I normally wear 0 but wore this in size 2 and it was very form fitting. Kind of shows my belly but no fault to the dress, it's a thick enough material to hide panty lines. My only complaint is that the shoulder lines cut inwards more than I wanted, so I had to wear a strapless sticky bra instead of a bra with normal straps. 

Pros: fit like a glove, wasn’t too short, covered all the appropriate areas but still felt sexy, flattering color. 
Cons: none. Literally. This dress was 🔥 

I’m usually a size 2, and the size 2 fit but a 4 may have been more comfortable

I loved this dress! I wore it for a rehearsal dinner as a bridesmaid. The material is thick enough I didn't need a bra and it doesn't wrinkle or show unforgiveness around the midsection. It has an hourglass shape to it already so it hugged the booty right but also made it look like I've got more natural curves going on than I really do haha. So 10/10 if you have an athletic shaped body! 

I felt extremely confident in this dress. I would order it again! It was NOT breathable material, and hot to wear to an outside wedding in July. 
I did have to order a size up because the dress material was not "stretchy" but so glad I did.

Classy for work event but totally fun and hip at the same time. 

Love this dress! A little snug, but the thick material keeps it super flattering. Perfect length at 5'7". Wore to formal event and received lots of compliments! Would rent again. 

I'm usually a size 4 but sized up to a 6. I would definitely recommend sizing up, especially if you'd like to be able to dance. The color was more pink than the photos looked online (vs a more dusty rose color) and it had some deep wrinkles that I couldn't iron out, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, I received a lot of compliments and it was perfect for a wedding that was half inside half outside. Would recommend!

Very fitted dress, it was perfect for me! I would definitely get a size up if you're questioning 

Dress ran a little small.  The 0 was skin tight.  I ended up wearing the 2 but the top was a bit big.  Loved the neckline and how well made the dress looked and felt. 

This dress is so beautiful! The color is amazing. It's like a coral/ light burnt orange. I wore it to a wedding and received so many compliments. 

This was form fitting and tight, but felt amazing! I loved this dress. I went with the larger size so I could breathe and dance at the wedding, but it still felt great on. I am a narrow body, but this was snug in all the right places. I got many compliments! 

The color is gorgeous and would pair well with all skin tones. The material is thick so it smooths those trouble areas and it's got some stretch for comfort. 

I absolutely loved this dress for a summer wedding, especially the color. The 4 fit perfectly, I am usually a 0-2 so definitely size up. The fabric is pretty thick, which was nice because I didn’t have to wear a bra, however you can still sweat through it, so be careful if it’s a hot outdoor wedding. The only complaint I have is that it bunches up when wearing, so I was constantly pulling it down so it looked smooth. Would definitely rent again! 

Wish I could keep this dress- the color is perfect. I wore to an outdoor wedding in April but you could probably get away with in summer/early fall also. The dress is definitely form fitting but I was still able to dance and move. I took a chance ordering my "normal" dress size because the size up wasn't available and I thought it was perfect. Would recommend ordering one in your standard size and one size up. 

I rented this dress for our daughters college graduation. It was perfect! The color and quality of the dress gave an air of subtle sophistication and class. Size up!!!! This dress runs small, I usually wear a size 2 but the 4 was a better fit! 

Great dress, tight and flattering, the material is thick so it holds everything in, in all the right places. The cut and color are really unique, and extremely flattering on my wide shoulders. It was definitely pretty tight though, I normally wear a 2 or 4 and the 6 would have been a better choice for me. I loved this dress, I would probably rent this same one again!

So  many  compliments... the color was outstanding  and dress was snug but in all the right places. The neckline was a bit different but still able to wear a strapless  bra with nothing peaking out! Will def Rent the Runway again!!!

This dress was AMAZING! I felt it was a very appropriate length for a family wedding. It hugged my figure just right, but was slightly forgiving/sculpting in the stomach area. I received multiple compliments on this one.

This dress fit perfectly! The color is gorgeous and very true to how it appears in pictures. I felt so sexy but also classy and sophisticated. Loves this dress!

Pros- VERY comfortable; classy and sexy.
Cons-I got lucky with accessories I chose complimenting it well.  I can see how different tones of shoes/jewelry might not showcase the dress as well.

I wore this to a dance for college. I am 5'9, a 34dd and it was a little tight up top. I usually am a 6 dresses and jeans but I wore an 8 in this dress. The material is very thick and the dress was very sturdy. There was a small amount of side boob if I was dancing too much! Overall, a very fun dress that I enjoyed wearing!! 

Definetly runs small so size up one or two sizes! 

I rented this to wear to my sisters wedding. I’m definitely a true 6 and sometimes even a 4 and this dress fit slightly tight. Sitting wasn’t the most comfortable position but not terrible. If i rented again I’d probably size up for comforts sake. I didn’t wearing a bra because I don’t think even the stick on ones would have fit. Also, the arm holes cut inwards and would have shown any undergarment. Other than the fit, I loved it and got components! The color was beautiful and photographed well!

There is no give to this dress, so if you are curvy at the bottom it's a little snug  

I usually wear a 0 and think that would have worked too, the fabric is stretchy so you should be able to size up or down and still get away with it. The 2 has a tiny bit more room in the shoulders / chest then I typically prefer since I'm an A cup. But with a padded bra, amazing fit. Nice blush color that looks elegant with nude accessories. Very comfortable and felt confident all night long! 

Loved. The dress felt strong, and very well made. It rode up a little, but tbh, I’m a hard one to keep up with on a wedding dance floor. And these hips don’t lie. I have very muscular legs and wider hips, and this dress made me feel womanly and elegant. Classy. This was actually my back-up dress, but the color was too perfect for fall, so I wore. Glad I sized up.

Tight fit. I would have preferred a size up in this dress. 

This dress was chosen for me by RTR after both dresses in my order were suddenly unavailable. I still wore it to the wedding because of lack of other options, but it was incredibly tight (unfortunately they did not send a backup size). Besides this, the color was gorgeous and I got many compliments. The material is somewhat stretchy and allows you to squeeze in a smaller size if you find yourself in a similar situation. I recommend going one size up.  

I received tons of compliments on this dress. Not only was the color perfect but it also hugged all my curves. I paired it with nude heels and a neutral purse. Highly recommended!

Runs a tad small. I’m usually a 4 but wore the back up size 6 and it fit perfectly. Beautiful color too. I have a muscular build but it still fit nicely on my back and legs. Classy and just enough sex appeal. This is my third time renting from RTR and I’ll definitely be doing it again! 

Simple and glamorous! I loved this dress and like all the E&J dresses I rent I always size up! I wouldn't consider myself an 8 but it works best for my chest size. I paired with a leather jacket and it was fun!

Loved this dress.  Debated between size 2 and 4 but had excess room in the chest with the 4, but the hip area would've preferred the size 4.  Wish I had chosen that one now but still enjoyed the dress! Thick material with minimal bunching.

I usually fit in a 6 and sometimes squeeze into a 4. For that reason I got a 4 and a 6 but definitely wish I sized up to an 8. The dress was super tight on me but it still looked great. Lots of compliments I felt amazing in the dress even though I couldn't really breathe :p 

Really enjoyed this dress. It does run small, so I'm glad I went up a size from reading the other comments. Flattering fit and a really nice color. Form fitting, but not uncomfortable. Simple, but enough detail to stand out. Highly recommend. 

I consistently wear a size 8 in Elizabeth and James and it is typically a perfect tailored fit. In this style however, there was a looseness at the lower back that prevented a fitted silhouette around my bum - no one likes any "extra" added width to their mid section - but unfortunately I had that problem with this particular style. RtR as always delivered on time with my two sizes clean and in proper condition - just wasn't my favorite style. 

I'm normally a size 4 and the size 4 fit perfectly. Fabric is thick and well structured. Didn't even need a bra which may have been the best part of all! 

Very Tight Fit - - I'm not sure if I just have broad shoulders/bust, but the top just wasn't wide enough for me. Unfortunately the larger sizes weren't in stock, so I'm unable to say for certain if going up a size would have fixed this problem for me.
Also want to add that I did like this fabric -- good quality.  It had a little bit of a stretch, yet durable.  The only way I was able to squeeze into this is because I could get away without wearing a bra, which allowed me a little more room!

Loved this dress. It was super comfortable and flattering. The neckline was my favorite feature & I loved how the back was cut out as well. The color was gorgeous & really stood out. Simple but beautiful!
