Perfect cut and color
I loved this dress. I wanted to wear it more than once and will definitely be renting it again! The color looked so nice (I'm a little pale) and it wasn't too short or uncomfortable to wear to an outdoors campground and religious ceremony with a lot of family. It went farther down than midthigh. The fabric is heavy and was perfect for a chilly outdoor evening.

The fabric looks much better in person. The dress came to the top of my knee. Perfect length/cut for work. The top was not too tight but still fit well.

scuba divers, submarines, and POCKETS
This is officially my favorite RTR dress. The fabric is such a lovely quality and nice and light. The pattern has coral, submarines, and scuba divers. Bonus, it also has pockets! This dress could not have fit me better. I wore this with pointy black flats for work and black wedges for church. Looked great both times!

FYI: Leather trim
The product details don't mention it but the tag on the dress does: the trim on the neckline and sleeves is lamb leather. Just an FYI for anyone that would be bothered by that. It fit great and I loved the color. There is a more obvious contrast between the fabrics in person.

Sparkly shiny thread on the bodice was borderline too much for my office. But it was a cute dress and if they had it in other colors, I would rent that!

Fit well, not too heavy, but a week later I had already forgotten I wore it. I always get compliments on my RTR dresses, but not this one.

I wore this out, to work, with a belt, without a belt, buttoned all the way, top two buttons undone, with flats, sneakers, etc. Basically, it looked good in a lot of ways and I loved this dress. I will definitely be renting this or another Equipment shirt dress again.

Perfect fit

Love it
I loved it so much I wore it twice! It worked with both flats and heels (my favorite green heels I don't get to wear too often). It fit me perfectly. The only issue I had was the hem. It seemed like it was rolling out? The crease for the hem was not at the bottom (more on the front about half an inch from the bottom) and I had to keep readjusting.

I knew I would probably have to tape up the hem (which worked just fine) but the waist was very loose. I wish they made a 00. Other than that, I probably got more compliments on this dress than anything else I've rented so far.

the XS was not XS
The fit of this dress is way off. The waist looks fitted in the photos but the XS was at least two sizes too big for me. I wanted to love this dress and ended up wearing it with a belt but it definitely would look better if it just fit like it was supposed to. The bust was also roomy, which is not a problem I usually have with clothes in this size.

almost perfect
I loved this dress when I first saw it and put it on but it is too big for me. You can tell the waist should be fitted but I had to belt this one. The bust is also kind of roomy which is not my usual problem. It was mid-knee length on me. It was still a cute dress when I wore it but I wouldn't rent this again.

love love love
I love everything Elizabeth and James that I've worn so far (and I'm due to get more in the next couple days) and I really loved this one too! The fabric is thick and the cut was tighter at the waist than most dresses in this style are (which means it fit me better!). It was just long enough to wear to work even though I had to throw a sweater on to make up for the extremely sleeveless aspect. After work I got to wear it without the sweater though and loved it even more! The cut on the back is one of my favorites.

looked a little 80's on me
The shoulders were just too wide enough for me to look like I was dressing for an 80's party if I had it buttoned so I wore it undone the entire day. It's also a lot darker in person than in the photos. The cutouts on the shoulders and the lapel are really cool though. I loved the idea of the blazer but it just isn't small enough.

such a nice dress
This fit me perfectly and I got so many compliments on this! I'm short so this was long enough for work and looked great with pointy black flats. The lace didn't snag on anything when I wore it but I also only wore it for one day. I would rent this again!

very thin fabric
I wore this to work and expected it to be a much thicker fabric based on the photos but it's not thick at all. The buttoned pocket flaps on the front of the dress flew up when I walked and that got annoying by the end of the day. I wore it with tights and I liked it overall but I probably wouldn't rent it again.

I'm planning to rent it again
It was too short for work without tights but it looked perfect with them! The dress was a perfect fit for me. The straps for the slip are really close to the shoulders though so that took a bit of getting used to.

So many compliments on this dress!
I wore it to both church and work and it worked great for both! I wish they made a 0 because that would have been perfect. The shoulders were a just a hair wide and the waist was not as tight as I like. But other than those two things, it was a great dress! It hit me right above the knee. I'll probably rent this again.

I needed an XS
Only the XXS was available though so I made it work. Everything fit fine except in the bust. I couldn't button the top three/four buttons but I wore a black slip and black tights underneath and it looked great. The wrist size is tiny, though, so if you order a small size, keep that in mind! I have tiny wrists and they just barely buttoned.

work perfect
This fit perfectly in the arms and bust and was great for work. The sleeves are sheer but the front and back of the blouse are lined so no cami was needed. It was a little long on me so I had to tuck it in in the front but it still looked fine. The color is perfect.
