She's a size 10 and to finish our sisterly argument, I rented this for her. She loved it fit very flattering and still a beautiful color and very sleek and sexy. 

I got this shirt to wear to work, but I love it so much I'm going to wear it to Thanksgiving dinner as well. Really comfortable and perfect for larger chests-- the medium buttoned to the top comfortably. The material is thicker than other Equipment shirts I've worn, so I would definitely say this is a winter shirt. The color is a really pretty dark emerald. Will rent again. 

This is such a sleeper style. One of my best rtr  picks. It's elegant enough to be dressed up and sophisticated enough for work. Would really recommend if you need a dressier work shirt  

loose fit, can be short if you are tall like me. very versatile. photographs phenomenally

Very comfortable, soft, and lightweight! Can feel a little frumpish if you're bigger busted. 

This blouse is non-stiff, flowy and comfortable like a silk one, yet is a nice winter suede fabric. It drips with luxury and is super comfortable to wear. Versatile to wear to work or out on the town!

Absolutely love this perfect green silk button down. Equipment tops are always top quality and this piece is especially sturdy with a thick silk material. Running true to size with room in the bust and bodice we recommend sizing up for backup. Pair with skinny jeans and heeled boots for a casually chic look. 

I got this as a part of my Unlimited, and actually wound up wearing another rental, and let my best friend wear this top.  The glimmering green was a perfect color for St Pattys!  She wore it unbuttoned a bit to make it "younger" & more party friendly, but was very happy with it; only drawn back was the thick material doesn't breath much and she did get a little warm.

This shirt was definitely silkier/more shiny than the model photo and I liked it much better than I thought I would. It could easily be dressed up and was very comfortable to wear. I paired it with dark skinny jeans and booties. 

This is a much deeper hunter green than pictured, but the fabric and fit were lovely. This would be perfect for a holiday party with a skirt, or simply with jeans like the model in the picture.

Pros: beautiful color, nice heavy silk and the tie at the waist gives is an updated, fun look. I paired it with black skinny jeans and black booties.
Cons: zero!

This shirt feels so nice and luxurious.  I got a ton of compliments both times I wore it.  The color is great, fit is great.  Also - I always struggle to find sleeves long enough for my arms, but these were perfect.  Thinking about buying...

I used it with a pencil skirt and did not tie it front, which made it formal enough to go work without a jacket. 

Total winner. Wore it to work. The color is a deep emerald and true to the picture. The fit is comfortable. The fabric is a thick, beautiful silk. Love this item!

Wore this to work and a weekday event, paired with a skirt. I loved it! The material is cool--a little bit of sheen, a nice weight that falls well. The tie in the front adds a fun twist. Lots of compliments! 

Just a simple shirt in many ways, but the color and fabric are fantastic.  Love the tie waist detail.


The silk looked a bit worn-out on the shirt I received, but overall I still really loved this shirt. It was comfortable, and has somewhat of a relaxed fit, but it looks extremely polished with high waisted jeans. I'd rent again!

The material was great, and looked really sharp for work.  Paired it with black jeans and knee high boots.

I got a small and it was a bit loose but I was able to make it work by tying it in the front. The color doesn't look as bright in person as it does on the photo, it's closer to a black shade but overall I liked it a lot, however, I got several compliments on this shirt!

This blouse is gorgeous in person.  The front tie helps it sit right on the waist and looks perfect with a pair of dark skinny denim and booties.  I received many compliments and many inquiries on where I purchased it!  I am a petite woman with a bust and had no issues with the buttons pulling in the front.  Equipment will not disappoint!

Definitely size down in all equipment shirts. They run big!

Loved the feel and fit. I prefer things a little bit oversized so ordered a large assuming it would be...larger. I didn't realize the tie was actually a part of the cut of the shirt rather than just being styled that way. It's not an Equipment shirt I'd buy, but nice for a wear. 

I rented this for work. I found that, on my figure, I could not make the tie look right. So, I wore it tucked in to a skirt instead. It is a beautiful quality silk that I would consider renting again.

The fabric of this shirt is very soft and heavy. Great for Fall. I'm bummed that I didn't get to wear it because I had to return it right away. Will have to rent this one again. It would be perfect with skinny pants and booties. 

Fit great! I wore this to a casual birthday party. My only complaint is that the fabric on the shirt I was in poor condition.

Shirt fits pretty good. I do think the sleeves look a little big, but nothing that can't be pulled off. Beautiful color, would definitely rent again. 

Pretty dark emerald color, silk button up blouse that looked polished with my work outfit. It's a bit simple but the tie at the bottom gives it a little flair. It fit alright but there were some gapping issues around the bust. Didn't get any compliments but I still thought it was a nice change from my usual wardrobe.

I wasn't crazy about the shirt on first sight because of its sheen, but it really grew on me.

The silk is super heavy.  Felt different than I expected.  

I wore this blouse with black fitted pants and heels for a daytime holiday event with a 'smart casual' dress code. The green worked well for a festive look and the blouse was very comfortable. The only negative is the tie at the bottom front kept coming undone or loosening and at 5'11 it would show skin.  Perfect for a 1 time wear.  

This shirt was sturdier than I expected it to be. The material is very nice-- very thick. It was okay to wear to work, but overall made me feel a little masculine. I think it would have been better if I had sized down. 

I'm broad shouldered and the sleeves at the shoulders and biceps, across the upper back, was tight.  I did wear it one day.  I tucked in the ties because it didn't look right on me with it tied in front.  Beautiful fabric, color, and quality.  

I thought I would have to wear the size small due to my bust size but I fit into the XS just fine.  Equipment is a great brand for button downs- but the XS I got had an old stain on the front that had been dry cleaned and I could see a little bit of a difference in the color- I am fastidious but whatever.
