Spiced up the basic black gown
Not for larger chested women. Dress actually cuts it close on the chest, but without looking slutty. Got tons of compliments all night. Great dress.

Better in person
The illusion detail at the neck is better in person than in photos. Very comfy, looks more intricate than it feels to wear it. Very good for a party where there was lots of dancing--easy to move in, no worry about showing underwear, etc. Love. Would rent again.

Wore this to an art party/auction. Was easy, comfortable, but still dressy enough for a more formal/cocktail hour. Allows you to keep everything else simple. Love it. Would rent again.

Good, comfortable dress.
Wore this to a work formal event. Got tons of compliments. Pros: It's a comfortable dress. Not tight around the waist. The bottom is very flowy when you walk/move which looks (and feels) great. The top/neck is interesting, as is the back. It's just an easy dress to wear, but sort of unusual (at least enough to get some attention). Cons (for some, not me): If you have a great figure, it's not the most figure flattering (it's not bad, just looser and more goddess dress like than body con, which in my case was good because I'm more comfortable). Would recommend.

I didn't wear.
The dress is much more pink/peach in person that it was on my computer. This was a backup dress for me. The cut was VERY flattering, but I had the size 2 R and it was extremely long (I'm 5'2"/5'3"). Length made it unwearable and wasn't crazy about the color, but otherwise the fit was great. My 1st choice dress just did a little better for me.

Gave a speech in this dress for work--cool and flattering, not stuffy
Turns out, the dress is a touch short for work occasions when you sit down, which I had to do on a high stool in front of an audience. Yikes. But standing, or for non-work occasions, this is a comfortable, easy, cool dress. It's not at all tight in the middle, but still flattering.

Would never have picked this for myself...but what a pleasant surprise!
I rented a completely different dress that became unavailable, so the stylists at RTR chose this as a replacement. When I first saw it, I was horrified (I avoid peplum like the plague). But then I tried it on and was amazed at how great it looked on me! I wore it to a work event and then didn't even change before meeting friends out because I felt so good in it. And it got tons of compliments too. One woman even had me unzip the back enough for her to make a note of the designer! This is a very slimming, flattering dress.

This dress is amazing. It's flattering, with an interesting cut (both the hem and the racer back) and an interesting color. Wore to a work party and got compliments from strangers. Felt very confident and fun in this dress and even tried to make plans to go out after the event just to keep wearing it!

Dress with a fun color and interesting details
This dress was a bit tight just under the bust. I could probably have used one size up. But the sleeve details are gorgeous and I do love the color--it's such a fresh way to stand out in a sea of black.

Ordered this as my first choice in two sizes...but went with 2nd choice.
This is a good dress. It fit well (could NOT tell a difference between the 0 and 2, honestly. In fact, I almost felt like the 2 was tighter?). I just happened to try another dress as my backup and liked it significantly better. For my event, I just felt this was a little too...something. Conservative? Older-fashioned? Anyway, flattering fit, just decided on something else instead.

Stunning gown for a black tie work event
This was a very easy, comfortable dress. I didn't wear a bra, but was never worried about the girls (32/34 B) popping out (even though I'm a maniac on the dance floor). I'm 5'3'' and didn't have to use hem tape on the dress with heels. It wasn't tight and the draping in the front was just enough to be very flattering and make me feel skinny and sexy without being constricted. Can't say enough about how happy I was with this choice. Still a conservative color without being black. Just enough embellishment on the shoulders to be glam but not overly done or fussy. Revealing enough to be sexy but not too much to be inappropriate for work.

Lots of compliments at a work party
The fit was easy and loose (in a good way) and comfortable for a work party in GA in the late Spring. The color felt Spring-like, but it wasn't sleeveless, which I liked for this event. Got lots of compliments. The neck and back detailing added just enough interest without showing too much skin up top. Would wear again! Loved it. Definitely stood out in a crowd full of black outfits!
