I am 20 weeks pregnant and rented this dress because of the beautiful blue color and the bubble style to help conceal my bump! I normally would wear a size 0 or 2 but rented a 2 (would not zip!) and 4 (wore the 4) due to the bump. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADDING FASHION TAPE TO THIS RENTAL!! I predict if I was in my normal size the chest area would not have been a problem but the fashion tape helped and also the dress was so cute, fun and gorgeous that it was worth the small hassle.

I rented this dress for our family beach vacation to Florida in June. Mainly to wear on our date night out for my birthday. The small fit perfect! I am 5'4/115lbs. The xs would have worked however it was pretty tight in the shoulder/smocked area. I do have thicker arms which caused the snug fit. Many reviews claim it is see through and you may need a slip. I wore nude under garments (no bra) and it was just fine! In regards to the worry of the skirts opening, you do need to be cautious when sitting but not a true issue at all. As you can see in the photo, the dress speaks for itself, gorgeous! Perfect for a beachy vacay/date night. If you are on the fence about renting this dress, I say, YOU MUST RENT ASAP!! It will not disappoint.

After reading the reviews stating there was no stretch and to size up, I was slightly nervous. I normally always wear a zero in RTR (5'4 , 115-120) I ordered the 0 and 2, the 2 fit GREAT!! I recommend ordering your normal size and one size bigger. However, even the larger size was tight and form fitting. So if you prefer a looser fit then perhaps size up TWO sizes. The dress (for me) was mostly Tight in the hips but for the occasion, a body con fit worked great! The material was thick enough that no bra was needed for me. I paired the dress with some Kendra Scott danielle earrings and nude pumps. I highly recommend this dress! I plan to rent again for a summer wedding.

We attend a Mardi Gras ball every year and I spend hours searching and researching the RTR website. I loved my purple sequin choice this year! I am 5'4 and weigh 115, both the 0 and 2 R fit great but I chose the 0 because I wanted a body con type fit. AND also, it may be hard to explain but the size 2 sequins were not as vibrant. They seemed dull and worn. So I made the 0 work because the sequins/color were beautiful and shiny! No bra was needed which was amazing! I wore a 3 inch heel and the length waa perfect. I adore the small train on the dress and when people mention the scratchy sequins, its not a huge deal breaker. I honestly didn't even notice! I would highly recommend this dress! My husband actually picked this dress out for me and I fell in love with the color, neckline and slit immediately. This dress is not made to fit skin tight so that worked out great because I was able to eat and drink freely. I wore a strapless push up/padded bra at first but it was way too bulky so I took the bra off mid party (stashed it in my purse) and the boning/structure in the top worked just fine without a bra. It did cause the dress to keep falling down a bit so I would highly recommended some good quality fashion tape to keep the top up. I am a 32C and the OR would not stay up as I would have preferred. The regular length worked great with my 3 inch heels (I am 5'4) and the subtle train is beautiful. Overall this dress was absolutely perfect for the Mardi Gras Ball!

I have been a RTR member for a few years now and this is by far my favorite dress I have ever rented. If you love pink and girlie then you will LOVE this dress. The size 0 fit like a glove (5'4, 115 lbs) I would recommend your true size and one size bigger just in case you may have a larger chest or booty/thighs. The dress is pretty snug. I did not wear a bra and had no issues. I paired the dress with nude strappy heels and simple pearl earrings but some dangle Kendra Scott would look great as well! If this dress goes on sale I hope to purchase it (I loved it THAT MUCH)!

I was nervous to rent this dress as I had no idea how big I would be at 34 weeks (8.5 months) pregnant. I would normally wear a 0 or 2 in a shift dress but as a growing pregnant gal, I knew I would need to go up multiple sizes. The 6 fit great but was definitely snug. The 6 made it fit more "body con" and the 8 would have been more true "shift dress". With that being said, the color and quality of this dress was AMAZING! Some mentioned it had too much bling. Not in my mind! The ice-y blue and silver pattern (sort of a zebra pattern) was beautiful and the neckline sparkle made the dress really stand out. I rented this dress for my 30th birthday party at a trendy downtown bar. I wanted something unique-something that was nothing like any other rental I have worn. Clover Canyon was the perfect choice! I was nervous about the material for humid Houston weather but it was not an issue at all. I am also 6 months pregnant and wanted a form fitting dress to display the baby bump! I was beyond comfortable all night, did not wear a bra but a strapless would have to be worn for those who want a bra (due to the slight razor back). I would have to say the dress runs a little big, I am normally 5'4 115lbs and would have rented the XS, I am now 130 and chose to wear the small. The medium was my backup size and that would have worked but it was not as form fitting as I envisioned. I say rent your normal size and one size up but you will most likely wear your normal size! I paired this dress with Steve Madden nude strappy heels and Kendra Scott rose gold "Danielle" earrings (both my own). I also was given a Henri Bendel bracelet in green that I wore at the end of the night. However this dress does not need much accessories! Be brave and rent this dress-you won't regret it!

RTR hit a home run with this dress. When my first choice was not available a few days before my event date they sent an email allowing me to choose another style. I am 19 weeks pregnant in this photo so a shift dress was my immediate go-to. The lace was great for an early May wedding and the red actually looked somewhat coral in a few photos so I felt "beachy" and festive in Cabo! When browsing how other renters wore this dress, I saw a gal with red lips which inspired me to wear my favorite red lipstick by Laura Mercier "Red Amour" (perfect for all shades of blondes!) The model wore black strappy heels which looked great with a black clutch and my personal black Kendra Scott "Danielle" style earrings. The shift dress allowed for complete freedom when eating and dancing and the other wedding guests had no idea I was almost 5 months pregnant! The red slip underneath is spaghetti strap with a lace overlay. I suggest a nude bra with skinny straps, or even a strapless bra. I actually did not wear a bra and it worked great! This popular dress was only available in size 2R. I was 19 weeks pregnant in this photo and took a chance on it fitting! With the help of my husband I was able to zip up the back but the boning made it difficult to breath when sitting down. I was so in love with this dress however that I HAD to make it work. The tight fit did allow for comfort in not having to wear a bra and the flowy skirt below the empire waist kept me warm during the cool cabo nights. I wore nude strappy 3 inch heels and the R length was perfect (I am 5'5) I know a 4R would have fit absolutely perfect but desperate preggo times call for desperate measures! On a side note, had I not been almost 5 months pregnant I would have ordered the 0R and 2R and been able to fit in either, for you gals with my similar measurements curiosity. I wore the size 8 (which I think is a medium?) Normally I wear a small but I am 13 weeks pregnant so I wanted/needed some wiggle room! The length was perfectly appropriate for this rustic wedding (which I was worried about since other women said it was short, I wore the "bigger" size--that helped with length) Believe what the reviews say about the wrinkles! I sat in the car for about 20 minutes and 15 minute ceremony and the wrinkles had already appeared. This photo was taken at the end of the night after dinner and dancing. The beautiful colors and unique pattern make this dress totally worth the rent! If the wrinkles bother you, bring a small hand held portable steamer to keep in the bride's dressing room (if you are close with her) or even the bathroom if you are desperate! Again, the wrinkles really did not bother me and for a few photos I just put my purse in front of my tummy to hide them. I was able to wear a regular bra (yay!) and the necklace and purse were cheap from forever 21. Overall successful rental!

Rent the Runway really came through in a pinch for this event! I order the OR and 2R, The 0R was completely too short but fit everywhere else GREAT! The 2R was a perfect length but too big, I would have been pulling up on the dress all evening. I quickly called RTR and had them overnight the OL, it arrived the next day around 5pm. The fit was perfect! The length was a little long, but I made it work! If I would have had time, I would have just worn taller heels for an overall perfect fit. I agree with others that the dress was scratchy (under the arms and also on my legs) I wore a strapless bra and spanx. The Nicole Miller earrings matched PERFECTLY!! I highly recommend those earrings to compliment the dress. Overall I was happy with my rental mostly because of the price.

I wore this dress to a late august wedding and it was the perfect final glimpse of summer dress (even the bride complimented, and clearly she was gorgeous, so I couldn't believe she even noticed my dress) the fabric felt and looked elegant yet light and not too hot. No one else at the wedding had a dress color similar to mine so I felt one of a kind! (Thank you RTR!!) My only complaint would be that it was tight in the hips and booty and tight in the tummy after much eating! (However, I did ride 2 hours home from the wedding in the dress so it wasn't THAT uncomfortable) I borrowed the BCBG feather clutch from a friend, wore a simple Kendra Scott necklace and topped it off with dainty mikimoto pearls. Great rental and I highly recommend!!

I rented this dress for a June wedding. I received many compliments and felt super comfortable in this dress all night! The ruching and knot around the tummy area made for worry-less eating and drinking. I chose not to wear a bra because I did not want the bra lines to show in the back but due to the wide shoulder material any bra would work great. I was also able to wear comfortable underwear thanks to the texturing of the dress. I rented kendra scott earrings which tend to be heavy but I am a frequent KS wearer so I was not bothered by this. The dress was slighty form fitting but the length was very appropriate for a church ceremony and country club reception.

I wore this dress for my engagement session. I also rented the suggested chandelier earrings (picture in right photo). I have had my eye on each and every Herve Leger dress! I rented this dress because even though it is very tight, the length was appropriate for dinner at a nice steakhouse restaurant. I ordered the XS and S. I could not even zip the XS! The small fit absolutely perfect. My only issue with the dress was that it arrived without the sticky "grip" for the top of the strapless dress, I attempted to purchase and use my own fashion tape but since the dress is a little on the heavier side it kept falling down. I did not wear a bra because I felt that would have weighed the dress down more but it was still tight enough to allow for support. Overall I loved this dress, I would rent again in hopes that the sticky part would be repaired and of course I will rent another Herve dress very soon!

I rented this dress for a formal Labor Day weekend wedding in Canada. The attire was long gowns for the ladies. This dress fit PERFECT! The size difference between the 0 and the 2 were not that different. Both are form fitting (so if you plan on eating and drinking alot at the wedding, beware!) I decided on the 0 because the length worked great with my 4 inch heels. The length of the size 2 was a little too long. I brought both dresses (just in case) and packed them easily in my carry on for the plane ride...I also brought my steamer but only needed it for touch ups (I honestly could have gone without steaming it, thanks to the great fabric!) The cluster necklace was a perfect addition...I would definitely suggest wearing a necklace with this dress. I did not wear any type of bra or nipple covers and I was comfortable and confident the entire night. I was pleasantly surprised that the dress was slightly mermaid fitting. Tight around the hips and thighs and barely flared out towards the bottom. Gorgeous fit! I wore nude pumps (I would have preferred strappy heels, but did not plan ahead). The nude pumps worked just fine especially since my shoes were not even visable in pictures. This was my first RTR experience and I could not be happier! I will definitely be renting again!
