The Slit is Too High!
Everyone said the slit is high but ohmygoodness the slit is high!! The slit went up almost to my hip! Not something I could wear to work and I don't know where else I would wear this. I thought it was cute otherwise but my husband was not impressed.

Too Cool for Me
I ultimately didn't wear it because I'm just not cool enough to sport a faux cape to the office. It's a cute dress and the gathering on the side is flattering. The dress itself doesn't fit great though - the slip clung to my body and the top layer kept getting twisted over the slip. I ended up not wearing it because it was too uncomfortable. Girls with big butts or athletic shoulders should size up.

Cozy Winter Vibes
It's cute! The olive, navy, and grey all complement each other. While the cut is fairly flattering, the contrast between the thick fabric on the waistband and the thinner fabric of the rest of the skirt looks a little...off over the stomach. The fabric is also a bit itchy, but I think the elasticity makes up for it in comfort.

Simple & Elegent
What a lovely dress! The color is deep (as opposed to bright) and gorgeous. It stands out, but doesn't demand attention. The cut is very flattering and work-appropriate. The dress is a perfect stand alone outfit - you don't need a jacket to feel pulled together. It does run small - I went up a size (from a 4 to a 6) and it still looks very tight across my body (I have a big butt, but a flat stomach); on the other hand, the sleeves are comfortable and maybe a little loose on the size up (and I have muscular arms). Also, the collar ridge thing does run right across the left boob. I think it looks nice, but I could see that bothering some people.

Pleat Cute
This dress is beyond amazing. The fabric is thick but not stiff; it's soft and comfortable to wear for a long day at the office. The plaid is cute without being cutesy. The front pleat and the drop waist is really flattering. I ordered a size up because of reports that the hem is short - it was a good call, although the dress is a little roomy now (guess that means I can have a big lunch?). I'd rent this fab little number again.

Fabulous Neutral
This dress is gorgeous: the tie across the stomach is so flattering and makes the look so interesting. The fabric is thick, but soft and easy to move in. The zip in the back goes all the way down. I think it runs really small. I'm usually a 4, I wore a 6, and I wish I'd gotten an 8. The six didn't FEEL tight or uncomfortable, but I have a big booty and I thought it looked just the slightest bit tight for work. So fat bottomed girls, go two sizes up (and keep making the rocking world go round)!

This dress is fabulous and I received a lot of compliments! The fabric is very soft and the ruffle hem is feminine and flattering. This is completely appropriate for work and would also be easy casual weekend wear with keds. Definitely recommend.

Elegant & Breezy
I'm a huge fan of this dress and I will rent again. The slip and the sheer cover are entirely separate pieces, so there's no annoying tugging. There are slits on the sides that make it easy to walk, but because of the excess fabric and flow of the dress, they're not especially noticeable and don't make the dress inappropriate for work. I felt comfortable and elegant.

Even Better than Anticipated
This dress is so fabulous. It flatters my figure in the best way. It's conservative enough for work, but it's low-key sexy. The fabric is very stretchy and lighter than it looks, so this is comfortable to wear all day. The bow in the middle is fuchsia on the other side, which is a neat pop of color. I feel ready to take over the world in this thing.

Power Look
This dress isn't as thick as I expected, but I liked the cowl neck a lot. I think the fit of the sleeves (very small shoulder cap) made my upper arms look chubby, but that's a problem area for me. The color is absolute perfection.

I rented a MR because they were out of SR, and it was a little long because of it. Otherwise a great dress though! I got a lot of compliments on it and the sleeves & zippered sides are so cool. The fabric is comfortable & pretty warm - I wore it in about 50 degree weather and didn't need a coat.

This dress is great! The rouching across the stomach and the high collar are really flattering. It's made out of a thin, gauzy material that's comfortable and flattering. It was 100% work appropriate and comfortable to wear for a long day. Definitely would recommend.

Beyond Flattering
Oh my god, I love this dress! The fabric is a lot thicker and has less give than I expected, in a good way. That keeps the skirt from flying up and kind of gives the dress a spanx-esque quality that holds you in. The skirt is a low drop waist, so this is excellent for showing off your stomach and elongating your waist. It's very fun & flattering - I might keep it forever.

Effortlessly Chic
I got a lot of compliments over the weekend when I wore this dress (just furniture shopping, nothing fancy). I paired it with black "snakeskin" ankle boots and I felt so effortlessly chic. Like all wrap dresses, it shows A LOT of leg when you walk, but I felt like it was a little more demure because it's ankle-length. The top also isn't as revealing as a lot of wrap dresses because it has an inside button that pulls it together. It was super cute, and the perfect amount of coverage for a 60 degree day. It runs a little large in the arms & shoulder, but I don't know that it's enough to size down. But I also wore it to work and that was a mistake - it's just too revealing, especially when you're sitting. I safety-pinned the front together at about mid-thigh before a client meeting and that worked well enough. But still, I'd only wear in a casual sitting.

Plaid with a Twist
This dress is cool. It's essentially a sheath dress with a flap down the front and a flap down the back (but in a cuter way than I'm making it sound). So the dress is form-fitting underneath, but then the flaps make it look a-line from the front & back. It's very flattering! I thought the plaid was somewhere between autumnal and punk, so it's office appropriate with the slightest edge. I would say the fit of the dress is slightly tight over the hips & butt, but the flaps cover that. (Wow, every time I say "flap" that just doesn't sound cute, but it is! I promise).

Cute Work Dress
I wore this to work on a day where we had client meetings and then met a friend for cocktails after work. This dress is super cute. I would say it runs just the slightest bit large, but not enough to order a size down unless you're borderline on sizing. I also understand why people say the neckline is too revealing - I have small boobs so it was fine on me, but it is pretty low cute. I didn't expect it, but the fabric is very soft and not remotely stiff, so it's very comfortable (almost cozy?). And it has pockets! This is a great work dress, but still cute enough that you could wear it out for drinks after work.

Flowy & Flattering
I love this dress & I 100% will rent again. This dress was incredibly flattering over my figure - the dark blue elongated and slimmed my waist & my butt looked super cute (like even more so than usual). The fabric is heavy enough that you don't have to worry about a breeze blowing up the skirt, but not so heavy that it hangs without any movement. It's an outfit all its own, and I just wore it with white keds. My only caution would be to short people - I'm 5'5, and the longest part of the hem hit the top of my ankle.

Thanksgiving Perfection
This dress exceeded my expectations. I wore this to my family's Thanksgiving this year & it was absolutely perfect. It's really beautiful and flattering while still being family appropriate. It's a black slip with a very fine mesh overlay and it's very, very stretchy. The twist over the stomach was flattering. It was also very comfortable - I wasn't aching to take it off after gorging on our Thanksgiving meal and I could easily sit on the floor and play with the kids. I'll rent again for sure.

I love this! It does indeed run large, as everyone else has said, but the fabric is thick and kind of structured so it hangs very nicely. I was surprised - when I took it out of the bag, it looked so roomy that I didn't think there was anyway it could look good. But it works! I thought it was a great work dress for a long day because it's very comfortable without sacrificing that professional polish.

I almost just kept this because I'm so into it. It's so comfy it's like wearing a hug, and I thought it had a very 80's prep patriotic vibe without being garish. I wore it skiing & I wore it to the beach (unseasonably cold Thanksgiving - this is definitely not lightweight enough for a summer sweater). I loved this. From the fabric to the color, it's a perfect winter dress. The fabric is really thick (like really, I started sweating in my closet) but that makes it really flattering because it doesn't cling or show any underwear lines. The dress starts to flare out a bit at mid-thigh and hits at mid-shin. I found the silhouette really flattering. The dress looked cute with heels and ankle boots. I wore a cropped jacket over it to work, and it was perfectly work appropriate. I'd rent again.

I wore this to work on casual Friday and on a flight to Denver, and it was fabulous. It's the perfect balance of cozy and chic, and the fit is really flattering (as far as sweaters go). It hit right at the top of my hip. Because of the different weaves, one of the arms (the dark brown) fits tighter than the other arm (the camel brown), but it's not very noticeable - and, honestly, it kind of adds to the off-kilter cuteness of the whole sweater. My boss, who either wears dad jeans or three-piece suits, really liked it, so make of that what you will, haha.

I wore this skiing and it worked perfectly. It's very warm and waterproof enough (I don't think the corduroy stripe is waterproof, but that wasn't an issue). This dress is fabulous for work! It hit me right above the knee, and the long line of the stripes made me look taller & leaner. The cap sleeves hit at a flattering point on my upper arm (a problem area for me!) and, because of the way they're cut, don't pull the dress when you move your arms. The dress is super comfortable, which was wonderful for the long, long day I had. I loved that the cut was flattering and understated but the rainbow stripes were fun and a little whimsical (or is my bar for whimsy very low??). The only thing I didn't love was the was the stripes curved and distorted over my boobs. I'd rent this dress again.

I'm a huge fan of this dress! The fabric is thick and doesn't show underwear lines, but it's not heavy. The dress is stretchy and comfortable - in fact, it got more comfortable the longer I wore it somehow?? Magic. The silhouette is very flattering overall, and I especially like the way it begins to flare ever so slightly over the thighs. The hem hit me about 2 to 3 inches above the knee, and I think it's perfect for work. I wore with an MM LaFleur jardigan and J. Crew flats.

Thirty, Flirty, and Thriving
I was intimidated by the bow, but I watched a quick YouTube tutorial and tied it up easily - meaning you will not only look cute but also aquire a new skill! Onwards & upwards. This dress is a slim fit and not for those who are insecure to show their tummy (but don't be! you're beautiful!). It's comfortable and chic, a rare and winning combo. I paired with a sheer white cardigan & Jeffrey Campbell mules and felt put-together, feminine, and 100% work appropriate. Would rent again, but definitely get a size up from your usual.

Standing still, this dress is gorgeous and flattering, but once you start moving it's more like Diane von THIRSTenberg. I wore a Madewell bandeau bra to make the deep v more work appropriate, but since it wraps near the middle, thighs are on full display when walking.
