Beautiful colors, pockets and high low hems!
This dress was a little bit tight at the waist, and a lot loose on top. I was an 8 on the bottom and a 4 on the top at least, just prepare yourself for that. I couldn't fill this dress out to save my life. Plus side, the high low hem kept me cool for a Philly black tie wedding, and the pockets held my phone and keys. The back of this dress was also a showstopper. Got compliments all night long! I probably won't rent this again, but I loved the night I got to spend in it.

Loved it so much I bought it.
The second I put on this dress I knew I had to have it. It moves beautifully, and it's actually cut short enough that it doesn't drag along the ground when I'm in little 2" heels. Major win for petite girls everywhere. Both the small and xsmall fit, the waistband is stretchy, but the xsmall just fit a little bit better and was about an inch shorter for me.

Didn't wear it, but the color is breathtaking.
This dress is really comfortable and the color is spectacular. That being said, I received a 6 and an 8 equivalent, and both were quite loose. They also didn't have any size labels, which made it tough to tell the difference. I could have gone down to a 2 and a 4 in this, it was so stretchy. I probably could have gotten away with the larger size, but I just didn't love how it looked a little too baggy. Will absolutely rent again in the right sizes.

This green. Omg.
The color of this dress is SPECTACULAR. Holy crap. I wasn't expecting it to be as vibrant as it was and I was SO excited when I opened the bag. I desperately need to own this dress. In terms of sizing, I can usually wear a 4 or a 6, but the crochet has absolutely no give. The 4 was so tight across the arms and neck that I didn't think I would be able to lift my arms, much less breathe after a short period of time. The 6 was a flawless fit. I'm 5'3" and this dress was pretty short on me, but not so short that I felt uncomfortable. Ladies over 5'6" be careful. Definitely size up as a backup.

Rich fall colors, perfect for evening weddings!
The colors on this dress are amazing, and (just a pro tip) match the new Urban Decay gash lip color perfectly. I usually rock between a 4-6 (34C, 130lbs) and wore the 4 for a better fit. I'm 5'4" and this dress fell to right around my knees. My only complaint is that the sleeves aren't terribly form fitting and look looser than the rest of the dress. Not scratchy. Well constructed. Solid rental for a fall wedding!

Comfortable and gorgeous!
I had originally rented the fluidity gown, and it was a miserable failure. Luckily, I live close the to the Georgetown store, and a WONDERFUL associate was able to pull this for me at the last minute on New Years Eve. She was great, as was everyone in the store, and they were all so friendly and helpful, as I was kind of stressed that I had a black tie affair and no attire. In a miracle, she had this in my size in store. I have rented the short version of this dress, and I cannot speak highly enough of the long version. It is soft, comfortable, and the closest you'll get to sweatpants in an evening gown. Love love love, and will definitely rent again! Thank you RTR for all your fabulous service!

Abs of Steel Required. Seriously.
I rented this dress in my usual 4 and a size up, 6, in regular length. I know I'm short, and expected it to be long, but it's a lot puffier than it looks in the picture, and it's A LOT of dress. Be warned. You need heels in a real way. The dress itself is stunning. Loved the neckline, loved the fabric, desperately wanted to wear it, and I would have if it hadn't been for the cut outs. OH MY GOD. I have a relatively slender body type, and I thought, even in the 6, that I was wearing a dress 4 sizes too small. I couldn't even zip the 4, it physically hurt. In the 6 cutouts, it ALL came spilling out. If you wear this dress, I'm inclined to recommend ordering a size up and 2 sizes up. Don't even bother with your usual size. Had I wanted to suck it in, not breathe, bend over, or move all night, I could have pulled this off, but sadly, I like doing all of those things. This dress is so close to perfect it makes me sad, but it is NOT flattering, and it will make you feel super self-conscious unless you have the perfect obliques.

This sweater is so hideous that it might as well be gorgeous. It's really a sweatshirt, so props for being really comfortable, and the inside is soft, not scratchy. Basically the perfect ugly sweater.

Perfect, flattering fit
I wore this dress for my birthday, and it was so comfortable and flattering at the same time! The skirt was fuller than I expected which added a feminine touch. My birthday is the fourth of July, and it's always so hot, so having a dress that could breathe was a huge plus. I absolutely loved it, I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Sadly disappointed.
I had ordered this dress in both the 4 and the 6 equivalent sizes for a wedding, but thank goodness I ordered a back up dress. Of course, RTR service was PHENOMENAL in helping me resolve the issues I had, but I was disappointed by this dress right out of the box. The fabric feels like super thin cotton (which just instantly made it feel casual), and while the colors are pretty, the skirt fell really strange because the fabric was so stiff. Also, be forewarned, this dress must retain odor like crazy so if you get sweaty while you're dancing you're going to smell really bad the rest of the night, I could still smell the odor from the previous wearer as soon as I put it on. I didn't even bother keeping it on long enough for a picture. If you do decide to try it, I did find it to be true to size, and it hit me right below the knee (I'm pretty short). I really wished this dress had worked out for me, I wanted to love it so much, but I hope you have better luck than I did.

You really do feel beautiful when you wear this dress!
This dress was actually my back up dress, the original didn't work out, but as soon as I put this on it didn't even matter. It was SO BEAUTIFUL. It fit very true to size, and the hem of the outer layer was about 1" on the ground when I was wearing my heels (for reference, I'm 5'3" and was wearing 4.5" heels, so short girls, heads up, it's long). The dress was so comfortable, easy to move around in, and felt super light and airy because of the cape effect. The neck line felt a little tight when I first put it on, but I think that was more a result of having a neckline so high than anything else. You can't wear a regular bra for this, you do have to go strapless because the shoulders cut way in. The wedding I attended was on a beach, and had a carousel, and at all points I felt gorgeous. Everyone was asking me where I got this, and it broke my heart a little bit to send it back. Don't question, just reserve in your normal size and be prepared to fall in love.

I wore this with the Carmen Marc Valvo gown for a military ball and it was great. I have super tiny wrists, so I can almost never wear bracelets, but the elastic on this one allowed it to have a smaller circumference than most bracelets do. It was a great accessory.

Celebrating 238 years with my brother!
I wore this dress with a rented bracelet as well (so sparkly!) and the whole outfit was awesome. I fit into both the 2R and the 4R, but went with the 4R because the arm hole on the 2 was SO tight I was afraid my circulation would get cut off. The dress itself was super comfortable, and perfect for a military affair as it was both elegant and modest. I received tons of compliments, and I loved the way the dress moved when I walked. I wore 3" heels, and the front of the dress did not hit the floor but the back did. I think it's the first time I've ever felt tall. All in all, if you're having doubts, don't. It's an amazing dress and you'll feel beautiful and comfortable at the same time!

This dress was incredibly flattering and incredibly comfortable. It fit true to size. I wore it to a wedding attended by a lot of parents that I knew, and I wanted something that was both stylish and conservative. I felt great all night and received tons of compliments! Definitely a hit!

My boyfriend's face when he saw me made my night!
First of all, this dress is absolutely stunning and I was devastated to see it go! I ordered the 4 and sized down for my second size, and I'm really glad I did because I am a 4 in every dress I own but the 2 fit like a glove! The 4 fit worked well, but it wasn't very fitted and I was looking for something more along those lines. Also, the tulle on the 2 was a different color than the tulle on the 4, but both were neutral and gorgeous. I am 5'3", and I didn't once feel like this dress was too short (though I can see how someone taller would feel that way). It can give that perception because the back poofs out away from your legs and you can't necessarily feel it, but don't worry, you're covered! It is easy to accessorize, I kept it simple and stuck with black suede pumps and pearl studs. I felt so pretty in this dress, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone.
