 5'3" and wore 3" heels, just barely enough to keep the dress floor length, spiked heels caught in bottom of dress at times - only downside to the dress, but I could have just worn higher heels. Loved the dress!

dress was elegant, but I was only able to try size 4 and 8. size 4 was too small, size 8 fit except that the shoulder top area was too loose, not sure that even size 6 would work, but was beautiful fabric and would have worked with 3" heels

Beautiful and elegant dress
Dress worked well for a graduation event. Light enough to keep me cool during the graduation - event venue was pretty warm. Slightly fitted at the waist so the shift style dress was not just a straight bag look - actually accentuated the waist - but still comfortable to wear. I am 5'3", 135 lbs. The dress was mid-thigh.

Fit was OK, empire waist was forgiving, but the cleavage was very low and I couldn't find a bra that would work with the dress. I tried it on w/o a bra but that didn't work either. Ended up returning it and wearing a dress from my closet.
