Beautiful dress for work.  Heavy/thick material.  Made it feel well made.  Has an interesting line around the waist but covered with belt.  Not too short for work. 

I loved the weight and feel of this skirt. It's a heavier fabric but light in terms of texture to be warn in the heat of summer. Totally appropriate for work and hit just an inch or two above the knee on my 5'9 frame.

Slightly tight but fabric is extremely forgiving and very high quality. I don't typically wear dresses this tight. It is slightly short for work (for me, at least) so I wore a long sweater just for my own comfort. Would definitely rent again! 

I loved wearing this dress. The fabric hugs your body but also has some structure to it so is flattering.

I liked the dress a lot. If you've worn theory before, this dress is what you'd expect. Sleek lines, classy look, runs a little small, but not as small as their pants. This dress was also a good length for someone 5'3. Many dresses on RTR are really for taller women but this one was for us petites. 

I liked this dress - flattering and comfy for work. But one thing is the arm holes are really big - you could see my bra if I wasn't wearing a sweater. Not a big deal Bc I planned to wear a sweater anyways but if you plan to wear sleeveless keep in mind 

This dress is extremely comfortable for everyday or a work day! I loved the fit of this flare dress by Theory. Running a true to size with a lot of stretch, I recommend going down for your back-up.  It works best for all cup sizes. I am normally between Sizes 8 & 10 and the Medium fit fine. At 5'6 and a half, the dress falls mid thigh on myself. All in all, pair this with your favorite pair of heels or flats for a calm day at work and it's perfect!

I really liked the fabric that this dress is made out of. I wear a lot of black, so a lighter take on a neutral color palette is always welcome for me!

The fabric is thick but the cut is not super forgiving, which was okay for me. I find it tough to wear sleeveless fit and flare dresses, since I feel like my arms look big by comparison, so I wore a cardigan over the dress

LOVE this dress. It's a staple item, second time renting, got so many compliments both times I wore to this office. I took an XS I'm 5'1 usually a 0-2 

I ordered a size XS and received a size "P," which I believe stands for "petite XS" in Theory's sizing. This size would normally be ideal for me, as I'm only 5'1". However, this dress wasn't quite the right fit for a petite frame without some adjustments. When worn as is, the top was huge, the hip was tiny, and the bottom of the armhole reached the bottom of my bust. The waistline of the dress (the black line) fell to my hips, creating a rather unflattering look. However, since I decided to keep the dress, I made a small alteration. By sewing an extra 2 inches at the top of each shoulder, I managed to achieve a fit that now looks better, much like the model in the picture. btw, I really like the material. it's thick and comfortable, making it ideal for an office setting with AC, especially when paired with a cardigan or jacket.

It is very comfortable, but a bit clingy so I felt a little self-conscious in it. 

Dress is hard to wear. Material is stretchy but hugs all curves in an unflattering way. Did not wear and would not rent again.

Did not wear this dress. It was very heavy and the waist was much lower than anticipated. With that it showed all the things I wanted it to hide, so although the material was comfortable, I wasn’t comfortable in it.

Bad. Just bad. I usually love theory and this was a complete miss. Hit me in all the wrong places. Maybe two sizes smaller would have worked??

Did not fit me. Made my waist look wide and the arms cut too far in and was not flattering at all. 

I'm a huge fan of this dress! The fabric is thick and doesn't show underwear lines, but it's not heavy. The dress is stretchy and comfortable - in fact, it got more comfortable the longer I wore it somehow?? Magic. The silhouette is very flattering overall, and I especially like the way it begins to flare ever so slightly over the thighs.  The hem hit me about 2 to 3 inches above the knee, and I think it's perfect for work. I wore with an MM LaFleur jardigan and J. Crew flats.

Was great for work. Really great fit and got so many compliments!

Love this dress so much i wore it for multiple weeks and considered buying! Heavy fabric lays really nice for a flattering fit. Great for work or a more conservative party.

I really loved this dress, and will consider buying or at least renting again. I wore it for a conference and found it both very flattering and professional. The material is very thick and comfortable, and the color/texture is unique enough to make it special.

Dress fit very nicely. The stretchy tight fabric is comfortable but is definitely tight. 

I loved wearing this dress for work with a sweater. The material is very thick and heavy, so definitely not a dress for the summer, but was perfect for the end of winter/early spring! It was actually more form fitting than I anticipated, it hugged halfway down my but and then flared from there! Will definitely rent again next winter. 

Wore with a tan/brown blazer it was adorable! Very tight fitting, so it hugs your curves. I loved the dress! 

Great dress especially for those who travel, no zipper, just pull on and go, heavy enough not to wrinkle

The fabric is neo-prene which came as a surprise.  If it was summer or hot weather, this dress would be too  hot.  It's stretchy, flattering and looked great with my cropped jackets.  The Medium fit well even though normally I would take a SMALL.

I wore this to work with a leather jacket and booties and absolutely loved it. Got a lot of compliments. The fabric is super heavy which I loved, it kept everything in tightly and was the perfect length for work.

Love how comfortable this was and it didn't wrinkle! It is a great cut and I paired it with black tights. It was a respectable length but cute. Loved this the most of the four I chose.

Loved this dress!  It was a great fit and flattering cut.  The material was thick and form fitted and almost acted like spanx.  

The dress was a little tight around the stomach area.
