Cute and Shiny
I'm an apple shape, so the dress wasn't completely flattering. Full sequins always add a little visual thickness as well. It was no fault of the dress that I scored it 4 stars instead of 5. Included several images from different andles so you could see how it fits if you're also thicker through the middle. I received lots of compliments regardless. It's very shiny and festive.

Flattering and just right
Loved this dress. I fit in the 8L but the 10R was more comfortable. I'm medium chested so the cleavage wasn't too much for a prfessional industry event and a little tape kept everything in place.

Fantastic, but Not Forgiving
I really enjoyed this dress and received lots of compliments, but as others have mentioned, it’s not a forgiving dress. It won’t hold you in or smooth you out; it’s just going to take any bumps and lumps you have and add some sequins and shine, essentially highlighting them. It did not do my short-waisted, fluffy torso any favors.

Pretty and Flattering
I'm thicker through the middle, so I love a good shift dress and this one delivered! True to size and nice sleeve detailing. The fabric was thick and there was no stretch.

Pretty and flattering, but built for the larg(er) chested
This dress was nice and flattering, but I didn't LOVE it like I do most of my RTR rentals. This has to do with it being black, so the lace detailing in the fabric is hard to see. It fit true to size, but bc I'm not large chested (5'6", 163 lbs, 36B) the dress gapped at the sides of the chest to a noticeable degree. I folded the fabric and tacked it down with thread for the event. The all-black of the dress hid any noticeable folds from the modification and it fit well after that.

I'm 5'6" and 170lbs. This dress fit well and was very flattering. It worked well even with my short waist and I just love the detailing of the embroidered flowers. I received lots of compliments.

Cute Dress, Not A Showstopper
This dress was very well made and fit well, but it was a bit underwhelming on. I ordered a size 10 and a 12 and ended up wearing the 10, although the 10 was notably shorter than the 12. The 12 fit, bit was a bit poofy in the middle and made me look larger than desired, though it did taper back to a more fitted cut at the bottom. Four stars because no one commented on the dress the whole evening (which isn't usually the case with RTR rentals).

Beautiful Dress!
This dress fit true to size. I am typically a 12 and wore the size 12. It was the perfect length, and fit nicely around my middle (which is my problem area). I received compliments all evening and would definitely rent this dress again.

Beautiful Dress, Cleavage on Display
I rented this dress for a promotional photo shoot a group I'm in was doing. I love the dress and the color! You can't see it in the photos, but there is some leaf green color amongst the gold thread that is very visible in person but not in the photos. It ran a bit large, and I was able to wear the size 12, with a back up size of 14. The dress was a little old and showing some wear, and I spent some time trimming the misc. gold thread that was sticking out and fraying. Still I felt very pretty in such a unique dress.

Just Average
I rented this dress for a last minute invite to a gala and my pickings on RTR were slim. This dress was just...okay. It made my butt look very flat in side profile, which is not a problem I ever recall having before. The cut up top was flattering and just right for a work event, showing just a bit of cleavage but not enough to be inappropriate. I wore a size 12 and the fit was as expected.

Gorgeous Dress
This dress fit really well and is made of super quality materials. It was a little hot to dance in and left me leaving the dance floor every ither song to go stand outside in the freezing temperatures to cool off, but its a lovely dress and was flattering even on my more lumpy midsection.

Love This Dress!
This dress was ordered as an emergency replacement for another dress I'd ordered in a size 14 that was too tight across the chest. Unfortunately, i dont have a picture of me in it with my red heels on and without leggings, but it looked perfectly adorable for an office Christmas party. I ordered the L and XL and ended up wearing the Large. It is a super flattering shift dress for those of us that love to show off our legs and hide our middles. The length was just right and it's very comfortable to wear. I wish i could own this dress.

Flattering Fit; Annoying Lining
The first thing I noticed when I got the dress is that the material was different than I'd expected. It looked in pictures to be a satiny material, but it was a textured polyester fabric with no shine to it. This was a little disappointing because I felt it took the fanciness down a little. The fit of the dress was very flattering with the ruching, but the lining was larger than the dress, and so it folded over in places beneath the dress and was visibly unsmooth. It also crept out at the hemline throughout the evening. I ordered an 8 and a 10 and wore the 10. The 8 fit, but I looked a little stuffed into it.

Simple and Understated
This dress was nice, but it was the least "wow" dress I've ever rented from RTR, and so I was a bit underwhelmed by it. I guess I'm so used to getting numerous compliments on my rentals, that I expect them now! I irdered an 8 and a 10 (8 being my normal size) and while both fit, the 10 fit more comfortably. I've gained about 6 pounds since the last time I rented, so that's probably why. This dress is nice - just the right length, covers all the right places for a more modest look, and fit my short waist well.

"Cinderella" was my name for the evening
This dress is beautiful, but it runs large. There were 0 reviews on it when I rented and no stylist sizing info, so I ordered my backup dress a size up when I should have ordered a size down. The waist, where the pearl detailing is, seemed to be about the right size, but everything above that was loose and unflattering. Not sure if a size down would have been the answer bc the upper body didn't seem to have a lot of shape to it. And because I have a short waist and big hips, the fitted waist prevented the too large top half from hanging smoothly from my shoulders - instead it kind of swam around my upper half looking loose. I gave this dress 4 stars bc if you have the body type this dress was designed for (whatever that is) then it would be THE MOST beautiful dress. I love the massive amounts of tulle (which, as another reviewer stated, is more than is shown in the model pics) and I don't mind looking like, or being called Cinderella; if you DO mind, then skip this dress.

Great dress for a chilly night
This dress runs true to size. Not too long, not too short. It isn't extremely form-fitting, but hangs nicely and smoothly. It was very comfortable the whole evening and was perfect for an outdoor February event with the long sleeves and lining (in South Texas, w/ temps in the 50s). 4 stars because it didn't WOW me, but it is pretty and rents for a good price, which is what I needed for a last-minute invite to a professional event.

This dress was literally a show stopper!
I'm 5'6, 147 lbs and I really, really liked this dress. This dress is definitely true to size. I gave it 4 stars because the fit in the chest was less than perfect for my build. What was strange about the fit up top was that the "cup" shape of the seam didn't perfectly align with the largest part of my bust (which you can slightly see in the two photos I've posted). I'm not sure why it fit me like this (I don't recall ever having this problem before). The dress material is thick, has boning, and judging from the pictures of larger chested women in this dress, my guess is that it was cut like this to promote lift for women who can fill the dress up top. Since there's no give in the material, they would have nowhere else to go but up. Unfortunately, this 36B had plenty of room in this area. That said, I wouldn't have traded the dress for this event for anything. I got up during the event to go get a drink and the MC stopped in the middle of her sentence and said into the mic, "That is a gorgeous dress!" causing everyone in the room to turn and look. I replied, "Thank you!" and gave it a twirl. It's a flirty, fun dress.
